Overall great experience as a first time buyer..

Excellent on services during I ask a question

The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and willing to help. After moving in however, so many could have been done a little better. The concrete they used for the garage was crap and getting epoxy is what mage us discover this. Cleaning before handing over keys would have been better

Buying and building our home was awesome. James and Nia in the sales office did all they could to accommodate us and assist with the process. Once we did our last walk, some promises were made and, after we closed, they were never done. Our garage has a “crack” were the door and the wood connects. They promised to fix but after closing it became a “we don’t do that”. The house by our side was still being built when we closed and again it was promised that our lawn would be fixed and yard cleaned. Just a promise, never done. Everything went smooth and every time I had a question and or a concern the female sale agent at the model house was very nice sweet and Polite

The salesperson is amazing from start to finish she was always available to answer questions. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and afterwards. The project managers took there time explaining everything. Love my new home.

This is my first time building a new house. The whole process was very tiring and stressful but thanks to K. Hovnanian team, I got through. :-) The team is very professional and they are very responsive when I have questions (still now)! They helped me a lot during the process and I would love to recommend my friends to purchase a new home from K. Hovnanian!

From the beginning when inquiring about the homes to the loan process and then the signing the staff was there for me every step of the way. Every time I had a question or concern the staff a KHovnanian were there to help put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Good Quality . Only need to improve on communication during closing

Finished home is perfect for what we were looking for. Aside from a couple light switches being in strange places everything is functioning as it should and seems well built. Communication, to me, seemed to lack a little bit when came time to close but they did a great job at working with us and in end it all came together. But covid happened so I can't complain. We are certainly enjoying our new k hov home and so far no issues.

We are very happy with our home. We love it. There are a few minor issues that came up during the process, but overall we are very satisfied with the work that was done.

I liked how straightforward and up front everyone was Mrs. Katrina and Buddy were awesome to work with.

Trisha provided concrete details of the home buying experience. She helped when questions were posed along with reached out for any updates. The stress of the home buying experience was very hard, but she was there for anything needed.

Had a great construction manager who made the process easy and ensured I was happy continually throughout the process of building. He was great to work with and continually followed up and corrected anything that needed it, immediately. Gave great piece of mind for a buyer when you are making such a large purchase.

Everyone was kind, pleasant, and very understanding and easy to work with. Love our new home!

Our first contact was on a virtual tour with Bill B. He was professional, he answered all our questions, and we were excited about visiting after. All communications were with our realtor through the whole process. The Sales Office was a large part of helping us make a decision to purchase. Luckily for us we had Bill B.us all the way.

This was our first plunge into a new construction home purchase, and so I was a bit apprehensive early on. As the process moved along, however, my mind went to ease. There were definitely a few issues that popped up over the course of development/construction, but they were addressed promptly. I am mostly satisfied with the quality of materials used, but I believe there is room for improvement with the quality of trades work, particularly carpentry and plumbing. Sparkey, our builder was fantastic. He communicated with us every Friday. He kept us updated on all work being done on our new home. He also was very responsive with any issues we had and answered all our questions thoroughly. Sparkey is a true asset to your company.
