My lawn was 3/4 dead and it wasn’t fixed

Workmanship was a 5 however the materials that they are a 3.5

The process from start to finish was educational. Picking out what features we wanted was fun. The end results were beautiful.

Too many issues since buying the house. The builder is taking care of the issues immediately but still it’s just too annoying to deal with so many issues and especially for the price paid for the house. The house is just too expensive for the quality provided.

Sales staff was good and are limited to what they can share. Craftsmanship with the building process is not at the level I expected. Some corners have been cut with the interior of the structure. The unfinished garage has numerous flaws in the workmanship. Significant amount of money spent on upgrades that don’t live up to an upgrade with split wood and damaged or unfinished materials.

I had a good experience and Devin was the best very understanding.

Quality of workmanship was good; few minor issues, nothing major, which were or are currently being addressed.

Buying experience was great.Overall I will recommend some one. The sales person was super friendly and very committed to her job.

New construction can cause delays but not only are the majority of owners living with horrible clay yards but owners who have been here since last year have horrible large clay patches and very undesirable type fragile looking so called grass installed .. on other hand homes not inhabited have the rocks and clay cleared grass already spread if there's not a qualified lawn care company being used refund the cost to each homeowner that wants to do it themselves

The selection of homes was nice, and sales agents were helpful. What we didn’t like is that the house felt rushed. The backyard was sloped which was not explained to us, we would have never chosen this lot if that was the case. There was a lot of construction debris left (nails, wood, metal) on the front, side and back of house. Painting in the house was rushed there was lots of overspray left behind on door knobs, hinges, and floors. Would be nice if fence was coated rather than bare wood

Overall value for money without a doubt and great mortgage and sales experience but kitchen cabinets and craftsmanship is sub par. Overall it’s still value for money!

By far the best buying experience we've ever had, so much so that we even referred my sister who also bought a house in the same subdivision! I cannot speak highly enough for Susan, our sales agent, Alan and Roger who helped with the construction. The house is very sound, quiet, the experience was a breeze, and the overall enthusiasm from the team was great. Everyone that has seen our home has had nothing but praises, and we could not be happier. However, I do have 1 complaint, and that is with the finishing and use of finishing materials. Towards the end, all of the touch up work, finishing, trim, paint were clearly very rushed. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor with lots of areas needing touch ups, broken/chipped tiles, one of the stair railings shaking a lot, almost noen of the spindles are flush with the base of the stairs leaving a significant gap, and almost every single piece of trim/moulding is damaged with dents and defects throughout the house (framing around doors, baseboards, etc). I understand builders grade material is used for these types of construction homes but the defects should have been patched, sanded, and then painted rather than just covered up with paint. We've found the same issue on the exterior of the house as well Although these are just cosmetic issues, they really take away from the "polished" look we would expect for a new home. I will include all of these on my 45 day list of items that need to be revisited/fixed. As a first time homebuyer, KHov made the experience pleasant and seamless. Mike was very responsive even after the purchase was completed. They made the experience feel personalized. I would definitely consider purchasing from this builder again.

I think the best part of buying my first house was having Donna M. as our contact person. From the start she was very helpful and sincere. She was always available every step of our house buying process. She is a valuable gem at KHOVnanian.

The overall process of buying a home from KHov was relatively easy and stress-free. The sales team guided me through the process of the various steps along the way and I was kept up to date on the progress of the build through weekly pictures. We had a few initial issues (as is always the case with new-builds) and they were addressed right away. Everyone along the way (sales, builders, designers, etc.) was friendly. Probably my only issue with the KHov process was that the standard cabinets, flooring, and fixtures were incredibly basic / cheap, essentially forcing an upgrade on almost everything. Great home so far. I have no complaint.

A lot of turnover with construction managers throughout the build, but our last one, Joe, was very good. He was attentive, followed up, and diligent. Our experience with Joe was a good one. Our sales reps (Elizabeth and Tracy) were excellent. We had a great experience with Elizabeth and we'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy from K. Hov in the area.

Elizabeth and Tracey were there for us every step of the way. The customer service was excellent. Elizabeth kept us in the loop on the progress of our house from day one. She is like a member of our family now. We could call her for anything at anytime. Our assistant construction manager Joe was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. This team is outstanding.

It was si great to work with Sabrina and Darren with the rest of the khov team.

The whole purchase process was seamless and fast. The builder is also very easy to work with and they address any concerns or issues immediately. Being this community is still under the construction process the builder keeps everyone in the community up to date on the continuous features being made to the community. The location is great as well as it is secluded yet close to shopping and access to the highway within 5 minutes or less. I am looking forward to seeing the finished results of this community.

For this to be our first home buying experience , K Hov made everything very easy . I do believe that some base options could be upgraded to be “base” such as paint.

I contacted the warranty team and was told I would receive a follow up call to coordinate a claim repair and here we are two weeks later and......nothing
