From the first day I looked at this community, Jack gave me all the information that I needed about the houses that were being built as well as the community. My project manager Ethan, did a great job with the construction on my new home. Ethan also gave me my walk though and I was pleased on his presentation. Overall I was satisfied with the presentation that Jack made and Ethan construction of my home. Outstanding Job!!!

This is the first townhome My family and I have been in that feels more like you’re in a single family home. My family and I love our home. The space of our home is huge! Great for when we start to have family gatherings.

Debbie, our Sales Consultant was awesome. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She was with us at every step of our home buying process. Top notch customer service!

Overall my family and I love our new home with KHovnanian Enclave at Waugh Chapel. It’s spacious design and price for the location have made it and ideal place to raise a family. The KHovnanian team have made this and awesome experience.

Very attentive and does a good job

The homes are beautiful but there is not a great attention to detail. I don’t think buying a home should feel like is you v them but that was the overall feeling I had. Very limited knowledge of the builders contract on the sales side and sloppy craftsmanship inside. It feels as if there is very limited quality control on both ends.

Sales rep was fantastic. Job foreman was very knowledgeable overall. Dealing with Kham in Florida was both exasperating and exhausting. We are retired with more than enough funds available, however, the loan representative often did not return our calls. Up until the day before settlement we were still asked to send more documentation. After living in our new home for a month we are seeing alot of finished work on walls and trim wasn't the quality of work we expected for the amount of money we paid for our home. We would not recommend Khov homes.

Great Experience from start to finish!

Actually, I was going to send few lines to the builder through the sales agent about my home buying experience and final choice. However, this rating has summarized it all. The materials used in the building, as well as the appliances and fixtures are of very good quality. The space was maximally used to advantage! Home buying was simple and easy, and the price paid was valid for market price. The construction crew was great with performing touch ups, and bringing the painting crew back after move in. Salesman was good, and helpful. Mortgage company was terrible. They have 5 people doing almost the same job, and they would constantly call asking for the same information with no communication between each other. title company was great.

It was great working with the K Hov Team on building our new home. Kristen, Debbie and David did an excellent job through the sales process - they answered all of questions and were very great to work with. They made the process easy! Mike and Marty did a fantastic job on building the home! The craftsmanship was great - if we ran into any issues they were quick to addresses them. We love the new house - thank you for everything.

Quality assurance for the home during the construction process is overlooked, all the emphasis is on delivering the home as soon as possible.

I love my new KHov home! There is nothing that I do not like. The design, the neighborhood, the lawn and landscaping all look terrific. The KHov sales representative was excellent from start to finish in keeping me informed of progress on the house and any other matters that needed to be tended to before closing. KHov is very fortunate to have her as an employee. Also, the construction managers have been very attentive to my questions and kept everything on schedule. Again, excellent employees. I love our new home. It exceeds our expectation in everyway.

The sales team was outstanding to work with. If you use them as a lender, sometimes their are issues with communication with loan officers during the different stages of the loan process especially during the end of the company fiscal year (October). Overall, good experience.

If it wasn’t for the new construction manager James this would be a 1-2 star rating for all. James has gone above and beyond to make this process smooth. When we moved in multiple things were done wrong and the workmen ship was below par. There were things forgotten that we paid for. But James has been extremely understanding responsive and reactive to the situation. James should be highly appreciated in the company and be compensated for his hard work. He understands customer service and drive for getting the job done correctly.

I wish the name would match the quality or even the customer service provided for the warranty/ defective work.

Salesman was horrible. Lied to us about many things and failed to offer us any options including lights. For the price we paid we expected a lot more out of the house. We moved in and the house has many flaws that still need to be fixed. The carelessness in building the house could have been dealt with if they took the time when building the house. We were told they focus on 3 houses at a time but that wasn't true.
