Nightmare dealing with financial / lender. Overall the priority is NOT the buyer or their needs, it’s about money and nothing else. Not accommodating in any way. Will NEVER recommend or buy from this development again. On a positive note..Guy and Nick where great.

Fit and finish is really bad

We've lived in our new K Hov home for three months and have found the fit and finish to be really bad. The low quality of cosmetic issues makes us wonder about the quality of the things we can't see. They are responsive to fixing issues, but these issues should have been fixed prior to closing.

We chose to not ‘highlight’ a bad experience

This is our third new home. This was the worst experience we have ever had. From initial salesperson to our closing that took five hours this was horrendous. We sent in a much more detailed review and documented timeline. The only positive we have is Kristi our warranty person. So many issues and we are not asking for them all to be addressed. Example - we are on our fifth main kitchen countertop being replaced and still not correct. Our upgraded stairs and beams needed immediate addressing or we were not moving in. The stairs are still not fixed to the condition agreed upon when ...
