Hovnanian Homes Magnolia at Westside are an excellent organization, very organized and professional in all their administrative procedures, the construction and their finishes are first class they have a very staff qualified I recommend this organization 100%

Carl was very informative and always available when I had questions. If there was something that was not right he made sure to correct it as soon as possible. Very easy to talk to.

We were a little hesitant to build due to hearing so many horror stories of others that have built with a variety of other companies but after doing our research we decided to go for it with K Hovnanian. From the very beginning we were taken care of and we had the best experience! Our Building Manager was AMAZING and warranty work is taken care of quickly and easily. Never thought building a home would go so smoothly and we would be so happy with the outcome.

All team had an excellent performance and profesional execution. We felt like family.

Building process was amazing. Carl(Boulder) went out of his way all the time to satisfy our needs.

The process was very straightforward. Staff were very helpful and we are grateful they made it all less stressful. Mariana was always willing to assist or clarify any issues with us. Carl the construction manager was great in providing regular update as to the progress of the project and the after sales services he has provided to us has been exceptional. There is nothing to fault as everyone we dealt with were fantastic and we are enjoying our new home.

Very helpful, attentive

Our construction manager Carl has been amazing from the start. From the home orientation tour to addressing any issues after closing, Carl has been helpful and very responsiveness to any issues or concerns we had. If I ever bought another K. Hovnanian home again, I would want Carl as our construction manager.

Everything went really smooth, the house hasn’t had any issues, quality product

All was fine with the exception of I did not have the full option and buy into options like lighting and choice of fixtures, etc. I lost both my sales person and builder half way through the project so I felt lost. Never the less I must say Carl did an excellent job in seeing me through the completion of the project. Everything else is nothing to talk about.

In the beginning it was a great expérience but quickly went down hill. I am à Sales Manager in the auto industry for 15 years. Understanding your customer need and wants should. be a priority for Amy one in sales. Wé thought ois realtor really understood what we wanted but as time went on we réaliser that she just dis not listen To us. Wé had infomed Her what was important To us. We trusted her. When the situation was confronted her answer to us was that you should have been aware because you signed the contract. we understand that we signed the contract and we also trusted her into assuring giving us what we asked for. I believe we should have got options to correct the situation and it should have been communication between the design center in the realtor to assure that the customer got what they wanted and if there was any obstacles we could have all worked it out. knowing what I budget was it should have been kept in mind so the customer could have been informed where they stood with the cost but unfortunately that did not happen either so I had to come up with a significant amount of money at closing. The only upside to our experience as we were purchasing the home is Carl the head of construction for our home he was kind he was informative and he was personable he did an outstanding job and to date he is still driving around the community and asking how everything is going it's unfortunate that the real estate agent and Carl you not work together when it comes to selecting the plan of the home. Carl was very thorough when he reviewed the plans with us in the construction with us and always kept us updated every Friday about what needed to be done and what I got completed.
