The process from the time we chose our lot to the completion of the build and walk through was very easy and seamless. From the sales staff to the builders themselves the experience as truly amazing.

Pleasant home buying experience, however the quality of build is not like my previous townhome. Can hear almost every footstep from neighboring homes and every time a toilet is flushed or water is on, it is audible in my home. Also can hear neighbors voices through certain walls. Also drainage from gutter spills right into yard, making for moist ground and mosquitos.

Overall I am having very positive experience with K.Hov. K.Hov team is very responsive and supportive. Having issues with some appliances and K.Hov team is very helpful to address those issues.

I experienced poor customer service on repair issues

I am disappointed in the underlying problems associated with the community and the no responsive approach of KHOV

I was super excited to get into my new home. Not even few weeks and there is huge list of issues from quality of products to workmanship. Washing machine didn't do even few cycles and broke, undone nails under the carpet hurt my daughter, fluctuating lights and the list goes on and on
