We worked with Dwight the community Manger and also with Scott. Both of these guys were extremely professional and very good at their jobs. We would highly recommend KHOV to build your home. They truly care about the homeowners and will gonthebextra mile to deliver a satisfied customer.

Working with Stephen, really made the experience smooth, simple and easy.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. As a homeowner and purchase five homes in the past I have need witnessed such unprecedented behavior from an organization. The communication between the sales person to the financial and builder management. This was a cash purchase and it was if I was being penalize for a cash purchase. For additional information I would love to share just how unprofessional this whole ordeal was.

I should never close on my house before they fixed all the problems that we had with the house. My house looks like s. They put dry grass on it and promised me they’ll replaced. I’d closed on my house and more than 30 days ago and I haven’t moved in they just fixed half way. I’ll get a painter my self to fixed probably. Disappointed is my status

I was treated like I was intruder when my house was getting built I was told to leave or he will call the police on me and my wife poor way to treat people and with my repairs not getting done because they saying there is nothing wrong .crack concrete stain and poor repairs on a back patio I pay 14000 dollars to have poor cuality not very happy I will let you know is a good house but the people working on a construction at garden glen are poor mind people that they only looking at production and not quality and customer service to satisfy your buyers or home owners. This was our first time as homeowners and maybe we just got really lucky, but the process was smooth and communication from both builder, lender and our sales consultant was great. The Khov staff really made the biggest difference for us in being able to help us feel confident in the process and being able to set expectations and walk us through what to expect and understand. Only areas of feedback is that even though we did our walk through, we identified minor areas where we missed paint touch up or small holes showing by the doors, but luckily, they’re all in areas you won’t notice as much. But at least everything we covered during orientation was addressed and taken care of. We love our home and we’re proud to share that we have a Khov home to create memories in! ... More

It was great experience to be a home owner, from beginning to the end of the contract was awesome and you guys really did well, cudos to Sales department as well as the builders.

I love my new home… the quality is remarkable. My experience was great. I had a great experience with my salesperson (Darren S). He kept me updated on the home because I actually lived out of state during the home building.

It was great working with Jesse, Ashley, and Christi. They communicated with me proactively, answered my questions, resolved issues quickly, and just made the total home buying and move-in process easy. I would definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes.

Overall terrible experience with the builder from start till the end. Poor quality, not worth at all the price of the house. Terrible quality of workmanship. K Hovnanian should be ashamed of their team and the way they deliver the house. We were missing, mirrors, vanities, wrong island color, cracks in the wall, missing bulbs, leak in the garage, 2 different color banisters, dents and chips of paint everywhere on our SETTLEMENT DAY. Absolutely, not acceptable from any builder!!! And the list goes on and on…

We had really good homebuying experience overall. Eric and Heather helped us through buying and building processes. Eric is very active and involved builder. Really appreciate his hard work. Julie is now supporting us really well to resolve if any issues.

We had an extremely negative experience with KH including continual unexplained delays, poor quality of work (as even noted by the construction manager), poor communication or lack there of (including disingenuous representation of stating work was done (or would be) which was not), the inability to speak with a manager when initially requested, the delay of inspection and settlement due to not meeting work deadlines, and the disregard for the overall customer. We would not recommend KH to a future buyer. And still, after a more than a month in the property, with many outstanding issues, including serious ones, there has been no resolution to fix by KH. The only issue that has been fixed is a manufacturer's issue by GE (not KH). In conversations with neighbors, this seems to be the consistent experience. To paint our garage we had to hire a drywall repair person to fix the poor quality of work done by KH just to be able to paint. This development was not managed or constructed with the mission or commitment stated on your website. We would not recommend and in fact, would suggest other customers avoid KH. ... More

The whole crew, from sales to building, were great! Quick responses and step by step updates. This was our first time buying a new build and we couldn't be happier with choosing Khov!! Thanks guys!

We have an amazing home we are glad we went with KHOV homes.

Over all its good, but construction team and quality needs to be improved. As they are reluctant to answer and timely work.

Overall great experience that we would do again

The sales team and the building team were informative during the entire experience. I felt like I could have open communication and they reciprocated with everything I needed during the process.

Especially in these trying times from shortages of workers and supplies you need to have patience and understanding. We hit a couple bumps but everyone involved did what they could and everything was addressed and acknowledged.

We were in rentals for five months, very expensive.

I love my home for a great price. Our construction supervisor has been beyond helpful & responsive. I'm so happy that we chose K. Hovnanian Homes.
