We’re very pleased with our new home. There have been a few minor issues though KHov is on top of them and responds immediately. Everyone has been so nice and great to work with. Every step of the way they walk and guide you through everything. From the day we decided to buy the house through the day we closed they were there. Would definitely recommend and buy again from Khov. The quality of the products could be a little nicer though for the price we’re very happy with the final product.

The Sales Representative who helped us from the beginning to end, the interior designer who helped us with customizing to our preferences and price point, and the Construction Manager who led the build and quality control to completion were all outstanding in their work, how they were to work with, our entire experience with them as people, and the end result from their collective efforts and service was all extremely pleasing. We are impressed, grateful, and loving our new home and our experience through the process with K. Hovnanian.

So glad i decided to buy my home with K Hovnanian . Staff are excellent , especially Aaron onsite and Michael who supported the mortgage process.. Aaron was always on hand, sending updates throughout the home construction, with the regular pics he sent me, I was able to watch my home being built, without being there. He was so patient walking me through the entire house and has been there for questions after moving in. He really is such a credit to K Hovnanian. Michael was also amazing, always so patient with all the questions i had during the mortgage process. and then there was Karen during the closing process.. I truly felt i had the best people i could go to during the entire process who had my best interests at heart, which is really important when buying the home for the 1st time by myself.. It is a beautiful, safe community and has everything I was looking for, the finishes are incredible my family and I are happy with the decision we made when buying here.

Excellent service, terrible workmanship

After buying I saw that it was not functionally designed, the materials are regular. the lighting of the complex is very bad, they designed the complex to have no visit. They say things to sell and then do not comply with the provisions.
