Beautiful homes Simplify the home buying process Very informative throughout process

Your K. Hovnanian representative, Tamara, was excellent during the whole process of purchasing our home!!! She was very personable, not pushy, but was very savvy as to what kind of home we desired, and the location of the home placement in the neighborhood. Once it was built, we did the walk through, and everything was just as we wanted it to be!!! We have been here 4 months now, have found just a few things that needed adjusting, and Trina has been so helpful in that area, making sure that it gets taken care of in a timely manner. Jim, our loan officer, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in the loan process! We are very happy with our new home and look forward to many years of beautiful memories!!! They had exactly what I wanted. They really utilize every square foot and keep it functional in their designs. Their staff is extremely responsive. I looked at other very popular home builders before Khov and you really can't find their customer service anywhere. You can tell that their staff really cares about their clients.

Everybody helped to buy the house and the experience was amazing and everything was done correctly.

Tamara was great always doing her best to keep me informed for every thing! Always answered all my questions and concerns.Tina also a great person. Guided me through my home questions.

It is a great neighborhood. I wish they would have better customer service after you purchase the home. I moved in and noticed so many problems that I have not been receiving any help with. before purchasing the home I was very excited and loved the customer service but I guess that was just to get me to purchase the home. Now nothing but rude comments and no action.

Our experience with the Sales Rep Brian and the Mortgage Account Manager Shannon was awesome! They worked hard to make sure everything and made every effort to ensure our lending process ran smoothly. As for the quality of work on the home, it appears that the home was built in a rush to complete the closing process. There were misaligned doors, paint issues, flooring issues and even cabinet issues. I was disappointed with some of the sloppiness we saw after we started moving in. Then to get the contractors in to fix the issues is ridiculous. I would have rather waited a little longer so they could get the job done better than to have to deal with the headache of waiting for things to be fixed after the fact. ... More

Worth every second and every penny spent

Good: - On-time delivery - Good visibility into the construction process Bad: - Sub-par quality of the materials, like cupboards etc. - Basic items, such as garage opener are not included by default and are extra - No appliances at all; compare that to Lennar who are giving most (and in some communities all) - No GUTTERS for the house???? Saw it first time for a house and never expected it would happen. Cutting the corners, including basics??? This is very negative and will leave a very bad impression about the builder - Cup board design is bad; can't reach some of these from the kitchen

Overall they fell short of an enjoyable experience.

Unprofessionalism in the sales office. Read review on your webpage. Poor quality with interior fixtures, they put the cheapest products in this house!

My experience was very good with the staff

That is a basic home to buy for to much money. A lot of missing touch ups that need to be correct before letting the buyer move in

The professionalism, flexibility, consistent communication and positive attitude made an intimidating process easier to handle. we not only fell in love with the property we purchased, we cherished the customer service from the Khov team from the sales office to our construction supers to the mortgage department to post sale maintenance. even after the sale, they continue to stand by their builds! We love our home and our neighborhood.

My experience is cabinet are falling off hinges almost had a serious accident in my house cabinet above fell off almost hit my husband on head. Very cheap material I have bought twenty houses never experienced this bad quality.

I just purchased my home and the experience was great. I love my new home. The staff were friendly and informative along the whole process. I am happy with my purchase. The price was good based on the market. I feel like this purchase was a great investment and I look forward to living in my home.

We had minor issues but David and Jose were on it. Over the house closed escrow the day they said it would. Very minor issues on the walk through. Over all beautiful home!
