While there were some minor hiccups in building our new home. Leah, Jocelyn, Bob and Kayla were amazing in helping us navigating and getting things corrected. The customer service and response to questions and concerns were answered much quicker than I could ever expect.

Communication with the project managers and KHov representatives throughout the whole process.

The process was really easy and all questions were answered as soon as possible. One issue came up with electrical when we moved in, someone was there the next day to fix it. We love our new home!

I can honestly say that from the moment I met Tiffany I felt like my search for a home was over. She was terrific about explaining everything, patient ,extremely knowledgeable, and to her and Wendy's credit the customer service has not stopped just because i have assumed the house. They are right there to answer any questions that i still need answered. They are first class and if i were starting a business i would start my company with those two. thanks for everything.

Smooth process from start to finish. Great customer care and excellent service with Monica, our sales consultant, with Steve, our construction manager, and continuing even today with Melissa regarding the installation of our driveway. We couldn’t find any homes that fit what we wanted for the price point we could afford. We ended up building with K.Hov and it was an excellent experience. We weren’t pressured into purchasing a ton of options and were really helpful with everything from structural upgrades to paint colors. We are very happy with our home and look forward to the growing neighborhood.

Pretty straight forward on the costs, options, timeline, and perks from the community. No hidden fees or processes left out. They gave us a very personalized experience with care and attention to the little things. Would buy a home from them again!
