Khov Builders took great care and excellent attention to detail in building our new home. It was a very seamless and easy process from start to closing. Mike K and Konner where exceptional to work with. We are very pleased with our beautiful new home! Thank you, Outstanding Job!!

Even though our house was delayed by quite a bit (most of which was outside of the builders control), we were always able to get ahold of our sales representative and construction manager to get up to date information and schedule tours of the home. Any issues thus far that have come up after settlement, our construction manager has been quick to address.

The salesman and construction manager were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We purchased the model home in Glen Riddle and due to the unique nature of the property, it was difficult obtaining a mortgage through no fault of our own. The K Hovanian mortgage group failed to obtain a mortgage for us, but due to the determination of Mike K, our sales person, he was able to assist use with a mortgage company that could. We are very appreciative. We have yet to move into the property as is being used as the model with our permission.

The builders were honest in what to expect with delays in our current environment. They were responsive during the building process and answered all questions in a timely manner. The only caveat is the lack of flexibility to get certain options in your home...like different bathroom cabinets. I had one option and I will probably end up having it redone. The journey to getting the home completed was painless.

Little or no contact during build phase. Annoying.

We were in rentals for five months, very expensive.

The house looks good at first glance but the construction and finished details are just shy of being good. I feel like the construction company was try to save money and cut corners and the house shows it. I know the construction managers had a lot to deal with, with supply chain and labor issues, and they said they were trying to close on too many (18) houses in one month. Perhaps they should build fewer at a time and build them better. I think it would be more cost effective to do it right the first time rather than to have to come back to fix haphazard work. I think this is generally the fault of the company’s higher management because the local people I dealt with both on my sale and the construction managers were wonderful and were obviously trying their best in a difficult situation. ... For the "gold key" walk-through, the house is supposed to be finished and ready for closing. At our "gold key" walk-through, the house had significant issues and work outstanding that resulted in our closing date being moved several times at the last minute. This disrupted the moving process and created a very bad experience. There are also significant issues with work quality and craftsmanship as a result of inferior tradesmen performing the construction and work that has yet to be remediated more that 4 months after closing. Did not realize until after all was done completely but saw signs. Our account rep. was not looking out for us at all. misguided information. would NOT recommend this builder to anyone.

Everything is finished to a 6' standard but once you get close its all beginner level trades doing the work. Door frame joint over a 1/2" out and use caulk to fill. Had a shower value not even brazed. Basement slab not even sealed so always chalky. Drywall dust and mud in grain of floor and hand rails. Carpet is super thin and cheap ( even with the 10lb padding upgrade) had cleaning crews still cleaning during walk threw so didn't find dirt and nasty floors till ink was dry cause floors where wet still have miss match tile Grout in shower ( 4 weeks later) the title says it all basically got a $350k house with $200k finishes in it for over $500k. Not one drywall wrapped door is even close to square or true ( going be a pain to install a door if I ever want to. D4y wall finishers where vary sloppy and barley have a level 2 finish in side and not even sure how the garage passed inspection cause it the lowest fire proof I've ever seen ( missing mud, tape not sealed ext... I could go on for days. Koner tried his best but he can only do what the company says and that is a low standard. Be vigilant and pay attention buy there house. Its all fixable but shouldn't have to fix it all on a new house ... More
