You're getting a vastly overprice "starter" home simply because of market conditions. You get a bathroom with one towel rack for two sinks and no medicine cabinets. You get 10'x10' bedrooms, barely large enough for a queen size bed and a bureau. Their design centers offer limited, but overpriced, selections.

Allison is the best sales consultant ever. If you’re looking to buy a home, please ask for her. She truly cares about you, and she is willing to help with anything she can; I appreciate her the most! Thank you, Allison, for all you do.

It really was a nice and easy process from start to finish. Everyone I've had dealings with were very professional and easy to work with. I really would love to give a 5 star review, but the final finish at the very end of the purchase falls short. I bought my home after two of my daughter's bought K Hov homes in the area. We all have the same complaints. The quality of the painter and drywall final finish is poor. They come back after your walk through and they determine whether, or not, what you have marked as unacceptable is worthy of them repairing it. It's really unfortunate to have such a good experience end with imperfections in the drywall and sloppy paint work that you get look at everyday. The K Hov employees explained that it is the contractors discretion if the quality meets "industry" standards. Seems to me that the contractors should meet K Hov's, and the customer's, standards/expectations. When touch up paint was requested so I could fix some of it myself I was denied. ... More

Everything was great honestly. A lot of communication, really cool updates, etc. The only part that was disappointing was how much longer it took to build the home then what was initially expected.

We have a lot of quality workmanship issues including mold that we had to deal with in a brand new home.

They informed us every step of the process from any delays to pictures being sent to us weekly!

Communication was great. Any issues that came up, they corrected right away.

Instead of just fixing the problems they went above and beyond to make my house perfect. They even added in upgrades free of charger. 5 stars from me.

The whole team was great at communicating the entire process of the build. Everyone was great at getting back to me with any questions that I may have had.

I really appreciated the sales office and the super, Alan. Alan was amazing and Mike and Shane were very attentive. The financial end was unenjoyable at best.

Over all a decent buying experience

To us it felt like we always has someone by our side through this process. We never felt alone buying our first home.

The sales and construction management staff here at Galloway Ridge have been great, They have kept me updated throughout the building process and very responsive to issues. After move in, the staff has been responsive to lining up repairs. I would have to say the KHOV team in Galloway Ridge is top notch. After completion of all homes, this development here in Cave Creek, will be a place others will want to live!

Great community and happy with the results

Was looking for a new 55+ community and Scottsdale Heights checked all the boxes. Beautiful and excellent location in beautiful homes!

Hovnanian sales and build team were knowledgeable, helpful and timely with thorough responses. The workmanship lacked quality control resulting in far too much rework. The schedule seemed aggressive exacerbating the workmanship issues and leaving too many punch list items after moving in. The warranty and build team were responsive to the issues somewhat mitigating the frustration.

While the process was easy and quick, i moved in to a variety of issues in workmanship and a lack of being detailed oriented. Issues with paint where it shouldn’t be and not where it should, holes, misaligned cabinetry, big dents in the garage door, a broken garbage disposal, to name a few.

Shane and Ben were extremely helpful during the entire process. Shane spent time with us before we went to the design center, which made us feel prepared to make our selection while keeping us within our budget! Ben updated us every week with pictures and kept us inform even though we did not live in Phoenix at the time. We have had such an amazing experience! Thank you Shane and Ben for your eagerness to provide us with such an awesome home buying experience.

The sales team and wrap up team were great. The financing experiment was brutal.
