My experience was fascinating

The staff for Khovnanian have been extremely helpful and dedicated. The realty and construction staff have been easy to work with and extremely punctual.

Thank You to Patty who help me and make me feel at home from the very beginning until the end of the deal. Also to the team that help me get the approval for my Loan Shannon and her whole TEAM. also i would like to say thank you to the people who welcome me to be part of this neighborhood. From the beginning of the process, we were treated very kindly and every step of the way was explained in detail to us. All of our many questions were answered and having the online document processing made the whole process work much smoother. From the agent, to the loan manager, to the site superintendent, KHov was top notch and we are very happy with our new home. Would highly recommend KHov to anybody who is looking for a new home. From the begining to the end, the K hove staff were excellent. Patty in the sales office was friendly, professional and more than helpful. We got to know Patty pretty well with a large amount of questions. I would buy another home from K home and have recommended others to buy from you. Thanks for all the help and the smoothness of the process.

I would recommend them. However we would have liked a certain level upgrade to the back yard (this was the third new house we purchased, but the only one with zero upgrade to the backyard).

Patty was amazing helping us through the process. She was attentive to our every need and helped out as best she could, going the extra mile all the time!

Besides Covid Pandemic affects, I had good experience from first day I went to sales office to the finish.. the sale agent had good customer service, was patience, supportive, able to return my calls and keep me updated

Every thing is ok

the view of the house is very nice, but the construction materials are of very low quality

Pretty simple process. Would have liked visual updates sooner than i received but I’m very happy with things. We love our home.
