I have tried to post a review a few times, but I was asked to resubmit for inappropriate content. I have no idea what the inappropriate content was though; it is a poor review. I will keep this brief so that it does not get flagged again. I have had numerous issues with the builder from sales giving inaccurate information to builders' poor quality work. I have had a list of over 30 things to get repaired or finished. It was not completed within 30 days as promised. My house was still very incomplete at walk-throughs and dealing with contractors had been a headache. Great plan of the house. Attentive to buyers concerns and request a about the structure. Very detailed walk through and minor corrections were done without issues. Great value for a house this size.

The service that I received from Scott and his team was outstanding! Scott answered all of my questions, helped me address any concerns that I had and still continues to direct me if I have any questions. The design of the house is nicely done and the team, from the sales representative to the homeowner customer service workers, are very nice. The only thing I think it fell short was the interior painting.It should be done a better job. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

My family and I had an amazing experience in purchasing our first house with K. Hovnanian Homes. From the sales staff to the builders team and everyone in between, we were provided with regular and consistent communication every step of the way. It was a seamless transition to our new home, our forever home.

Be sure to make good notes i specifically asked for cement 10x10 to be done that way i dont do later on. Everyone seems to forget make sure old notes are matching with sales person!!!

The sales person we worked with was great. Had she managed the whole customer experience it would have been a much more enjoyable purchase and our issues would have been resolved. Our design consultant didn't give us accurate information and met us at a different location instead of in the community where we purchased. This led to a lot of confusion when the final product was delivered since items we discussed were missing and we were told that was never part of the plan since the model was built with different options that are not available for the home. As for responsiveness to issues we have lived in the home for over a month now and we are still waiting for the builder to finish the home. All the bath fixtures are still missing and they can't seem to find the correct ones to finish the install. Other items we have brought to their attention they looked at and said they would get back to us but have never bothered to get us an answer. ... More

From our first initial interaction with Paula H. she joined us for the walk-thru of the model homes being there to answer our questions and concerns it was comforting to know that she immediately treated us like family and not just trying to get another sale. That right there set the tone for what would a great experience buying with Khov. Even after the sale Scott & Victor assured us that we are not on an island if we needed help figuring anything out or see something out of the ordinary about our new home that they are a text message or phone call away. The team helped me with every step of the way and were ready to answer any and all questions. I was very nervous about such a big step by myself. Rose was always there, and even sent pictures of the house and property area almost weekly.

Paula did a Fantastic job keeping us updated in every step of the way, till the house was built. She answered every question we had, weather it was small or big with enthusiasm and with professionalism.
