The staff for Khovnanian have been extremely helpful and dedicated. The realty and construction staff have been easy to work with and extremely punctual.

We had some real ups and downs with the lender we were prequalified through and Traci saved the day (literally) and introduced us to an excellent lender. Now we are home owners! I would recommend them. However we would have liked a certain level upgrade to the back yard (this was the third new house we purchased, but the only one with zero upgrade to the backyard).
