Our new home is great! The best part of the whole experience has been the people we worked with along the way. Our Sales Consultant Amy, Construction Manager Steve, Design Consultant Megan, and our Loan Officer Grace Parsons were all excellent. Throughout the process, we had questions and concerns, and every KHov employee we worked with was attentive to those concerns, and provided clear solutions to them. Buying a home is normally stressful, and your team made it as smooth as possible. We live our new home, and if given the chance, would do it all over again! This is the first home that we have bought here and we feel that we made the right decision by choosing Khovnanian as our home builder. The process was transparent and seamless, right from initial buying, the design center experience, and the entire home building process. At every step, we were notified about the progress and also images being sent to see how things are progressing. Weekly / bi-weekly meetings with the construction manager helps us understand in detail and call out anything that needs attention. Special Mention to the construction Manager Dave, he has spent a good amount of time helping us understand different aspects of the house and giving us detailed walk-throughs. The final walk-through was one of the best! Nonetheless, Vicky - who helped us along the way right from the start until now. From start to finish the process of building our home with Khov has been fantastic. Working with Amy to start the process was great, she would always return any phone calls, and would answer any of questions that we would have. Kevin did a great job handling our mortgage, once again always would return emails/phone calla right away. They did a great job guiding me through ths process, answering my questions, and on building my home.

Staff was great from the beginning. From the sales lady Kris, to Jodi in the design studio and Scott the construction manager. The quality of the materials and features stand out from other companies (yes we compared). Everything moved smoothly even in the middle of a pandemic. A few appliances were in back order but it’s understandable during Covid. Financing was organized and they were good at getting back to you in a timely manner if you had questions. Over all we had a great experience buying a home for the first time with Khov.

We had trouble selling out home and needed the funds to move. The K.Hovnanian team was understanding and accommodating through the process. From the office staff, loan officers, to closing coordinators, everyone involved was amazing! I would recommend the K.Hov builder to anyone looking for a builder that cares about the people.

We had a great experience with the builder/super when building our home. They were timely in getting the home completed and communicated every step of the way. The only part of K. HOV I would never use again is the lender.

Construction manager was fantastic at communication, updates, photos and progress as house was being built! The sales staff was friendly until the contract was signed, then didnt seem to be as interested with customer anymore.

The entire process from visiting the model homes the sales people are wonderful and patient on answering our questions , the design center who helped us shape our forever home , to the construction crew who build and made it to a reality , and even after closing the house , k hov is there for support and quick to respond to our concerns . Having people passionate on what they do makes a difference ! This being our second house to build , K hov is beyond compare in our experience ! Amazing !
