It was a great experience! We had heard concerns about building a home but they made it an easy process. We are so happy with the results!

Building our new home with KHovnanian was an experience my family and I will never forget. All staff members exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. Ray, Floyd, Juan, Bonnie and Nick went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed and happy with each step. Thank you all for doing an amazing job!

From the sales office to the builder, our experience was awesome. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that was done to build our dream home. Our builder and sales representative was always in communication and able to answer any questions we had during the building experience. My wife and I would highly recommend Khov for your future home.

Fantastic experience with K. Hovnanian homes! The pre and post sale experience was fantastic with great support from the entire team. Dave and Vince have been very responsive to a couple of furnace related glitches and minor new home corrections. I absolutely enjoy working with the K. Hovnanian team and would recommend them to any interested home buyer!

We are Happy with almost everything

My home is beautiful. We were able to create and design it as we wanted and things progressed pretty quickly. All the parties were really nice and we were pleases with our services.

The construction team was very responsive during our build and continues to be responsive after our move. We are very satisfied with our decision to build with KHov.

We got this home just around a month back. Overall we are very much satisfied. though there was a delay in closing the home the assistance we received from the construction manager and the realtor is extremely good. Overall the quality of the construction is pretty much decent and we didn’t find any major issues so far and this is what a homeowner requires thank you very much for all your assistance and good luck.

Great experience, wish I had more incentives

The experience was surprisedly not stressful. Michelle was wonderful to work with. As a new home owners. She walked us through the whole entire process and told us what to expect.

Sales person Vicky was OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and pleasant!! The building process was VERY well coordinated by Dave! Never a day without someone working on it!! Delivery was on time!!

The entire process of building and buying our home went smoothly and without many issues at all! From picking out our finishes, seeing our foundation being poured, watching the house going up in its many stages, to our walk thrus and finally moving in, each stage we had great support and always had someone answering questions and guiding us as needed. We are so happy in our new home and thank everyone who helped to make it happen.

The sales team and construction were great and responsive.

As first time home buyers we very new to many thing. Vikky was great ! She has always been ready to help us when ever we had any issue, from home to loan . She never promised us what she couldn’t deliver which is something we greatly appreciate. When she says she will look into it I never had to worry about it and the results very immediate . She helped the entire process as easy as it can get. We had few construction manager changes in the middle which had caused a little chaos but Greg was the go to guy !

The construction supervisors were helpful and accommodating. My salesman kept me updated with photos
