Great quality and trustworthy environment

Great experience buying another property with KHOV.

We are enjoying our beautiful home. There have been some issues with Air conditioning, paint coming off the walls, toilet backing up. Fortunately they were all resolved quickly by the service team. I do wish they would have used a latex paint inside the home so I could easily clean the walls.

Overall experience was great. They were honest, quick to respond, and very helpful. There were many things that needed to fixed after we moved in. We still continue to find things that are wrong with our home and it seemed like they rushed to build the house and made many errors. As far as fixing the errors they do an excellent job to make sure everything is how you want it.

The floor plans are nice but our development didn't come with gutters or exterior house lights. Our street is very dark at night and lot of time and money will have to be put into our home after closing.

Everything was GREAT in the beginning, but when it was time to really get down to the paper work, signing things went off to another level. We decided to go with the builders lender, to get all the perks they were offering, however in the long run i wish i would have stayed with my realtors lender.. They amount of back and fourth on paperwork, due to getting lost or asking for additional things wasnt the issues it was the fact you had us sign closing papers and then retracted the sale because the builders lender didnt have their documentation organized or miscommunication with the lenders team. When buying a new home its stressful, i understand the amount of paperwork that is required that wasnt the issue at all.., but you should never have a new home owner sign closing docs, then call them 1 hr after signing thinking we are on our way to get the keys to our NEW HOME to say, sorry we had to retract the close because we forget, or we now need additional documentation.. My husband and i looked at each other and both broke down, how can this be?? So we went into immediate - backup plan at this point.. we were able to get all the documents need and FINALLY got the keys to our forever home.. Ihope no one else ever experiences what we did.. it was stressful, very upsetting.. I also must say, for the amount of $$ these homes are being sold for, there should be some type of landscape in backyards, or at least have the backyard level, and pick up nails and trash left from the builders workers, and maybe think of putting Gutters on the homes, insane this is not something they do on the new homes.. best of Luck to anyone else who purchase a home.. ... Lack of attention to detail.

The ourchase experience was unpleasant as the communication with the sales representatiive was at times unclear and out right untrurthful. I was asssured thst the items tsht stillneeded to be clompleted after the cose would be taken care of quickly. I am not sure if the definition of quickly would be less than a month but I am sure it could not mbe more than a month as a matter od a measurement in time. It has been over a month and my lights come on an off in the house, the lights over the garagr has yet to be addressed. Additonally, the dales person outright told an untruth as to the property lines and the fencing on the property. The experience was unforgetable for all the wrong reasons.
