I was very please with the design, quality of workmanship and extras that were include in this house. I was also very please with the follow up of a couple of items that need correction. They came out in a couple of days to fix items. The one thing I did not like is it took a long time to get the solar system hooked up and working.

Tiffany and Heather are two of the most untrustworthy sales figures I’ve ever met. They do whatever they can to get you to sign and then back peddle on everything they promise. Very shady and was told by Heather herself that if I took them to small claims we would win in one of her extremely passive aggressive temper tantrums on the phone with me. Natalie who is Heather’s boss is the only person at that company that actually gets things done. Quality of home is D+ at best. Customer service is F-

As a first time buyer it was very stressful at times and a lot of things going on at the same time. K. Hovnanian staff were awesome, very informative and answered all my questions in a respectful and professional manner. All of my expectations were met as far as the price, size and interest rate. Even though it was a long process. I am very pleased with the outcome. Now I can say I’m a proud homeowner. Thanks a million

Terrible Experience with Salesman & Finance Manager

Overall, we’ve had a great experience through the initial home viewing to purchasing and now moved in. The quality is good and responses to a few issues have been timely with things being taken care of.

Everything was GREAT in the beginning, but when it was time to really get down to the paper work, signing things went off to another level. We decided to go with the builders lender, to get all the perks they were offering, however in the long run i wish i would have stayed with my realtors lender.. They amount of back and fourth on paperwork, due to getting lost or asking for additional things wasnt the issues it was the fact you had us sign closing papers and then retracted the sale because the builders lender didnt have their documentation organized or miscommunication with the lenders team. When buying a new home its stressful, i understand the amount of paperwork that is required that wasnt the issue at all.., but you should never have a new home owner sign closing docs, then call them 1 hr after signing thinking we are on our way to get the keys to our NEW HOME to say, sorry we had to retract the close because we forget, or we now need additional documentation.. My husband and i looked at each other and both broke down, how can this be?? So we went into immediate - backup plan at this point.. we were able to get all the documents need and FINALLY got the keys to our forever home.. Ihope no one else ever experiences what we did.. it was stressful, very upsetting.. I also must say, for the amount of $$ these homes are being sold for, there should be some type of landscape in backyards, or at least have the backyard level, and pick up nails and trash left from the builders workers, and maybe think of putting Gutters on the homes, insane this is not something they do on the new homes.. best of Luck to anyone else who purchase a home.. ... It was an incredible experience, as it marked my first foray into homeownership. It all began when a friend approached me, saying, come let me show you a new house; I’m certain you’ll love it. We headed to KHov’s office where we were greeted by a friendly individual who graciously attended to all our needs and provided thorough explanations. I couldn’t help but think to myself Yes this is the right place. He guided us through tours of three beautiful houses, each leaving a lasting impression. I recently purchased a home from Khovnanian and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into their sales office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the sales representative (Reggie) was very knowledgeable about the homes they had available. Throughout the buying process, I was impressed with how organized and professional the Khovnanian team was. They were always available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way (Reggie, JR, & Ken). The quality of the home is exceptional and I can tell that Khovnanian takes pride in their work. The quality of materials used for the price of the building is very cheap.

Overall buying experience is great but as we stayed in the home, issues start coming out one by one. More problems surfaced, while the staff and home warranty team had been doing great so far, this could have been averted if things were not made in rush that quite a number of worksmanship issues surfaced. Pulling overall home quality down.

Great experience buying another property with KHOV.

My wife and I discover this community earlier this year and we loved their model houses. It only took one visit, and we decided the type of the home that we wanted because the Khovnanian homes were bigger with extra rooms compared to all the other houses that we visited before. Our sales consultant Reggie was extremely helpful during the whole process, and responded to our questions and concerns everytime, even on his days off. Now, we live in our new house for a month already and the whole family loves it. Our loft is spacious and that's where we spend most of family time ans activities. We are enjoying our beautiful home. There have been some issues with Air conditioning, paint coming off the walls, toilet backing up. Fortunately they were all resolved quickly by the service team. I do wish they would have used a latex paint inside the home so I could easily clean the walls.

The whole experience was great with just a few hiccups. The design representative (Lisa) was not very accommodating and it felt like we were statistically and financially profiled. My wife and I felt like we were rushed into picking from the limited design options. We had to do our own tries in matching designs from the color of the paints to choosing the right carpet with no or very minimal help or suggestions from the designer. She was just pretty much on her laptop waiting for us to be done choosing. We came back to the model house the next day to check other things not related to the design. The designer happened to be there with a different client. I have observed that the treatment was different and that the designer was more proactive and attentive. Other than that, everything else was a great experience especially the sales team Reggie and Karam, the Construction team Ken and Derrick, and the warranty team. ... More

I really like Khov houses. These houses are very big with very good construction quality. We feel so lucky to got the house with Khovnanian . The construction was completed on time. Design of the house is good with plenty of rooms for kids and guests

The K HOV sales team, and builders are great and easy to work with.
