Where do I even start, First off: Hvac wiring system was not connected/created, had to suffer 3 months of not working. Then the upstairs thermostat wasnt even connected had to contact to resolve the issue. Took 2 months before utilites to be connected and piled up tons of trash gad to find other resources to waste. The plumbing noise is very loud for the upstairs. Any water usage downstairs and even outside you can hear loudly upstairs. The paint of the entire house is also very cheap. One little touch it leaves a mark already. I can keep going, overall experience I wouldn't recommend family, friends and others to buy from the company. Great experience overall. Sales person was super helpful and guided on each and every step. Proper communication throughout every process. After I received the keys and moved into the new home, home owner service provided immediate resolution to any issues or concerns

The buying experience was bad as we were hurried to sign the contract and there were lot of things we got misled by the sales team. The contract said serpent blue color in wordings but the color pallet was different. management said it's mistyped. Sales agent mentioned that we will get wifi/ connected switches and later found out it wasn't installed and they said they found out later that it's an option and not standard. We compromised on a lot of things but since we signed the contract we didn't want to lose our deposit. The quality of home is decent not amazing like other good quality builders ... More

Good experience. Good deal. Good people. Nice house.

The sales rep (Tiffany) was very knowledgeable and never missed a chance to connect with updates. She gave useful tips that helped me make better decision, especially when my original lender failed to come through. Tiffany promised to find an alternative and she did with very good result. In addition. the construction manager was always calling to relay updates about progress on construction site. Although it took 10 months to move in, it is worth the wait. Thanks Tiffany!

I was pleased to buy this house. Quickly that feeling passed after moving in. As stated in the title, the house has had many nagging structural issues. It’s like the builder found the cheapest materials and the least experienced construction workers to build this house. The door brace that leads to the garage wasn’t nailed down, the kitchen cabinet wasn’t nailed down; there was a gap between the door and wall that allowed crickets to enter the home, the floor strip between the bedroom and bathroom wasn’t secured; wholes between the wall and staircase; neglected to install a wall plate for the outlets in one of the bedrooms; nails are still sticking out in one of the bedrooms, now ceiling and wall is literally separating in multiple rooms. We enjoy our home but the process of closing was pretty bad honestly. We understood there would be hiccups along the way for a new build but there were a lot of preventable mistakes. There was especially poor communication between different members of the team to us. For example, our close date got changed but didn't get updated officially so closing had to be delayed. And between the builder, scheduling office, title company and mortgage company everyone kept pointing a finger of whose fault it was. I would rather have had KHOV take initiative more during the process and help solve problems rather than point fingers. I will say, the bright spot during the process was Shawn who actually communicated with me well and problem solved efficiently. Craftmanship has been average at best. The on-site sales staff were efficient and curtsey. The loan processor worked closely with me to iron out the few issues that came up regards to my credit. At first, I was concern that all of my financing was being considered long distance to another state but we found ways to work around the time difference.

Professionally built and good quality.Sales agents,loan officers,title officers were all very accommodating and gave help and assistance throughout the process.Some minor repairs are needed and homeowners service are always there to fix.

The build needs to be more through. We had to call for so many things in regards to paint, av not working, door bell not working after we moved in!!!

Sales was phenomenal with staying in touch and giving us an update. Any warranty work so far has been good on follow ups.

Terrible service, terrible house, terrible products

Constant delays and unreliable time lines. Finally got the keys 2 months after we were supposed to close. Inspections and walk thrus were rescheduled 4-5 different times where we had to rearrange our lives to make it convenient for the builder. Very disappointed in the homebuying process.

My initial contact person with the builder was very responsive to calls and texts and walking me through the process. When I actually got into the home, I was instructed to send emails to the identified email address. I got an auto reply that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Weeks went by without me hearing from anyone. I saw one of the building managers around working on the neighbor's home and he handled some things personally for me. that was helpful. So, overall, the system has some gaps that need to be addressed; however, there were several individuals within the company that helped make things smooth for me.
