Meeting Ms. Dodie was a pleasure. She is very pleasant and welcoming. Meeting Mr. Robert, was also pleasant. Robert is a good listener. And he answered the questions I had regarding the Construction. Mr. Chris explained the warranty throughout the walkthrough. He also let me know, to contact him if I had more questions, in the future. Overall my experience in purchasing my home has been a great delight.

All those involved with the buying process were great to work with. Very responsive to our questions, friendly and thoughtful.

We really liked the community. The multi generational house was a grate asset to us being that my mother in law had recently moved in with us. We were also very pleased with Dodie, Chris and last but definitely not least Robert. They are all very attentive and always willing to help in anything we need.

Robert the builder is always available friendly and took his time to explain the process and what was being done in the home. Even after living here a month we reached out to him and he is still as friendly and helpful as he was before buying our home. Overall great experience!

Carleen has gone above and beyond. As a sales person her job was done long ago. Even though I have closed months ago she still checks in with me. Chris has been my contact since closing. We have built from other contractors and had nightmares. our experience with K.Hovnanian was the extreme opposite. From the moment we met with Dodie, the company's First Face, to Robert the Foreman, to Jimmy, a contractor - we were pleased 100%.Each and every one knew the product, were extremely helpful and professional and we continue to interact with them after our move-in. We decided to finance with K.Hovnanian and were also pleased. Karie, our first contact, guided us through each step. Closing was smooth and seamless thanks to the closing agents. All in all we have had a very positive experience and highly recommend to anyone. Our community here at Waterstone is growing and so far we have met great people. The only negative is one that leads to the material side: As a woman I want things to match in the bathrooms and throughout; i.e., satin or shiny in all hardware - not mixed. A choice of appliance upgrades would be nice. The ones in the home are just ok and we replaced right away. Lastly are the front doors - they open out, not in. Unlike souther Florida, hat feature isn't required in this part of Florida so we would like at the very least to have had the option to open in as it is much more welcoming. ... More

The builder up holds his word on corrective action. Building flaws are inherent in all builders as the nature of the business is. But all in all they were diligent in all issues. Cosmetics, building structure, Supply chain issues of the past. A builder who can weather what these times can throw at the them. Quality.

THE PROS KHov takes pride in their work and everyone that we've come into contact with at this company has been genuinely very nice people, and that has been the highlight of our experience. The onsite construction manager, Robert, has especially been quite amazing in helping us to handle minor issues that have come up. Every time I see him, he asks me how everything is going with the house and if I mention anything, he's quick to take a look and help where he can. The few times we needed to call in minor issues, it was taken care of very quickly and oddly (yes, it's very rare) all the workers were very nice people who cared. We're genuinely shocked by that, especially being here in Florida where most are very rude and often don't care. The oven is decent as well as the Microwave. Windows seem to be very nice and decent quality. Floors and carpet are done well and look very nice. All closet doors are real doors with door handles, which is a very nice feature of the home. It has 1" granite counters that look very nice in the kitchen. Garage door and opener are decent quality as well as the water irrigation system. Hurricane shutters came with the home and are in good order. Kitchen cabinets seem to be made with mid-grade to low quality materials, but we’re putting it in the pro category because they look superb and good quality hardware is used, like the long stainless steel handles and slow-close hinges. There was much kitchen cabinet space. The architecture is great, using the space well, creating closets and laundry room in logical locations and owners' closet is spacious. The landscaping, though simple, was very nice and 2 oak trees were planted in the back yard. THE CONS We wish the appliances were a little better, the Fridge was way too small and the dishwasher is so basic that it doesn't really clean the dishes. The faucets and shower heads are very basic, but work fine. House trim is basic. The paint seems to be very cheap; it looks good, but it damages or comes off easily. OVERALL EXPERIENCE Although there is a mix of good quality vs. low quality materials/appliances, we are overall very satisfied with the home and especially with the service. Robert has especially been extremely helpful, not only in helping us get issues taken care of, but he has even spent some time educating us about certain things of the house. He is the main reason we have been recommending KHOV to our friends and family and will continue to do so. I hope Khov is taking care of him, treating him as an essential part of their operation and recognizing how greatly his leadership contributes to their success. This is a great builder.

Sales agent Lashon was great. Informative, knowledgeable and great follow up. Speedy closing. End of July I’m still waiting on things that were promised to be done before closing which was 4/25. Hopefully Jim will see them through.

Everybody was very helpful

The members at K.Hovnanian have been amazing. We are first time home buyers and they walked us through the entire process. They are trustworthy and thorough. The builders were also great and respond with diligence and promptness to any issues you may have with the build. I would 100% recommend K.Hovnanian to any future home buyers!

Quality of work could have been better ( poor paint job and finish; drain & tiles in master bathroom had to be repaired shortly after we moved in; heating system & thermostat had to be serviced because they were not calibrated; cracks in driveway and garage floor of a brand new home; yard not level and drainage poor creating sloppy/sludgy areas).

great value, sales process and communication a little clunky, but overall strong experience! disappointed with the property management company (not K H)
