We had several minor things that need repair. We moved in July 20th and are still waiting to have these issues resolved. They are minor but it is aggravating that we can’t get someone to fix these small issues.

Look into the contracts very well.

On time home delivery and nothing surprising or unexpected came up. Whole staff great support thur out the building and buying process. Great people to work with.

A lot of things were told to me that were not correct! A lot of offers and other information was left out.

Overall, a good experience… we were not a fan of the transition from production to warranty… we found several small issues that our construction managers could’ve handled quickly and easily after moving into the home but they more or less turned their backs on us and insisted we contact the warranty department… we understood they needed to press on with the continued development of our neighborhood, but little things like that go a long way for customer satisfaction and will play a part in any future home buying needs, along with recommending this builder to family and friends…

Great communication through every step in the process!

The team was super friendly and extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had throughout the process. There were a couple of damaged items and a leaking pipe upon move in, but the team was quick to address it and follow up about it.

While there were some minor hiccups in building our new home. Leah, Jocelyn, Bob and Kayla were amazing in helping us navigating and getting things corrected. The customer service and response to questions and concerns were answered much quicker than I could ever expect.

The lines of communication were lacking during the build. Many upgrades that a typical person would like were not options. Once the process started there were no changes allowed. Once the house was completed the yard was never graded and remained a mess for months. This builder doesn’t help with the outside at all, even though they tell you they will. After moving in, there are design flaws with kitchen storage and electrical outlets in the master bath and the basement.

Everyone we interacted with was great. I am however not 100% satisfied with the quality of the work in certain areas such as the floors, garage foundation and others. However, the warranty department has not come to my home to review and hopefully fix these issues. For now, my rating right now is what it is but will hopefully improve based on my experience with the warranty department.

I've had no issues with any of the people that ive worked with. My only issue is why would you let so many families move into a house that doesnt have a useful backyard for months at a time with no end in site. I have a dog, I would of like to have brought more plants and flowers from my previous home etc

Communication with the project managers and KHov representatives throughout the whole process.

Wonderful experience with the sales rep, Brandon. Who seemed to have to do everyone else’s job as well. Construction manager gives false hope. Overall, I love my home.

Product is good for the price, staff is helpful, great design

The process was really easy and all questions were answered as soon as possible. One issue came up with electrical when we moved in, someone was there the next day to fix it. We love our new home!

All the the people that represent KHov were great to deal with from our sales person Leah, to Kelli in the design center through Steve and Jacob our construction managers. Updates were provided as promised and easily understood. Steve was awesome to deal with! Rough carpentry was actually a little better than we expected but we do have some concerns based upon what friends and neighbors told us of problems they experienced a year or two down the road. Time will tell what if any issues we experience. Finish carpentry was nothing spectacular and we feel could have been done better. Paint job was ok but what we didn’t understand was when they said the walls get 2 coats of paint we didn’t realize the 1st coat was actually what they considered the primer coat. Warranty has been very responsive to the few issues we have had to date and easy to deal with. The steps leading up to the gold key orientation and closing were very disappointing in the presentation of how the house was cleaned and prepared. We were not happy with the cleaning and the cleaning contractors that were used were not good. Anyone purchasing a house should be prepared to spend a good day or 2 cleaning. There was no sparkle! i love my new house!

Ryan was very good at communicating with me throughout the build. Once i moved in if i had any questions he would respond in a day. He was a pleasure to work with and has helped me throughout my move into my home. I did not give KHov 5 stars on anything due to the sales rep. I am just now finding out that there was a build option that i could of added to my house that was never told to me by sales even after talking about my plans for the house. Now i have to look for outside work and since i am new to the area it is a hassle. It is annoying and now nothing can be done but me searching for a contractor. Other than that home looks good. ... We heard about these houses before they start last phase so we bought one of the first houses, they took 4 months to build the house. They work sooooo fast although the season was bad Nov-March they kept going. Are still few esthetics issues to fix but we called the warranty and they will do it :)

They made the home buying experience easy.

Overall a good experience. There were some minor hiccups and misleading details, but not that big of a deal in the end. I feel I got a great home for a great price.
