From the sales team to the delivery team and after support team we have been treated very well. The teams are very professional and care about us and their products.

Our first home buying process was very smooth, Nichole and Giorgio made sure to update us during the entire process.

We had a few hiccups with the selection process. Be sure to be clear about what you want during this process and follow up on whether or not it is being implemented during the building process. Overall we were extremely pleased with the outcome of our home. Aside from the nails in the carpet that were not nailed down properly, we didn't have many complaints.

We didn’t face any hurdle while purchasing or moving to the new house. Joe and Mark did good job.

Our experience working with K. Hovanian homes was absolutely wonderful and must say that we are extremely happy with our decision to have proceeded. We are now deeply in love with Rancho Murieta and of course our new home that we have moved into. Also it was a big toss between gated community preowned homes and the new homes by K Hovanian and we are truly glad to have made this decision to have decided on the new homes! We love the quality of these homes and the new area and the neighbors are exceptionally charming and wonderful as well. Thank you Jesus! Just love it here!

The townhome was delivered on time and as promised. Very few issues encountered in the first month post-closing. They are being resolved in a timely fashion and with excellent customer service despite the unfortunate timing with the COVID 19 virus

I have bought many new homes over the years and I would say this was the best experience. During the last two months of construction I received either weekly or every other week, an update from the head foreman ,via text, on the progress and often he included pictures. It was also the cleanest walk through ever. There were only a few things that I saw needing very minor attention and it was done within 24 hours.

Nice house

This is my first time buying a brand new house. Was always older homes, I was very pleased with the project manager Mike. He went above and beyond helping with issues after the house was closed on. I had a few issues with the sales people, all I can say is make sure to read all the fine print. I sent my concerns to the builder about The sales part this but never heard back from them. As far as the work and quality of the home again I can’t say any bad things and only good things about the project manager. He really has a passion to make sure you love your new home. Thanks Mike!

Great location, great sales service and maintenance services! Mid quality builders materials.

Home buying was simple and easy, and the price paid was valid for market price. The construction crew was great with performing touch ups, and bringing the painting crew back after move in. Salesman was good, and helpful. Mortgage company was terrible. They have 5 people doing almost the same job, and they would constantly call asking for the same information with no communication between each other. title company was great.

We love our house!! We bought a spec home but it feels like we designed it. It’s everything we want and more. Khov employees have been amazing through this whole process. We have no complaints.

Love the home. Great location near grocery stores, schools and parks

We have a "villa" home with master on main in a multifamily triplex. We worked with the designer for interior and selected floor, counter, lighting, and kitchen options. Most of the issues that popped up were minor and various teams came in and resolved them. There was one design issue in that once our new front-loading HE washer and dryer were installed, we cannot close the door, the laundry room is just not large enough. We appreciate that K. Hovnanian involved us in every step of the construction and responded to most all the questions we had.

Our salesperson Laura, was very good in giving an overview of the community and showing us lots that corresponded to our needs. She was always just a call away. Very responsive. Will, our construction manager, is very friendly and wants to make sure we are happy. We received a call weekly to keep us informed of the progress as our home was built If there was a need of a repair, he was on it. The mortgage process was easy and very organized

Shane, in sales, was excellent, He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and available for any of our questions or concerns. Very positive experience. Steve started with the construction and then Ben took over to the finish. Ben was awesome to work with. He listened to our questions and concerns and we knew they would be taken care of. Being that we were out of state we had full confidence in Ben handling our concerns. We couldn’t have been happier working with Shane and Ben in building our new home.

Overall great experience. For how fast the process went, it was extremely smooth. Brian was great to work with and easy to connect with. The joke is beautiful. I found a couple items to either be fixed or replaced during the final inspection and it was all done and updated the next day. Thank you for a great experience.
