Was very timely in his responses and clear and concise on the details. We love our new home and the quality of the build is awesome. Post sales support has been excellent, Yvonne has been working very closley with us on the very few items that needs attention. She is so great to work with and ensures following through to make sure things are taken care of. Thank you KHov team, you are the best !!!

We couldn't have asked for a better first home! We are so thrilled with our brand new KHOV home in Phoenix. There were a few tiny issues to fix and there was so issue getting them corrected before we moved in. Thank you Shane and Steve for such a great buying experience.

I came in and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, I was able to view the different floor plans and pick the perfect one for me. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase it was a very easy application process and a very quick loan process. Walk throughs were wonderfully explained and all issues addressed and fixed. My only complaint is the carpet that you used is not good. It snags and pulls very easily, even when vacuuming. I would suggest a different carpet. Also, the parking is a big issue in this community, I would suggest when you have a 1 car garage and 2 bedroom home that you have at least enough additional parking for each 1 car garage to have a parking spot. ... I purchased the home in April, pretty much virtually since my primary home is in the Northeast. My daughter and son-in-law who live in Phoenix visited the model and gave the thumbs up. The home is lovely for me and my husband as a second home. Getting items on the punch list addressed was a little rocky at first so I complained to Khov corporate office. Almost immediately, the warranty manager, Josh, came to the rescue and had all the items addressed at my next visit to the home. Everything turned out perfectly well. The garage service door looks like it was picked up from a junk yard and will be replaced at my next visit to AZ. All in all the home suits our needs as a second home and is perfect for that. My only issue, and this is my fault, is that the neighborhood once you leave the development looks very industrial. But in riding around AZ, it appears that there are many neighborhoods built in the middle of industrial zones. I might not have bought this home had I visited in person before buying. The big plus is that I am only 30 min. from my daughter and I only wanted new construction. ... More

Daniel Z. Was a fantastic help with the home buying process. The construction team did a wonderful job fixing up anything we saw on the yellow tape walk through.

The seals representative and chief contractor were really helpful and informative. The overall process was a good experience because of these great people.

All the people involved were very responsive. We have built 12 homes with different builders and this staff was one of the best!

The people have been great to work with and quick to fix any issues! I appreciate the honest communication and the desire to make it a great experience! A little disappointed in the paint job but they have been quick to come out and fix that as well! It's nice to work with a team that actually cares and wants to see happy customers!

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Other than that, we have been so happy with our purchase. I would certainly recommend KHov.
