I wish that the final walk through of the house all of the issues and defects that was pointed out were fixed\addressed. Felt like I was rushed on signing off the paper works and I never received the final walk through copy because of spotty cellular signal at this location.

The people working for K. Hovnanian are professionals. The overall experience was awesome. I just moved in and am getting settled. When I need something addressed, they are quick to respond or let me know when someone will be out to help me. I worked with one other builder in the past, but your company is far superior in quality and customer service than what I experienced in the past. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

Nice and great and beautiful house

Jody, Laura, bob and everyone else we had the pleasure of working with was great and helpful through out the whole process. We love our new home.

We recently purchased a home in Roseville. Our community, Firefly is non HOA and neighbors are friendly. Our builder’s agent Tracee and construction manager were awesome and responded promptly to questions or concerns and gave us updates as needed. I just wish that a patio came with it but that is an upgrade! Our house came with some upgrades and kitchen looks fabulous. It is a smart home and would have been helpful to get more specifics on this. We are, however, disappointed KH warrant service department. We requested assistance with. a few things and only received emails that a manager would contact us. So far no one has called or responded. There was a broken piece on the fence before we moved in and that is not fixed yet. Also fence paint job by the subcontractor is awful. We will need to fix that. Avoid this builder. House has problems everywhere. Literally not a single surface without issues. Builder also forgot to build paid-for options. Cleaners left piles of dirt on floor and in cabinets. If I could get in a time machine and travel to a time before I signed the contract, I would do it in a heartbeat.

The relationship state with Lauren and continue thru the building process and further onto completion and move-in everyone involved was very helpful and very quick to respond, me and my wife very much appreciate the performance of your company as a whole. Leon

From the moment we saw the model house to the time we received the key to our brand new home, it was a very smooth experience. Susan was great to deal with! Totally love our new home!!!

Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

After sales support is not very good. I had tile from roof fall down into back yard, electrical outlets not working, master bedroom electric lights do or work unless you turn on bathroom lights. It Olga’s taken 4-5 weeks to even acknowledge these issues and they are still being scheduled

How smoothly everything went! From the interior design appointment to The solar appointment everything went seamlessly smooth. Also, your onsite real estate, Paula, was awesome and super helpful! God bless you and your crew at KHov

We were very excited about our new home and waited almost 18 months for completion. Within the first two weeks of moving in, we have to submit over 10 warranty tickets including our HVAC system failing to work twice, our roof leaking and filed to be repaired after two weeks, causing damage to the ceiling which will take 5 weeks to be repaired. Carpet was installed and cut base boards, incorrect grout was used in different rooms, electrical outlets don’t work, etc. Overall surprising and disappointing in the quality of work K. Hovnanian provides

They kept me updated on the process all the time, no bad surprises. Any important documentation that I needed to give, was informed to me in advance.

Quality of our home shows a total lack of effort. Some items are so embarrassing, one might think they would rush over to correct? No, wait weeks on end to get a repair that is only slightly better than the original mess. At some point you just give up which seems to be the K Hov warranty strategy.

It was a smooth experience

Its unfortunate I need to be my own project manager because the QC in minimal and short lived. The lack of quality control concerns me in the long run. I can only hope all issues are addressed and remedied in a reasonable amount of time.

Most miserable experience. Even when I tried to submit my initial review, It was deleted and I was asked to re-write it. This pretty much sums up my entire experience. K hov simply doesn't care and they make that clear. They promised numerous items and a certain level of service that they chose not to deliver. When I addressed with Sr. Management I received rude and insulting emails stating that I should read the contract and I'm pretty much stuck. But what do you expect for a "high-end" builder? Sales dept: They come off very nice, but they weren't trustworthy (said we were moving forward with a lot purchase, then sold it to someone else), never knew anything about what was happening with the lot/house we ended up purchasing; over all disappointing Design dept: Excellent! Got great service from the design team Building supervisor: Excellent. Very forthright about build schedule, delays, etc. Very good communication Post-move in: several items still need to be fixed; have submitted several tickets/workorders - some were taken care of quickly; other items still pending with not follow up communication from KHov We love our new home, but the overall experience from initial purchase to move-in has been mixed. ... K. Hovnanian new home buying process is inflexible. You'll have to make decisions within a short period of time and if you do not make the correct decision, you'll be stuck with it. This is especially hard as you are trying to navigate financing and all the other home buying requirements at the same time. Also, expect a lot of little changes after you move into the house.

Leslye in sales was truly amazing from start to finish. The design team was professional and helpful. Scott, Aaron, and John answered every question we had and then some. Anything we needed touched up before closing was done quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience and love our new home!

The design is very good. The Charles model comes up with 4 bed rooms + a game room which makes it very roomy and attractive. Back yard patio is lovely. The lot size is pretty good. The house comes up with new features such as hot water set buttons in the kitchen and master bath room. The house exhaust fan in the upstairs provides good ventilation. No HOA fees.

An excellent job was done especially considering all of the hurdles created by supply chain issues surrounding the current economy. Very well done. Very personal and professional.

We’ve had quite a few issues to resolve with the warranty coverage and it’s been a little difficult to get someone out at a reasonable time of the day. There’s been numerous occasions that my wife or I take off work and the individual has not arrived in the scheduled window time frame.

The sales person was good, she was very responsive throughout the entire process. The most disappointing part is the quality of workmanship and materials. The cabinets are VERY low quality and workmanship of installation is VERY poor. Cabinet doors are not lining up, trim pieces are falling off from, sharp nails/staples are exposed etc. Both interior and exterior paint jobs are very messy and workmanship is VERY poor as well. There are many paint drips, splashes, missing spots, and even wrong colors on exterior trims. In addition to the poor workmanship there are many signs of carelessness shown throughout the house on many items and that is very disappointing. The house was NOT clean when I moved in. Dust, and debris everywhere including inside of cabinets throughout the house. ... More
