With COVID bearing down, and with a massive change in the AZ housing market, K Hov gave me confidence in my purchase and kept in contact throughout the entire time. I appreciate the sales rep and contractors so much. They are wonderful and I’m so happy with my entire experience.

Knowledgeable on site building supervisor who cared about quality, time schedule and client concerns.

Appreciate the communications. We were called every week as promised. We were a little disappointed that some of the options we wanted or were told were available ended up not being available.

The closing was delayed by 2 months due to sewer issues. They did miss the garage door opener that was to be installed and now I have an ugly handle on my door. The biggest surprise to me was there was no thought for a hub for cable and internet. It's 2021? What the heck? Now we get to run ugly cables outside walls and drill holes in our brand new home. Not very thoughtful on the builders part. The best part of the process was working with the staff from Mike my sales man and my weekly calls from my superintendent Alan and my walk thru with Lori. Such great people. Had it not been for the late closing, the garage door opener and even more of a bother the fact they did not consider internet function in new construction I would have given them a Great! ... More

Having worked with other builders around the valley I would say K Hovnanian far surpassed the rest. They were extremely professional. I would buy from them again.

communication was key to our amazing experience. Both Allen and Mike always kept us in the loop with every step of the process.

The whole team from sales to mortgage and all the builders were very caring and on top of any situation before I could point it out. Everyone made the whole process a lot less stressful. Thank you to everyone involved we will be enjoying our new home for years to come.

They were really friendly, even after moving in I still have a relationship with them, they answer all of my questions, either through call, text, email or even if I just popped into the office.

Great customer service but I feel like more attention needs to be put towards quality checks of completed work. I often had to point out things to be corrected that I felt the construction supervisor should have identified and corrected even before I had to mention it.

They truly go above and beyond to make sure the building process was fun, smooth and exciting. Although there were delays that were out of their control they still managed to make sure we were taken care of and always in the loop. Our house is beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the finished product!

Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and responsive every step of the way, from viewing and buying to moving in and my questions and requests afterwards. I would definitely buy a K.Hovnanian home again. Thank you.

Overall, it was not a bad experience at all, but it was not one great either. I understand you have alot of homes to build and alot of warranties to cover, but the overall customer service could be improved on I think. There were many times during the building phases and now in our warranty phase where customer service was lacking, or felt rushed like put a band aid over it and move onto the next house that has issues or questions. Please slow down and explain everything to homeowners as they move into a house. Its a major purchase in life.

Everything was great, but Bret really made it special. He explained everything. He was available. He’s very friendly and most of all, knowledgeable.

The entire process was made crystal clear - no surprises. We could view progress and schedule a walk-through of the home easily. Our project manager was always accessible and available to answer any questions.

From beginning to end, what an exciting experience and the final result is our new home is Immaculate!

I am so disappointed and disheartened with the Khov construction and customer service team. I purchased a home on February 26, 2021, when I took delivery of my home there was some small minor issues i.e. flickering undercabinet light in the kitchen , and paint touch ups that I was promised would be taken care of in a timely matter that worked around my schedule. Fast forward to today March 26th, I was forced to take time out of my work schedule to allow your teams/trades into my home to “fix” the issues that were already there before I took ownership; those issues have now been furthered as my normally neat and tidy home is neither of those or repaired properly. I was told the work would be competed between 12pm and 4pm, Fast forward to 440 when I witnessed a Sherwin-Williams painter painting one of my interior door is with a can of white spray paint; I politely told Juan I thought it was best that they leave today. After showing him all of the issues that were still in my home that were not attended to even though they had all thought they had been fixed he agreed that there was more damage to my home after they were leaving than there was before they got there. I feel as thought at this point I have done all I can on my end. I have allowed your teams into my home and personal space, and now not only do I have to vacuum mop, and dust everything, but now we have to schedule another time to let more trades in to fix the issues that were worsened today. I have lost time, money and patience, and will do so again when your team/ trades have to come back into my home. Issues; ACrattles, AC blows saw dust and particles out of vents, under cabinet lighting, multiple paint touch ups, broken blinds, doors with ruff patches and excessive over spray, paint drips on walls (4 foot area that is covered with paint drips), carpet bubbles, carpet seams, carpet coming apart at seems, dirty or moldy shower seams, stairwell banister cracking and breaking, scratches and chips in sink/ countertop. ... I love my new home, This is the second home I purchased from Hovanian homes, excellent home builder!

The BUILDERS were very attentive and resolved my family's concerns regarding unexpected issues that arose in our new home. The Service Maintenance Manager was very professional and returned my calls within 24 to 48 hours to answer any questions or resolve problems my family and I had.

The customer service from all of Hovnanian's representatives was excellent!

Sabrina was a doll through this entire experience and she made asking questions easy! This is my wife and I's first home and we love it.

buyer be aware.... poor subcontractors, horrible electrical company they used, sheet rock was riddled with silver fish, still dealing with that problem, had to hire a bug control company. poor workmanship..... the sour lemon house

Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and nice. They answered any questions I had and made sure I had updates on the progress of the house. I would get immediate responses for my questions and someone was always available.
