Jennifer and her team at K Hovnanian were extremely helpful in the home purchase and building process. Would recommend to anyone looking to build a new home to make K Hovnanian their first choice.

It was our first time building a home and I enjoyed that I didn’t have to pick the small details because the packages they provided included everything we wanted. The sales representative and project manager was great. Everything was seamless and their was only small delays regarding light fixtures but nothing major which is to be expected during a pandemic. All in all it was a great experience and I will be building again with them in the future.

We are very pleased to have worked with such professional and wonderful people and made our dream of owning our own home a reality. Each individual delivered beyond our expectations and made it so easy for us to finish the process. The home buying and designing process was very smooth and an overall enjoyable process. Any question that we had during any phase of the processes was quickly answered. We were updated on a weekly basis as construction began and was very informative and helpful. I appreciate the detailed information we received at the time we took ownership. I especially love how we have up to a year to fix anything that should arise with the home and it gives us peace of mind. We absolutely love our home, minor issues but nothing that couldn’t be fixed!

Sales and construction manager were super responsive and problem solvers. I would buy a house again with them any day. The options set up by KHov were also straightforward. Not having annoying extras charged for "power plugs that should already be there in the first place" as Pulte does is a big bonus.

Beautiful Townhome, excellent floor plan.

New construction can cause delays but not only are the majority of owners living with horrible clay yards but owners who have been here since last year have horrible large clay patches and very undesirable type fragile looking so called grass installed .. on other hand homes not inhabited have the rocks and clay cleared grass already spread if there's not a qualified lawn care company being used refund the cost to each homeowner that wants to do it themselves

The whole purchase process was seamless and fast. The builder is also very easy to work with and they address any concerns or issues immediately. Being this community is still under the construction process the builder keeps everyone in the community up to date on the continuous features being made to the community. The location is great as well as it is secluded yet close to shopping and access to the highway within 5 minutes or less. I am looking forward to seeing the finished results of this community.

The walls catch every little thing. Not sure why they would use the paint they do but it’s maybe cost effective for them? I don’t know but I feel like they could put more quality products into their homes and make it worth the price

Still waiting for all of the repairs to be made that we marked with blue tape the week before I received the keys. The flood in the laundry room caused by lazy workmanship and the lack of timely repairs was a nice added bonus.. Must have put 40 pieces of tape on drywall and throughout the entire house and not one was addressed..

For a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for an easier experience. Thus far, I have enjoyed my new home, am very impressed with the quality, and would highly recommend K. Hovnanian to a friend.

We bought a move in ready home which was not custom for us but has a lot of beautiful upgrades. The KHOV design staff made the house to suit a large family and guest areas. Although we love the house we definitely would do a few things different. The Garage is small and only able to park one car inside. I would suggest the extensions in all directions if your building. We found out our gas meter is to small and needs upgraded to a larger size. Khov brushed over the 20 ft easement on our property. But I guess we should have read better. What’s behind the walls we will never know. Since the house was already built we are trusting the workman ship is good. Fingers crossed.but like any home already built new or old it’s always a gamble. But the sales team was impressive and answered any questions I had and bent over backwards for us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend KHOV over a lot of the other builders. We love our house and our new neighborhood. And we are happy that we choose KHOV. ... More

After loving our first K.Hovnanian we decided to do it again after just 2 years. I do believe since we this development was near closing corners got cut and unfortunately Im not as pleased with the girst purchase. I would still recommend the builder but I'd love to see the same great workmanship be more consistant. Even with minor issues I still love my new home!!!

My wife and I had a great buying experience and found a great deal on the model home. Sale went smoothly but then we started to find all the poor quality materials in the house causing minor problems which we are now replacing/fixing. Replacing toilets, towel bars, floors are squeaking all throughout the house and have to run electric to the wet bar that has a mini fridge but no plug to power it under the bar.

The people I have interacted with have been fantastic. This company has been nothing if not personable. The house looks fantastic. However, the longer I live in the house, the more I begin to see where corners were cut. Plastic nuts on brass screws are a recipe for disaster (especially when it comes to water lines), but yet, that's what we have. The front steps have been placed on top of the dirt out front with no retaining wall for said dirt, meaning as it rains, that dirt underneath the steps is eroding away. There were no handrails put in for the front steps, and where they could have asked if we wanted back steps, they chose instead to put a barrier over the back door that's something of the eye sore. Basically, if they had the responsibility to cut corners on materials used or to simply say, "Not our job," they did it. Overall, it's a great house, but those cut corners seem to be multiplying, and as they do, it bothers me. ... More

Flexibility in selection of upgrades could have been better. Kitchen appliances could have been better, or not have been included in the price so that the customers can buy what they like.

I am very happy with the initial start of my home buying process. The sales team was great! My disappointment started when I moved in and started seeing that the walkthrough tags weren’t all fixed and then I started seeing more flaws. Unfortunately, there’s too many to list. The whole issue is the workers that are contracted out. It is so obvious that there is the lack of caring out what they do and definitely lacking pride in their craft. I am still waiting for my places to be fixed with my concrete. It’s been awhile now since I asked for mistakes to be fixed. There is a warranty and I will get to address things at my 1 year mark. I hope everything will be fine then. ... More

Overall experience purchasing was good. Problems get taken care of quickly I wasn’t told up front that I could not paint the interior for a year or that the HOA needed to know about all the flowers I want to plant

The property was turned over to me with outside water drainage problems. I am not happy.
