U may experience constructions around the areas can be annoying but overall the community is pretty great/ new homes/ safe/clean/ great landscaping/friendly neighbors

Devin kept me informed the entire time on the progress, Jeff made sure it was done correctly. I was quite impressed with the final inspection, KHov was more particular than I was, much to my satisfaction.

We were kept informed throughout the whole process. The people that walked us through the house was very informative and helpful.

When I relocated to Delaware I had decided that I will purchase a resale. After searching around I wasn’t happy with what I was finding. My son suggested that I build a new home like he did that way I can have the things that I wanted. I then contacted K. Hovnanian Homes they worked with me through the whole process. It was not hard as I thought it would be they made me feel very comfortable and addressed any questions and concerns that I had. Thanks again K. Hovnanian Homes !

Dave, Anthony and the Mortgage Team were Awesome!!! Even during COVID (love, peace & blessings to those affected), Anthony still managed to meet all commitments on time and delivery a quality home! The things that stands out the most is Value!!! We were on a limited budget and were shopping for homes for about 6 months before finding KHov. With the current incentives and the help of our sales associate David, we were able to purchase a new build, in some cases less than existing homes and customized it to our liking. Honest, responsive and made our buying experience from out of state very pleasant.

The builder was very informative and accommodating with scheduling due to the Pandemic and stayed on schedule as much as possible.The house was very well put together craftsmanship and quality second to none.Salesman and manager’s went the extra yard to ensure that my family was was happy with the end product This was the first time purchasing a home from KHovanian and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home the experience was Great!!

David and Anthony represented the company extremely well. They both made the entire process for my wife and I exceptionally easy as first time home buyers. Their immediate responsiveness to any/all of our questions was fantastic. Also, very impressed with their knowledge and competency! Buying our new home from k.Hovnanian was a great experience. Our salesperson gave us great advice. Picking our own style elements at the design gallery was challenging, but fun. Now that we have moved in the construction manager and Khov representative have responded to our questions or any concerns. We are very happy to be here!

We had a wonderful experience, especially with the sales office representative and the construction crew. They responded to any questions we had and made us feel exceptionally special. On the construction side, we were offered vital advice and we are so appreciative of the K Hovnanian family. I have one recommendation that is for K Hovnanian and anyone who is buying a home. When making selections at the design center, the customer should be provided a picture or sample of all of their selections. We experienced an incorrect selection and we were told that's what we signed for. Well, the customer does not know what product numbers are assigned to selections and the product number is the only description on the document you sign. If you are ok with minimizing upgrades, this is an easy buying experience. Often the upgrades with builders cost too much, because the cost of providing those alternatives make upgrades too expensive. In this case the Farmhouse upgrades are classic and most are current design pluses. The price of the home is superior to other builders in area. And, I love working with the K. Hov. employees.

The sales team was great and very adaptable

The builder here was great... He was responsive and informative. He listened to my concerns and did everything he could with-in his boundaries.

Overall, the experience went well and we are very happy with the end result. Nick was great, answering any questions we had in the initial selection process. The construction manager Tom was very patient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had during the build process.

Jeff was very attentive to my needs and very professional.

Overall buying experience was excellent, some issues in communicating from project build, like we were not called about initial walk thru before drywall was put up and getting the warranty information on home

The overall process was fabulous. As stated prior, the home construction industry has many challenges. The management of resources, manpower and supplies to deliver a new home in a timely fashion is paramount. The KHOV production team has done a great job staying on top of the issues and resolving quickly. The execution of the construction phase, being managed by Tom and Jeff has been excellent amongst the challenges. It's not an easy job, but their transparency and professionalism is a welcome sight.

Simply love my new home and look forward to many years here.
