We thoroughly enjoyed the design experience to make our new home as personal as possible. We were surprised of how we had the opportunity to choose all the interior finishings with many choices to select from. We had a very great experience with the staff at the sales office Nikki, June and Ed were all very friendly, professional and efficient. They took all of our concerns very seriously and were excellent communicators through the entire process of purchasing from start to finish. Scott and Eric with construction team did a great job - however some more thorough quality control would have been appreciated. We are experiencing some flooring, door and exterior railing issues as well as a damaged dryer. Overall the home was built very well except for a few areas we are hopeful and expecting that Phil and the warranty team will take care of in a timely and professional manner. Some construction issues need to be rectified that were not handled or realized before closing. My husband and I overall feel extremely happy we have selected this community to live and grow in. It’s a wonderful experience with KHov throughout home construction process. Keeping us up to date till the home closing.Response to service requests is also great.

We didn’t face any hurdle while purchasing or moving to the new house. Joe and Mark did good job.

Overall value for money without a doubt and great mortgage and sales experience but kitchen cabinets and craftsmanship is sub par. Overall it’s still value for money!

Finishing of the house is not satisfactory. The cabinet doors in my kitchen had to replaced multiple times.

Not to the expectations

The overall experience is great. The account managers need to be more patient and less pushy. They need to engage, communicate and give options that are at their disposal. However their responsiveness was up to the mark.

I felt any additional upgrades was very expensive than current in the market. Example first floor Recess Light we added the KHOV package and it cost me $3670 and outside I finished second floor in $1100. You should offer competitive charges rather way expensive as your home buyer. Also , We found cracks in kitchen and upstairs. Overall home buyer experience was nice.

Over all good experiences

The external designs are well thought out. The interior designs are good and pretty standard and expected from builders like KHOV. Insulations are great and can't hear sounds from neighboring unit. No qualms about price, especially during this pandemic era, where the demand outbeats the supply. There are some minor things, which would have improved overall experience, like Stop Valves (made of plastic) in Bathrooms, commodes are pretty cheap material. The price difference between these materials and other basic models are just couple of hundreds per home.

We recently bought our home in K HOV and I am writing this review a little after we did our closing. The experience so far has been little above good. There are a bunch of customization & selection that were allowed to be done but most of them comes as a package. The staff seems to be very experienced and the does a nice job almost every time. More often than not there are little to no follow ups. Overall if I see I would recommend KHOV

The builders have done a good job in building our house. Material used can be better for the price we have paid. Our salesperson June was really helpful throughout the process

Appliances have scratches. The garage and some areas in the house are not clean and not appearing to be a brand new house. Window frames are dirty due to mud. Carpet is not clean in some areas due to stains of mud. Many other minor issues. Overall it was a good experience.

Decent homes, ease of buying

Construction and material quality is not good. We are seeing many issues in month 1 itself. I have received justification that it is because of weather change. I have another home in similar weather condition and never saw such issues in the last 5 years. I would suggest to find solution of the problem rather than justifying.

Post move in is not as satisfying as we expected it to be

only issue i had was with the upgrades and customization... slaes team did not agree for me to juag upgrade the kitchen bit they did for other who got at the same time as me.

My home buying experience was overall smooth. I definitely wish I knew more especially since it was my first time purchasing a property. There are some things that could have been done a lot nicer and taken more time before moving in such as crooked door handles, toilet paper holders, and outlets.

Upgrades are not worth the money. You can get more quality work done by other contractors. Khov could have used more quality paint job, finishing garage and better bathroom fixtures

KHov has a good model selection to choose from. Through out the process the communication was not that great related to delay in closing date. Once we moved into the house, issues resolution seems to take for ever. We’re still waiting for fixes that were reported 3 months ago! Paint job was average and floor needed to be cleaned several times!
