I expect more value for the money, the appliances are cheap and malfunctioned after 1 use. We're still waiting for items to be repaired after being in our home a month.

Where to begin. First, the POC changed during construction without notice. We only found out because we hadn’t heard from anyone for so long we emailed and days later got a response. The few times I had to call to inquire about updates for signing or scheduling, they hired part time who didn’t know and refused to get the info. We closed sooner than expected, however, many issues unseen at the time came to the forefront and when we submitted a “ticket” for service nothing happened. The biggest disappointment was the amount of ants that invaded our home. Scores and scores of them. I had to reseal areas that should have been taken care of during construction such as the kitchen and pantry. I was unable to establish entry to portal designed to support homeowners and no one knew how to resolve the issue. It took a week before i given a possible POC email to resolve the issue, but why would I want to hassle with that again? The foreman was the main saving grace. Fixtures like towel bars or faucets need to be upgraded to quality not bottom end

- The quality of the workmanship and materials used could have been better. - The house is a little overpriced priced for its locations and materials used in the home. - The walls are not well insulated for noise. - The design and layout of the home could be more modern to appeal to younger families. - Responsiveness to reported issues generally has been good.

Nice people to work with. High priced for decent quality. Didn’t love the buying process and definitely wasn’t a fan of the in house loan officer.

Need to improved the complete end to end communication. sales to escrow. underwriter last minute finds and expecting to get resolved in 1 -2 days is not acceptable.

I have not heard from the follow up home inspector post buy. I have concerns but she has not called me back. Her name is Dean.

Home is well built however there is no consistency in pricing everyone in neighborhood paying different prices, If you get a loan with them I would advise to get it on your own the terms were different every time we went in. With construction still going on there are many nails in the street and when ask if someone could clean up so people would not get their ties damaged it seems to fall on deaf ears every time I walk I pick up nails in the street Landscaping does a poor job taking care of the neighborhood many dead plants and when asked never address.

Don't jump into anything. There are many new builds out there, with many new communities (and builders) to select from. Do your due diligence in researching before jumping into anything.

Everything from the price to what’s included, to getting fixed done by warranty… the story keeps changing. Make sure you get everything in writing. They’ll still give you a hard time. “Oh did I say the appliances are included, sorry it’s $7k more!” “Management said we can’t fix your microwave anymore, I know it’s weird”.

Please ensure the details are correct, or corrected before moving in…

Quality was bad too many defects not happy at all.

I wish that the final walk through of the house all of the issues and defects that was pointed out were fixed\addressed. Felt like I was rushed on signing off the paper works and I never received the final walk through copy because of spotty cellular signal at this location.

We were very excited about our new home and waited almost 18 months for completion. Within the first two weeks of moving in, we have to submit over 10 warranty tickets including our HVAC system failing to work twice, our roof leaking and filed to be repaired after two weeks, causing damage to the ceiling which will take 5 weeks to be repaired. Carpet was installed and cut base boards, incorrect grout was used in different rooms, electrical outlets don’t work, etc. Overall surprising and disappointing in the quality of work K. Its unfortunate I need to be my own project manager because the QC in minimal and short lived. The lack of quality control concerns me in the long run. I can only hope all issues are addressed and remedied in a reasonable amount of time.

Sales dept: They come off very nice, but they weren't trustworthy (said we were moving forward with a lot purchase, then sold it to someone else), never knew anything about what was happening with the lot/house we ended up purchasing; over all disappointing Design dept: Excellent! Got great service from the design team Building supervisor: Excellent. The sales person was good, she was very responsive throughout the entire process. The most disappointing part is the quality of workmanship and materials. The cabinets are VERY low quality and workmanship of installation is VERY poor. Cabinet doors are not lining up, trim pieces are falling off from, sharp nails/staples are exposed etc. Both interior and exterior paint jobs are very messy and workmanship is VERY poor as well. There are many paint drips, splashes, missing spots, and even wrong colors on exterior trims. In addition to the poor workmanship there are many signs of carelessness shown throughout the house on many items and that is very disappointing. The house was NOT clean when I moved in. Got my home and couple things were not right. Reported them to the representative and have not heard anything back it’s been more then a month that things are reported but no one got back with an answer.

We have a lot of things that carried over into warranty. We have not heard anything about them. Have not seen a ticket in the portal, not any follow up. Was told our contact was no longer with the company 2 weeks after moving in. Overall quality of work can tell there is lack to attention to detail.

The sales person we worked with was great. Had she managed the whole customer experience it would have been a much more enjoyable purchase and our issues would have been resolved. Our design consultant didn't give us accurate information and met us at a different location instead of in the community where we purchased. This led to a lot of confusion when the final product was delivered since items we discussed were missing and we were told that was never part of the plan since the model was built with different options that are not available for the home. As for responsiveness to issues we have lived in the home for over a month now and we are still waiting for the builder to finish the home. All the bath fixtures are still missing and they can't seem to find the correct ones to finish the install. Craftsmanship and quality from builder do not match price range for what house is worth. I've spent 280k on previous home in Clovis CA and everything about Wilson homes exceeded expectations. Insensitives from Wilson's where amazing and could not be beat. This new home is not worth the price we paid. I don't understand how I spent twice as much on this new home and it does not compete with the house previously purchased. After final walkthrough of home there are still several issues with washer, walls, cracks, glass, lights, and heating. Its very dificult to schedule to get issues fixed do to work schedule. ... More

We like the home but immediately had plumbing issues. This was not all Khovnanians fault as the city had connected some pipes incorrectly, but I do feel it should have been caught by an inspection ahead of time and not once we had moved in. The city finally fixed the pipes but I am still waiting for KHovnanian to replace my grass.

The quality of installing of the finishes were poor at best. The doors will not close right,

There was an amendment to my lot decreasing its size that was not disclosed. I asked KHov about a lot line discrepancy a few months before closing, and was ghosted by the salesperson. Just before closing I was texted a picture of a new site plan that they said was being approved by the City. This too didn’t match what was eventually shown on the legal property description. It was clear that the KHov team didn’t want to correct this, and was only trying to string me along to get to the closing date. Unfortunately, the only manner of correcting this issue is litigation. T
