Sparkey, our builder was fantastic. He communicated with us every Friday. He kept us updated on all work being done on our new home. He also was very responsive with any issues we had and answered all our questions thoroughly. Sparkey is a true asset to your company.

The builder is very meticulous in ensuring that residents are safe and secure in their new home. The builder took extra time to meet the tastes of the residents. The builder added modern features to accommodate the needs and tastes of the residents. The building is equipped with latest modern technology.

Overall, I had a great experience with K. Hovnanian. The representative I worked with was great and responsive. After moving in, we had a few minor items that still need to be fixed under our warranty, but overall my family and I are satisfied with the result of our home.

Great builder but slow in response to warranty issues.

Basically the home building experience with KHov has been a good one. There have been a few "bumps in the road " along the way, but they were handled professionally by the KHov personnel in a timely and complete fashion.

Our home is spec home, anyway we had walked through a home similar to what had purchased. We had seen wrought iron spindles on the stairwell, we had asked if this was part of our home, saleswoman said yes, when we signed we were told that they were not included. We were also told being a spec we had the ability to change or upgrade as long as it was not already ordered. Come to find out we were not able to do so. Dont get me wrong I love our home. Just the fact one would say something the other says another.

Love our home. Very receptive to issues even after we moved in.

From the sales team to the delivery team and after support team we have been treated very well. The teams are very professional and care about us and their products.

Nice house

Home buying was simple and easy, and the price paid was valid for market price. The construction crew was great with performing touch ups, and bringing the painting crew back after move in. Salesman was good, and helpful. Mortgage company was terrible. They have 5 people doing almost the same job, and they would constantly call asking for the same information with no communication between each other. title company was great.

Overall the whole buying process from beginning to the end was very smooth. I got help instantly everytime. Would definitely buy another K. HOV.

The employees at K. Hovnanian Homes are so good to work with. I love the use of the square footage in the home. It is a great space for me and my girls. The neighborhood id in a great location with both schools so close that my kids can walk to school It's been an amazing time saver for me in the morning.

We love our new home. The quality of construction is superb. All our friends and family members are at awe seeing the house!! Drew was outstanding. A thorough gentleman and a friendly professional! He attended to all our questions and issues with lots of patience and was very understanding of our concerns. Eban was awesome too. We highly rate Hovnanian and would recommend it to any home buyers.

Very happy with the ease of the entire process.

The sales staff and construction staff are top notch. Friendly, responsive and have a true interest in wanting you to love your new home. Look, issues happen. It's how your builder responds and corrects problems that is key. They get resolved quickly and even post sale the warranty department has never said no to an issue. They want you happy.

The home buying experience was twofold. Our sales representative Danielle was awesome to work with and was very accommodating. The KHOV mortgage process was not as good. There was a lot of sending and resending documents. I had to explain several times where my bonus money came from though it was on the paystubs I sent. The house itself is well made and well appointed. My biggest complaint is that the landscaping was/is terrible. Four months in and half of my backyard sod is dead though I water it as prescribed. Additionally, the yard was not properly rolled and it is so even, I roll my ankles when walking across the yard. I haven't yet dealt with warranty, but our first KHOV experience with them was fine. ... More

We are moved in and had a great experience with sales staff Kris and warranty Forman Josue!! They were very responsive. Kris did a great job communicating and getting us in our new home!! We are blessed to be in great community,

My lawn was 3/4 dead and it wasn’t fixed

Workmanship was a 5 however the materials that they are a 3.5

The process from start to finish was educational. Picking out what features we wanted was fun. The end results were beautiful.

Too many issues since buying the house. The builder is taking care of the issues immediately but still it’s just too annoying to deal with so many issues and especially for the price paid for the house. The house is just too expensive for the quality provided.

Sales staff was good and are limited to what they can share. Craftsmanship with the building process is not at the level I expected. Some corners have been cut with the interior of the structure. The unfinished garage has numerous flaws in the workmanship. Significant amount of money spent on upgrades that don’t live up to an upgrade with split wood and damaged or unfinished materials.

I had a good experience and Devin was the best very understanding.
