Upgrades are not worth the money. You can get more quality work done by other contractors. Khov could have used more quality paint job, finishing garage and better bathroom fixtures

KHov has a good model selection to choose from. Through out the process the communication was not that great related to delay in closing date. Once we moved into the house, issues resolution seems to take for ever. We’re still waiting for fixes that were reported 3 months ago! Paint job was average and floor needed to be cleaned several times!

Poor quality paint, came off with just few drops of water spilling from houseplant. Poor quality window locks, loose and not installed properly. Poor quality door locks, 2 months and main door lock is already loose and wobbly. Poor quality of plumbing fixtures, 2 months in and taps and shower loose/wobbly. Granite was chipped and cracked during install, team refused to fix the granite crack and blamed it on us as we only saw it 1 week after moving in. Not the quality expected for the purchase price of $650K. Homeowner emergency service has very late response and team does not deliver 100% when fixing issues. Sales representative Kyle was very bad and had very poor knowledge of the options, his only goal was to sell the units at as much high price as possible. He changed/increased the base price 3 times every time we saw him, as he knew we were interested and will buy eventually. First time home buyers make sure you get someone who knows things in and out when dealing with builders. ... More

Good experience to buy home

They are building homes in hurry and so missing quality

Not satisfied with overall workmanship and quality of the house. 1 year warranty is a joke, usually they delay service request or does a simple bandaid . Again we have to put in requests for the same work.

The overall home buying process from starting to closing is very smooth and hassle free. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, responsible and ethical. The quality of construction is awesome.

Overall good experience but there are some things which needs to be transparent.

There are many issues with the building which i. dont like. 1)quality of the material used. example marbles used kitchen top-this absorbs water. 2)no option for customizations. 3)when ever there is an issue, the answer to the issue is the same, they do not fix in most of the cases. 4) how the common bath is built- 5) water connection in the main hallway, that can be seen by all the guests.

Closing was not very smooth, lot of dates shared to us for the closing. But finally it was been like the customer myself have to discuss with Town for getting the occupancy certificate. After moving initial issues fixed through warranty team. But after that seeing a critical issue in the end unit where cold air getting pushed from outside, working with warranty and other senior managers team finally they are asking to read pages and pages of document saying all build as expected. Over all good experiences

Overall value for money without a doubt and great mortgage and sales experience but kitchen cabinets and craftsmanship is sub par. Overall it’s still value for money!

Really poor communication. Very late to meeting. Home not completed with far too many mistakes I corrected. There was blood on the kitchen cabinets and stairway after final walk through when we picked up our keys. Got our kitchen lights 3 months after purchase after we followed up weekly never from them.

Poor Construction Quality & Slow in Resolving issues. I will not recommend any of my friends to buy the property with khovnanian homes.

Overall very good experience starting from visiting the sales office to closing of the house. Paul(sales agent) did a great job in providing all the necessary details about the site plan and construction updates. High class construction materials made it luxury homes.

Everyone in KHoV was amazing to work with! From my sales rep Paul, all the way to my KHAM mortgage agent, Andrew, the buying experience was simple and easy.

The builders have done a good job in building our house. Material used can be better for the price we have paid. Our salesperson June was really helpful throughout the process
