We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home, at Liberty West in Georgetown DE. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The sales representative Rob I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step with expertise. His dedication to finding the perfect home for me was evident, and we felt supported throughout the process. When it came to finding the right home, the options presented were what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated the honest feedback on each home we viewed. The closing process was handled with the utmost professionalism. All the necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, and the final steps were completed without issues. Vicki my agent was wonderful. She provided timely updates since my primary home is out of state. she was extremely responsive to questions, a great experience.

The process from beginning to end was very smooth. The sales person was very good and the construction manager was even better!

I love my house and the development. Vicki has been great in helping with everything. She is the best and very responsive. Fred was also very helpful. I do not like the color of the paint on the walls and ceiling. I wish it was pure white. Also, I wish the sod was done better. Overall, I think it is great.

The home and community design are excellent

What stood out for me at K Hov was the sales team and how helpful and responsive they were! My sales rep Elizabeth made the overall experience so enjoyable as she was never pushy and provided us with all the information and resources we needed to make our decision. She kept us informed the whole way through on the progress of our home and anything she needed from us along the way. All departments from Sales, Lending, to the Project Management team were extremely friendly and did what they said they would do throughout the process. Every single person that I had contact with from K.Hov went above and beyond. My overall experience was excellent. Dave H. Sales Manager at Autumn Ridge was so amazing he answered all of my questions, was incredibly responsive and just went above and beyond. Jamie and Michele my mortgage broker and loan processor walked me through the entire qualifying process. They were so helpful! Colin the builder was great to work with, he was so accommodating with adjustments needed. He was very responsive and even recommended a landscaper! Buying a home in Seabrook has largely been a great experience. The sales agent we dealt with from the beginning was great to work with and was always there for us and highly responsive. A definite '5' in everything! However, Covid and supply chain issues caused the home to be two months late. They could have handled that a little better. KHov then had some turnover and our home was part of a surge of homes being built as they finished the 120 home development. But we were patient with our home building process and fortunately they didn't rush completing our home. We are very happy in our new KHov home! ... More

The sales agent was very helpful and responsive. She sent pictures during the construction so we could see progress. The builder did a good job of keeping to his timeline and fixed all items that we identified in the walk thru. The KHov mortgage company was very helpful too.

The salesperson is amazing from start to finish she was always available to answer questions. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and afterwards. The project managers took there time explaining everything. Love my new home.

Great experience

Very good experience overall. The home was completed a month early, and we have had no serious issues with the construction or structure of the home, or appliances Any issues we discovered after moving in have been fixed or will be corrected under the warranty. We are very happy with the value vs cost of the home. Some of the materials could have been higher quality, but are acceptable.

The person we had to help us with the loan was very helpful!!! Any hiccup that we came across she was there to help.

Sales team was low pressure, quick to respond, and accommodating. Site project manager was thorough, detailed, responsive, and accommodating. Mike and Tom were great to deal with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with our Khovanian sales rep Sean Kilroy- he did a great job!

We were heard and kept UpToDate through the process. The communication was excellent despite us being out of state. The design studio was a breeze and the consultant super helpful. We love the community and highly recommend it .

Overall this was an excellent experience. Just remember you are NOT purchasing a custom home at $400 per square foot. This is a production home built by very experienced professionals. Our home construction was supervised by very experienced and knowledgable managers. It was delivered 6 weeks early. We budgeted the customized features by others after closing. All phases of sales, construction and service are streamlined and tightly controlled. Khov delivers amazing value for the $$! Watching our neighbors homes being built is amazing. Efficiency, quality control and scheduling is paramount. Khov uses every effort to control costs, schedule and quality. After the closing service is very good- just know how to implement it. ... Buying this house was a pleasure. The salesperson was great and the construction manager was very attentive. I love the design. The 9-foot ceilings make it feel big and the open-concept kitchen/dining/living room is great. My one qualm is the quality of the paint. I oversaw the repainting of every room in my old place, using Benjamin Moore or Behr or Valspar paints. The paint here is thin. The semigloss is hard to wipe clean and the flat paint is easy to scratch. I expect in years to come I will begin to have the rooms repainted. Otherwise, though, it's a great house and I can't believe it's mine! ... More

Overall great experience- very few issues - minor in nature addressed quickly Surprised granite is not the standard kitchen counter- I have not had formica be the standard since the 1980’s!

all in al a very good and easy easy thanks to Tracy in the selling are and Joe as our construction head. They've always returned out emails and dealt with things and keep us abreast al throughout the building process

Great workmanship , everything done right according to the plans. Just a few issues as expected with a new house but very happy overall.
