From the begining to the end, the K hove staff were excellent. Patty in the sales office was friendly, professional and more than helpful. We got to know Patty pretty well with a large amount of questions. I would buy another home from K home and have recommended others to buy from you. Thanks for all the help and the smoothness of the process.

missing screws from door, paint spilled on floor, counter top might not be stable

KHOV mortgage not responsive so we engage an outside lender. KHOV had complete knowledge of this and waited until 48 hours before the closing to threaten us with loss of special money. Switched back to KHOV who refused to match the terms of the private lender. Two more closing dates later, KHOV still losing documents and not responsive. Threaten legal action by VP of sales when issue was brought to their attention regarding "steering." All in all not a very smooth process. Nearly forgot, at closing given the house keys. Went to our new home and keys did not work. Just a comedy of screw ups.

Excellent from start to closing day. Could not ask for better people to work with. Made the home buying experience simply and fast. Would highly recommend.

Did not take care of requests to fix problems with the house.

Incredible experience with Sean and very very happy with the new house and we are very excited moving in. again love the house Love the location and love the town.

Erika was very friendly and helpful. Randall was very knowledgeable of warranty and quick to respond to any questions.

I purchased a model home and am very happy with it. The home inspector even remarked that it is one of the most well-constructed homes he has ever seen, and he could tell that the builders were very conscientious and avoided some of the problems and mistakes he often sees with less experienced (or less conscientious) builders. Thank you for a beautiful home!

We could not be more happy with the quality of the workmanship and service we received in building our new home in Liberty Hill Farms from our sales agent Jackie to the manager of our home Daniel the communication was exceptional!! we absolutely love our new community and are thrilled with our decision to build with KHOV in Liberty Hill Farms.

They use cheap materials to build houses. Just moved in August. Things has started falling apart. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Victoria and Josh (construction) were absolutely amazing to work with. Everyone else was not great. I hated the title company we had to work with because KHOV wouldn’t allow us to use a different title company. Our lender was even worse and would not respond or answer questions and when he did it was not a positive experience. Our actual home is gorgeous, however we have had things break or be broken upon move in and it’s been really annoying to deal with when it’s a brand new home. My advice to you is to do your research, make sure it’s the perfect house, and bring a realtor.

Purchasing a home is inherently a complex process; however, the lack of communication between the realtor, loan officer, and underwriters made it unnecessarily challenging and stressful. Additionally, the builder’s contractor left several touch-ups incomplete, and I received the keys before final cleaning. To further complicate matters, the cleaning service did not arrive as scheduled, and when they eventually did, the home was already occupied and the carpets were being replaced. She never came back. The small room and the house lacked proper insulation, causing overheating until I requested additional insulation. There were also electrical problems, including non-functional light switches, which required an electrician visit. Unfortunately, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. While I appreciate the home itself, I am concerned that future requests for corrections may be met with excuses rather than solutions ... More

Looking back, we are beyond happy that we bought Khov

Sales team is great. Supervisors on site are awesome. Warranty process is quick but not. They respond quick but it takes several visits from several trades to address issues. And some are ongoing issues about same item. It seems that everybody on the team is working hard but they could use a few more employees to help with their workload.

The whole team was great and made a great home for my family

The home finishings that are offered by Khov create beautiful aesthetics. Repairs were expeditiously tended to.

We found our home when all of the design selections had been made and the home was substantially finished. Chad was and continues to be absolutely amazing. Our “blue tape” walk through and final walk through went great and all issues were addressed.

We had a good experience from start to finish.

From the sales agents, the finance, and the quality control our experience was extraordinary.

They did a good job. Finally I got the beautiful house. Suggest to buy their house, good material, serious services.

There was an amendment to my lot decreasing its size that was not disclosed. I asked KHov about a lot line discrepancy a few months before closing, and was ghosted by the salesperson. Just before closing I was texted a picture of a new site plan that they said was being approved by the City. This too didn’t match what was eventually shown on the legal property description. It was clear that the KHov team didn’t want to correct this, and was only trying to string me along to get to the closing date. Unfortunately, the only manner of correcting this issue is litigation. T
