Everything was great up until closing. My lawyer was struggling to get any paperwork from them and I had to call multiple people to find out where the closing was even going to be at.

Great experience, wish I had more incentives

I was a really good experience buying a home with k.Hononian homes the sales persons and builders team and all their employees where really helpful from the beginning to final move in I highly recommended

The experience was surprisedly not stressful. Michelle was wonderful to work with. As a new home owners. She walked us through the whole entire process and told us what to expect.

Customer service is terrible. They give you a date, they finish early. They give unrealistic closing date when the appraisals aren't complete then charge you by the day that you don't close. Very unhappy

From start to finish the process of building our home with Khov has been fantastic. Working with Amy to start the process was great, she would always return any phone calls, and would answer any of questions that we would have. Kevin did a great job handling our mortgage, once again always would return emails/phone calla right away. He made the stressful part very enjoyable Greg Dave and Steve have been taking care of my home as if it was one of their own. Anytime i need anything the response rate is within a hour! They did a great job guiding me through ths process, answering my questions, and on building my home.

Staff was great from the beginning. From the sales lady Kris, to Jodi in the design studio and Scott the construction manager. The quality of the materials and features stand out from other companies (yes we compared). Everything moved smoothly even in the middle of a pandemic. A few appliances were in back order but it’s understandable during Covid. Financing was organized and they were good at getting back to you in a timely manner if you had questions. Over all we had a great experience buying a home for the first time with Khov.

Sales person Vicky was OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and pleasant!! The building process was VERY well coordinated by Dave! Never a day without someone working on it!! Delivery was on time!!

We had trouble selling out home and needed the funds to move. The K.Hovnanian team was understanding and accommodating through the process. From the office staff, loan officers, to closing coordinators, everyone involved was amazing! I would recommend the K.Hov builder to anyone looking for a builder that cares about the people.

Fantastic experience with K. Hovnanian homes! The pre and post sale experience was fantastic with great support from the entire team. Dave and Vince have been very responsive to a couple of furnace related glitches and minor new home corrections. I absolutely enjoy working with the K. Hovnanian team and would recommend them to any interested home buyer!

This builder is good with roofing, basements and insulation however fall short on interior work. My microwave has a dent in my stove has scratches in it and the paint should have been white semi gloss.

We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian Homes. The best part of our experience was our construction manager. He was so thorough and kind, and he took significant time to make sure we were informed and connected to him throughout the process. The result was a home that was exactly as we dreamed it. The only part of the process that was a little challenging was understanding some of the final closing and loan costs up front. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and it took us a little time to get in a rhythm with our K. Hovnanian mortgage broker and sales agent. The sales office team is fantastic! Steve our construction manger was super easy to deal with and very easy to contact with questions and concerns along the way. Communication from the inhouse lender was a bit lackluster but once the process was rolling it was fairly smooth.

We are having many issues with the house and no clear direction from developer/builder how these will be resolved.. Just a painful situation for such a big investment

Dissapointed in the lack of knowledge of our sales representative. Sales representative was disrespectful, demeaning and hard to work with.
