Our second home from KHov in the same building. If we weren't happy we wouldn't have bought a second in three years. Shout to Bill and Stephen from Sales, they are on top of every little detail and made buying this home incredible. Bill also helped us with our first home and while things were a bit rocky during that initial closing b/c it was new construction, Bill was so thorough and on top of every aspect of our sale. Highly recommend.

They will fix what they promise to fix. Very trustworthy

We started our search around Feb and settle down on our fave unit mid March. Then COVID crisis brought down the City. Many needed to adjust rapidly to the new working environment. Most customer services quality dropped significantly. But we were lucky that our experience for buying our first new home went extrmely smoothly given the professionalism and understanding that we saw from all parties. Buying first home is easly anxiety provoking but we are happy that ours went with very little anxiety at a time when anxiety for everyone was reaching levels never seen before. Appreciate it. Moved into the building late 2019 and it was a pleasure doing business with the K. Hov. They have created a quality product and have great staff and sales guys to help and guide home buyers. They have been prompt to respond to requests and made sure that quality of the homes that they deliver remains immaculate

Working with Stephen, really made the experience smooth, simple and easy.

My sales rep was great and responsive and any warranty issues I’ve had have been responded to abs rectified ASAP!

Our first contact was on a virtual tour with Bill B. He was professional, he answered all our questions, and we were excited about visiting after. All communications were with our realtor through the whole process. The Sales Office was a large part of helping us make a decision to purchase. Luckily for us we had Bill B.us all the way.

We didn't have a smooth move in due to delays but the crew was absolutely fantastic. Huge shout out to Yazeed & Jack for being fantastic in helping address issues. Thanks to them, we were able to settle in quickly.
