We stumbled onto the Sola Vista community one day and fell in love with an inventory home that just became available that same day due to the previous buyers (who designed it) financing falling through. It felt like destiny, as we hadn't even listed our house for sale yet. The sales agent we worked with, Jorge, is a gem. Friendly, honest and super patient. The building manger, Lawrence, is just a fantastic human. He made sure that everything was perfect with the home. The walk through was extremely thorough. He's even checked in on us to see how things are going and if we've needed anything several times since closing and we've been here a month. All of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. The community is gorgeous and very well kept, neighbors are friendly, and everyone at KHov is lovely to work with. We are very thankful to be part of the community and absolutely love our home. Buying with KHov was the best decision. We've recommended them to several family members already! ... More

This is a company that lives up to its promise. From the first meeting with Ralph until my closing I felt that everyone wanted the best for me. Overall, a great experience! As a first time home buyer, the process was very smooth. There were a few misunderstandings with the optional building choices that got cleared up quickly. Sparky and his team was always there to help and answer whatever crazy questions I had. Yoli was very sweet and checked in with me even while on maternity leave! Jamie was also amazing!!!! I continue to recommend friends and family to go with KHOV as I felt secure throughout the entire process. Only complaint was material shortages and that was no fault of the company.

Great people form the Sales person to the people fixing any problem, very professionals and very dedicated to the client.

The overall experience with KHov was great. Larissa and Tamira help us with the process and they were always available for us. They answered every question we had diligently.

I had great communication with the Sales Team, Design Team and the builders. They were AMAZING and made the process exciting and informative as a homeowner. I was however, a little let down throughout the entire process with the Mortgage Team ( the paperwork side of the purchase). As a first time home buyer, this was the most upsetting and confusing part of the process. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend K. Hovnanian!!

It is a nice residential area. Great product. Only issue i have is the size of our ally way for garage and parking.

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life. From start to finish the process was truly a breeze thanks to the passionate workers like Sparky and Mariana who really made this experience memorable!!
