K Hovnanian replaced floor tiles before we saw any flaws because they weren't up to their standards. On our 30 day inspection list we found only 2 very minor items, and we received a response the same day. Can't ask for more than that!

The seals representative and chief contractor were really helpful and informative. The overall process was a good experience because of these great people.

The people have been great to work with and quick to fix any issues! I appreciate the honest communication and the desire to make it a great experience! A little disappointed in the paint job but they have been quick to come out and fix that as well! It's nice to work with a team that actually cares and wants to see happy customers!

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Overall it was a great experience from day one to closing. I was impressed with the whole experience.

We walked into a model home and were blown away. Our guide then took us on a golf cart ride to view what has become our home. We walked into the inlaw suite first it had everything we needed for our father. Then walked into main home and we were viewing a dream that became reality.

Tracy was amazing to work with. We were able to come out every weekend and take photos, she answered questions day and night, weekends. She even unlocked the house for us when we asked. Bret was also great, I could text him with a question and always got an answer. What a great team you guys have.

Mike in sales made us feel at home here from the first day we met. The crew that made this build happen really care about their work. We are very happy in our new home.

The entire sales staff especially Kelly were amazing through the entire process.

To us it felt like we always has someone by our side through this process. We never felt alone buying our first home.

The sales and construction management staff here at Galloway Ridge have been great, They have kept me updated throughout the building process and very responsive to issues. After move in, the staff has been responsive to lining up repairs. I would have to say the KHOV team in Galloway Ridge is top notch. After completion of all homes, this development here in Cave Creek, will be a place others will want to live!

Buying our house with K.Hov was a great process. Any questions we had were answered promptly. They kept us up-to-date with how our build was progressing and if there were any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their own home!

Overall the experience was great. Diana, Brett, Josh and the entire crew were great to work with. Wish the craftsmen could have spent a little more time on the details i.e. ( misaligned showerhead in the masterbath, drips on the kitchen cabinet doors and a partially dead tree in the front yard) however they responded and resolved most things when requested in a speedy manner. For that, we are extremely happy with our new KHovnanian home.
