We stumbled onto the Sola Vista community one day and fell in love with an inventory home that just became available that same day due to the previous buyers (who designed it) financing falling through. It felt like destiny, as we hadn't even listed our house for sale yet. The sales agent we worked with, Jorge, is a gem. Friendly, honest and super patient. The building manger, Lawrence, is just a fantastic human. He made sure that everything was perfect with the home. The walk through was extremely thorough. He's even checked in on us to see how things are going and if we've needed anything several times since closing and we've been here a month. All of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. The community is gorgeous and very well kept, neighbors are friendly, and everyone at KHov is lovely to work with. We are very thankful to be part of the community and absolutely love our home. Buying with KHov was the best decision. We've recommended them to several family members already! ... More

This is a company that lives up to its promise. From the first meeting with Ralph until my closing I felt that everyone wanted the best for me. The Sales Representative who helped us from the beginning to end, the interior designer who helped us with customizing to our preferences and price point, and the Construction Manager who led the build and quality control to completion were all outstanding in their work, how they were to work with, our entire experience with them as people, and the end result from their collective efforts and service was all extremely pleasing. We are impressed, grateful, and loving our new home and our experience through the process with K. Hovnanian.

So glad i decided to buy my home with K Hovnanian . Staff are excellent , especially Aaron onsite and Michael who supported the mortgage process.. Aaron was always on hand, sending updates throughout the home construction, with the regular pics he sent me, I was able to watch my home being built, without being there. He was so patient walking me through the entire house and has been there for questions after moving in. He really is such a credit to K Hovnanian. Michael was also amazing, always so patient with all the questions i had during the mortgage process. and then there was Karen during the closing process.. I truly felt i had the best people i could go to during the entire process who had my best interests at heart, which is really important when buying the home for the 1st time by myself..
