I have tried to post a review a few times, but I was asked to resubmit for inappropriate content. I have no idea what the inappropriate content was though; it is a poor review. I will keep this brief so that it does not get flagged again. I have had numerous issues with the builder from sales giving inaccurate information to builders' poor quality work. I have had a list of over 30 things to get repaired or finished. It was not completed within 30 days as promised. My house was still very incomplete at walk-throughs and dealing with contractors had been a headache. This is for Winters, CA but ...

There are several issues with the house that have not been fixed. I am very unhappy in kovanian homes warranty service depot. I feel I got ripped off buy buying this house

Howard our walkthrough specialist failed to go over most of the items on the checklist. Of course we had no idea bc he never showed us the checklist and had us text message him that he could sign it for us. I had to beg for a copy of what he signed for us and when I finally got it, I realized how much we missed out on. There was a line of ants from the front door to the back slider and it was never addressed prior to closing. Areas marked by Howard still have tape on them and were never painted or addressed.
