Not to the expectations

Wonderful experience and I was having very nice experience with June.

We were the 2nd people to sign the contract in the community. To start with we were not explained about the different elevations and we missed out on the porch. After moving in we noticed that the floors are rising. We found this on the day of our closing and they fixed it but it is starting to rise again. The master bathroom floors have a problem that is making the water leak from the great room ceiling. It’s been maire than 10 ldays and nobody has come to fix the bathrooms. We are a family of 5 and have been using only 1 bathroom. Very inconvenient. Right behind our backyard there is a water puddle which is not draining properly and this is causing bugs and spiders crawling inside and around our house. This needs to be treated immediately for maintain hygiene. We have kids and it’s making it very hard for them. A complaint has been sent about this already. In person and via email as well. We have had a very pleasant experience purchasing home from Khov. They have done an excellent job and the entire team has been friendly and at the same professional in all interactions.

Appliances have scratches. The garage and some areas in the house are not clean and not appearing to be a brand new house. Window frames are dirty due to mud. Carpet is not clean in some areas due to stains of mud. Many other minor issues. Overall it was a good experience.

only issue i had was with the upgrades and customization... slaes team did not agree for me to juag upgrade the kitchen bit they did for other who got at the same time as me.

Finishing of the house is not satisfactory. The cabinet doors in my kitchen had to replaced multiple times.

The overall experience is great. The account managers need to be more patient and less pushy. They need to engage, communicate and give options that are at their disposal. However their responsiveness was up to the mark.

Every thing is good, Only concern is no bus stops near by to nee York city.

I always wanted to buy from a reputed builder like Khov so that I can stay relaxed of so many unknowns. Am not satisfied with the buying process and the sales rep that worked with me. No proper communication, reps don't know details and often guess/lie about the features asked for. Poor quality control and cheap material used in the construction. This sets a great example of exploiting the situation of the housing market with poor quality material, miscommunication, and taking buys for granted. One piece of advice to the company, its management, property managers, and sales reps: you may sell 100's of homes in a year/month but remember the buy will buy 1 or 2 homes in their lifetime, please try to create an experience for them and stop taking them for granted. ... Decent homes, ease of buying

Sales representative are not friendly and not helpful at all. No respect to buyers at all. I know this is the sellers market but the way they are treating buyers is not good. And also point to be noted is Property Manager is not responsive and no firm rules at all. This is the worst home buying experience I never faced and also ever heard from anyone this is kind of hassle in buying home . Totally disappointed this journey of buying home at villages.

The external designs are well thought out. The interior designs are good and pretty standard and expected from builders like KHOV. Insulations are great and can't hear sounds from neighboring unit. No qualms about price, especially during this pandemic era, where the demand outbeats the supply. There are some minor things, which would have improved overall experience, like Stop Valves (made of plastic) in Bathrooms, commodes are pretty cheap material. The price difference between these materials and other basic models are just couple of hundreds per home.

Nice buying experience. The quality of construction is good.

Post move in is not as satisfying as we expected it to be

Khov home buying experience has been a smooth one, considering this was our first home purchase.

We didn’t face any hurdle while purchasing or moving to the new house. Joe and Mark did good job.

In two words, we are happy. The buying process went smoothly. Everything was done in time. All minor issues we found during inspection were fixed immediately. Special thanks to sales team. They helped us a lot. Any questions we addressed to them were answered and resolved almost in real time.

We recently bought our home in K HOV and I am writing this review a little after we did our closing. The experience so far has been little above good. There are a bunch of customization & selection that were allowed to be done but most of them comes as a package. The staff seems to be very experienced and the does a nice job almost every time. More often than not there are little to no follow ups. Overall if I see I would recommend KHOV
