Everything was great, there was minor scuffs that were easily spotted and taken care of before closing date.

We were so excited the moment we saw the model homes in our development. My wife and I both knew pretty quickly that the K. Hov homes at The Townes at Quail Ridge were perfect for us. It was fun and exciting to work with Peter to choose our options. Stopping by to see the progress made on our home was exciting too!

The entire team at KHOV is professional and attentive to detail. Our sales representative Bill Bergin walked us through the process and was always a step ahead to notify us as the process moved forward. Our foreman Jimmy was awesome and Phil, our warrantee supervisor is amazing as well. Hats off to the entire team!

From the courtesies extended by the sales staff (Fred was outstanding) to the attention we received during construction, and now with the assistance of the service staff in addressing post closing punchline, the Hovnanian experience has been stellar. Love the product and we are confident that what wasn't perfect at delivery, will be.

It was a great experience. Gary and the young fella was very patient and answered all questions. Having a starter basket for my new home was an awsome gift and very appreciative. I wish everybody well and Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

I purchased my K. Hovnanian house in 2021. I contracted when the land was just dirt and bushes and with no model house to check on and watched it being built for the entire community. It was long nearly 7 months experience and was very excited being a first-time buyer. The salesperson Christine was very clear and little accommodative on the schedules, and I liked it but on the mortgage process, I felt K. Hovnanian is bit higher prices and went with my own lender. It was stated, I will get golden key invite and gift baskets when handing over the keys, but nothing happened. I see for other homeowners it did happen. I was very disappointed being the first-time buyer. K. Hovnanian need to improve on this to be consistence across every homeowner. Once I was handed the keys, I didn't have to deal with the sales office any longer and any issues are taken by the 1st year warranty and the customer service are very professional in taking care of all the issues reported and are fixed Overall I am happy with K. From the moment we walked into the sales office & were greeted by Bill, we were pleasantly surprised at the attention we got. Bill was exceptional at helping us make decisions in choosing items for our new townhome. After the initial meeting we left for Fl & Bill kept us updated on construction & actually would FaceTime us, while he walked thru the model (which was not ready when we bought.). Construction was ready ON TIME which shocked us, with supply chain issues & weather in NJ, that sometimes doesn't cooperate! We moved in & as w/ new construction, little issues which we brought to the attention of Phill & which are addressed immediately. Phill is wonderful!!!! Everything and everyone was a professional. After shopping around with other home builders, we noticed right away that K. Hovanian builders are far more superior in style and quality.

From the initial phone inquiry with Bill, we were immediately impressed with high level professionalism that really set the bar. Bill was incredibly personable, knowledgable, and communicative throughout the whole process well after our close. Both the finance team- Andrew and Lorraine and title team - Karen and Christine were incredibly professional and responsive. The walkthroughs with Jimmy and Pete were thorough and we really appreciated how everything was so well labeled to make things easy for move-in. Our initial walkthrough with Jimmy was also very professional and thorough.

This was the first home me and my wife purchased. We could not be happier with the whole buying process from submitted the deposit, to closing on the new home. Everyone was extremely helpful along the way (we needed it!). We love our new home and neighborhood!

Was a pleasure working with K. Hovnanian on buying our new home. We never dreamed of owning a brand new home but with KHov, it was easier than we though. we really appreciated the attention to some slight details that the builders gave us after we closed and moved in.

I had a great home buying experience working with Fred and Justin. Fred was extremely helpful throughout the homebuying process and always was able to answer my questions or get me an answer promptly. In addition, since we have closed Jordan has been extremely helpful with any issues with the home.

The home buying experience was a pleasant one. The sales and construction managers are responsive and work hard to ensure best customer experience.

Truly happy with the overall experience from start to finish. Made adjustments for me when asked, and was attentive to my needs.

Sales Staff (Peter) is outstanding. John, building foreman also great. Promptly addressed all questions and issues. Pre-wiring was not my favorite experience. Need to provide better options in this modern digital society. Also, still concerned about roof deck & water issues associated with it.

I'd like to first mention that the people I dealt with for most of the home buying experience were great, including Jimmy and Denise. If it were not for the diligence and communication from Jimmy and Denise, I do not think I would have moved forward with the process of closing on the new home from K Hovnanian. Unfortunately, I can't say I have had a great experience with other people and aspects of the home buying experience, on top of continued issues in the home after closing. I did not have a good experience with my account manager, Andrew. He has zero people skills and was not helpful at all throughout the process. He knew I was a first time homebuyer, yet did an unsatisfactory job in proactively communicating important information to me and did not do a good job at guiding me when I needed help. He gave very short, vague responses to my many questions. It was like pulling teeth with him. There are TOO MANY quality and workmanship issues with the home which I find to be unacceptable for the price I paid for this new construction home. -Non working thermostat the weekend we moved in -Screws were in the garbage disposal -Loose steps on garage stairs -Heavily scratched and warped flooring in the kitchen -Airflow issue in the hood vent above gas range -Missing grout on certain spots of tile in the master bathroom shower -No tree on front lawn The list goes on and on... It can takes days or sometimes weeks before hearing back from Phil and the service team. There has been multiple times when "Phil is on vacation" which delays responses and actions from the service team. Maybe Phil needs to take less vacation days or you need to create a backup plan for coverage. I am giving a 5 star review for Denise and Jimmy ONLY. Thank you to them and a few others who actually know how to do their job and compensated for an otherwise poor experience with purchasing this home. ... More

The build quality is mostly good if not excellent. However, from day-1 we have to take care of some issues, including: 1. Vibrating A/C compressor. I am sure that it's defective but on top of that the whole unit was not "padded"...which translates to unpleasant vibration in the house (yes, the whole house). 2. "Bubbling" floors. You walk on a "cushion" in many areas of the house with manufactured hardwood. Maybe it's easy fix, maybe not if it requires floor disassembling. I have an "open ticket" with the flooring contractors to come and take a look. 3. Cheap bathroom fans. Very noisy...threw out existing ones and replaced them with $42 "Broan-NuTone QK60S" from Amazon. Takes 5 minutes to replace a fan. 4. Water heater stopped working after 10 days. Was fixed immediately by KHOV crew - THANK YOU!! ...some other minor things that aren't worth mentioning here, but definitely could've been easily addressed by the contractors during their "build process"...they knew that a towel hanger will collapse if done with a small sheetrock anchor...LOL Overall i am happy.
