Alison and Marcus were fantastic to deal with throughout the process.. Even when they were off and I would message questions I always got an response same day.. They stand by the work that they do and that is amazing.. My son and I are in love with the house... I am sure I am forgetting names here but everyone was fantastic.. Highly Recommend...

The process of buying a new build home can be long and arduous, but the folks at K Hov were there every step of the way to answer questions and keep me updated. Mike #1 and Shane in the sales office were so great to deal with, and project manager Alan kept things on track and provided weekly progress updates. My walk through with Mike #2 was so informative and I know that I can reach out at any time if I need anything. Great experience so far!!

Everything was great honestly. A lot of communication, really cool updates, etc. The only part that was disappointing was how much longer it took to build the home then what was initially expected.

They informed us every step of the process from any delays to pictures being sent to us weekly!

Instead of just fixing the problems they went above and beyond to make my house perfect. They even added in upgrades free of charger. 5 stars from me.

Shane and Ben were extremely helpful during the entire process. Shane spent time with us before we went to the design center, which made us feel prepared to make our selection while keeping us within our budget! Ben updated us every week with pictures and kept us inform even though we did not live in Phoenix at the time. We have had such an amazing experience! Through all the different facets of building, KHov has been the greatest! Everyone I have worked with in their different expertise, has been caring, listened to my needs & took care of the situation. And, they did it with a "smile!" I love my new home.

Diana was amazing. From day one she took time to make sure our family were taken care of and maintained perfect communication on home updates. Josh was super friendly and the communication was perfect during final walk through. Matt was detailed and noticed things we didn’t during the frame walk through. He explained what each thing was and made it happen if it was missing. Over all experience was a 10/10
