Nesha and Mathew were fantastic to work with, very attentive, responsive and understanding when issue arose. In fact all the people I had the opportunity to interact with have been extremely professional, friendly and attentive.

Everything was timely and efficient

The sales staff and construction staff are top notch. Friendly, responsive and have a true interest in wanting you to love your new home. Look, issues happen. It's how your builder responds and corrects problems that is key. They get resolved quickly and even post sale the warranty department has never said no to an issue. They want you happy.

Great home, great service upto the point where we bought the home. However, given it was a model we didnt receive the attention we would have liked to some issues after we closed. All in all pretty happy.

The base price of the homes in Villago are extremely affordable, although options and upgrades are terribly inflated.

The loan processing was extraordinary.. But the final walkthrough of the house before closing was not upto the mark... all the issue pointed put during first walk through were not corrected and what was found was the blue tape was just removed and when finally asked they suggested we raise. Maintenance request to complete the issues.. which was not expected..construction supervisor need to take care of these issues for these issues for a better experience to new home owners

We have so many issues with this home. From the beginning with windows in the wrong place to the island in the wrong place and outlets/fire alarms being buried behind drywall after move in! What a horrible experience this has been. We had our bathroom tiled 2x (7k upgrade) not up to standard still! Backsplash tiled 2x still have issues. Upgraded cabinets chipped and scratched due to not being covered. Workers coming in to fix stuff get our carpets dirty every time. Leak in master spa the first night we moved in, leaked into our downstairs on to our hardwood floors! We could go on and on and after talking to neighbors in the complex sounds like this is the norm! From Sales to Steve, our Construction Manager -- our experience was a "10"

At the beginning the buying process was normal until our salesman ( who is no longer employed ) started lying and giving us the run around. After the home was completed and during the final walk through we hired an independent inspector and he found numerous issues with the home and some were even code violations. None of these issues only a few of these items have been addressed but none of the code violations have. At this point I have been advised to contact the Registers of Contractors (ROC) to help us get these issues addressed and fixed. I wish that it would not have to come to this but your company’s unwillingness to fix these problems has finally reached a point that I no longer have any other avenues. ... More
