House was completed earlier than promised and we were kept apprised of progress every step of the way.

Very informative and involved during the building process. Answered all of our concerns in a timely manner.

Overall I'm happy the way how it turned out. there's some minor issues but the person is responsive to address the issue.

Brandon and Chris have been great. I knew I wanted the house house they helped make it happen. The few small things that have come up they have been responsive too. I'm please to have built with KHov, and as a Realtor will continue to send my clients that way.

Our experience with Khov went very smooth from the beginning. From our great customer experience with the knowledable Melissa who helped us choose the best house options for us, the design center appointment (we were able to mix and match whatever options we wanted, the basic options are basic but still nice enough where you can deal with it temporarily until your ready to upgrade it on your own time), to our amazing building manager Steve who kept us informed and walked us through the whole process. There were a few minor bumps in the road for example the carpet installation wasn't the best (few installed corners look rough not smooth and you can tell by the stairs where they cut a piece of carpet and tried to blend it in with the rest)shutters are still on back order (we were informed of this from the beginning due to COVID and supply shortages) and missed appointments with repairs afterwards to the siding (We were told siding repairs were going to be done in a few occasions and no one ever showed). Thankfully Dominic our building was on top of it all and smoothed things over. Overall communication was excellent. and we LOVE our new home! I would recommend anyone to build with Khov anytime. ... We are very happy with our home. We love it. There are a few minor issues that came up during the process, but overall we are very satisfied with the work that was done.

Everyone has been supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. Made a potentially tedious process fun and enjoyable!

My experience with the sales staff was fantastic. Diana and Connie were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I had very few problems after moving in and when I did Chris immediately returned my call and took care of it.

Good experience overall. Sales reps were great. Detailed and open about the process. Seems like quality build and materials so far. Construction folks are good to deal with as well. Managed supply shortages remarkably well.

It was great experience from beginning to end. It would have been nice to include a few more items in the standard pricing.

Keith and Adam did a great job building our home. The things we were dissatisfied with was the variety of selections available to us and the explanation of structural add-ons.

We are ecstatic to live in our beautiful new home and our entire experience with KHov was positive.

The team was super friendly and extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had throughout the process. There were a couple of damaged items and a leaking pipe upon move in, but the team was quick to address it and follow up about it.

Basically the home building experience with KHov has been a good one. There have been a few "bumps in the road " along the way, but they were handled professionally by the KHov personnel in a timely and complete fashion.

For this to be our first home buying experience , K Hov made everything very easy . I do believe that some base options could be upgraded to be “base” such as paint.

We have incomplete projects — we have been in our house more than 5 weeks. Lawn is very uneven—difficult to walk on. Mowing will be difficult. Most important, the deadbolt is misaligned and can’t be used—a safety issue. I also felt the workers were careless—drywall paste left on concrete and a few raised “bumps “ in the basement area.

The actual home-buying process and the people involved at first were great. However, now that I have lived in the home for almost three months I am disappointed with a lot of elements of the home. The workmanship does not match the price tag. There have been many issues we've already had to address with the warranty department (Steven is amazing!!), and others that have not yet been resolved. The contractors they used for the concrete (CGI) were an absolute mess. I had workers yelling at me on my property for trying to access the home I was living in, as well as cracks in my driveway on brand-new concrete that had just been left by their team. Whoever painted the inside of the house did not show any attention to detail, there are many imperfections throughout this home. Running paint left dried bumps on the wall where it is visible to a person at eye level, how do they miss that? The carpet transitions are terrible, I step on metal all of the time. The cleanup crew was a mess, there are STILL pencil marks on the LVP flooring I am finding throughout the house. My front door is dented and still not fixed, my garage door makes grinding noises when it opens, and so much more. I was so pleased with the staff I worked with in buying the home, but the rest of the process has left a lot to be desired for a nearly 600k price tag. ... More

Wonderful experience with the sales rep, Brandon. Who seemed to have to do everyone else’s job as well. Construction manager gives false hope. Overall, I love my home.

Well the house has a number of issues… chipped bathtub ,cracking ceiling and corners, cabinets pulled away from wall, floors squeak,master shower is not level. Doorknobs falling off. The paint used is awful, you cannot clean matte paint! The landscape is poor- plants all coming up out of the ground! Garage is very small. Mine has footprints all over the ceiling!! I might have forgotten something.

Well my review might be a little different if I wasn't currently watching my 71 year old husband using a rototiller, a rake and wheelbarrow to flatten a backyard that should have been graded before we moved in. This house was supposed to be our "not do anything to it cuz it's new" house...well not so. I wish I knew 3 months ago what I know now. I would not have bought new let a lone a KHOV house. Connie L is fabulous and Adam is fabulous. I'm quite sure Adam's work load is impossible to keep up with, and perhaps if the contractors did their job correctly in the first place, Adam's job would be doable. I'm here 3 months I still don't have painted wood trim from where the warped pieces have been replaced, I still have tape from the original walk through that haven't been addressed. My house is a quick move that has been vacant 7 months before I moved in, and it's impossible to keep my floors clean because my backyard is nothing but mud ALWAYS!! Now as far as the design of the house itself......I wish I would have been more focused on it when I first looked as again I would not have bought it, so please take these suggestions and present them to whomever designs your houses. There is literally nowhere to put your shoes when you walk in the house...no front closet or mudroom...I HATE THAT...when you walk in my house your greeted with smelly shoes...YAY!! No place to put guests coats or shoes. This is a daffodil house in case you didn't know...there is no light switch for the small bedrooms to access the main hallway, so if you get up at 5:30 am and it's dark you have to fumble your way to the light switch by the door...there is no light coming out if the master bedroom hallway....you've essentially given us a 320k box....youre so cheap that you couldn't give us 2 carriage lights outside, no window on the front door. I could go on and an, but I'm SUPER disappointed, and I have family and friends looking to move and as much as I'd love to have them for neighbors I will not be recommending this builder....sad ...
