Customer Service is really awesome

This builder is honest and trustworthy. This is the first time that we bought a home and without fear of not knowing what we were getting into, we followed all of the instructions,requirements and instructional video and here we are in our new home!

The team did their best to accomodate our situation and we were able to close ahead of time.

Great experience with buying our first home. The ladies in the office, Alissa and Eva, were awesome! Always ready to help or answer our questions. They kept us up-to-date on the progress of the house throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend a KHovanian house to anyone.

Everyone was kind, pleasant, and very understanding and easy to work with. Love our new home!

I was wondering why builder didn't catch the problem earlier.

All in all, the process was really good and any bumps we experienced were managed satisfactorily.

The overall sales experience was very good and your team did an outstanding job answering any questions and helped solve any issues with the exception of repairs. I have two minor repairs that were reported in the beginning of April and am still waiting for the repair to happen. That is unacceptable.

Everyone was great only one thing that's very awful is the super attendance he is very rude to females when their husband isn't there at the home when looking and asking questions about the home bought our home has a broken lock on the downstairs window notified the super attendance Juan to fix it he said he'll come out in a week not to fix it but to drop off the lock at the door and its been almost 2 months and still no sign from Juan nor the lock smh.

K. Hovnanian did not fulfill a requested upgrade in the master bed room. At the time of closing escrow, the bathroom in the second floor did not have the sink and cabinets. The backyard, according to the landscaping professionals has an elevation toward the fence, making very costly the upgrades. The optic fiber internet from AT&T is buried in front of my yard. According to them , the builders did not paid attention to it. The bathrooms in general have a very poor finishing. We are still waiting for some shelves for the kitchen cabinets.

The staff was very unresponsive.

There have been constant delay and problematic communications

I just moved in a brand new home. Can't walk around bare foot because you always step on nails from the carpet installation. There "lifetime flooring" has lifted like swollen pieces in every room. You can see the tapping all across the walls in every room. Everything from the fixtures to the wood fence outside is the cheapest material you can find. So if your trying to purchase new to avoid fixing things. This is not it.

Builder needs to step up the game at higher standards, they just promise and under deliver. We bought homes from your competitiors Lennar, Toll, Dr Horton, I never had bad experience as I got from your builder. Worst experience overall... sales folks are nice but Project management team for delivering house on time is really bad!!
