Ismael went above and beyond to get us into our house as quickly as possible. Any issues that have come up since we moved in have been taken care of quickly.

Over all good experiences

Quality home with a good team to get it built and this sales team were extremely supportive to the buyer on tough times and rising interest rates.

KHOV lived up to their high reputation!

With exception of the challenges facing the entire construction industry; it is clear, like everyone, delay on the home delivery/closing and turn around communications was frustrating. But we are extremely pleased with the end product, the home quality is excellent, and the customer service follow up in addressing the issues has been wonderful. Special thanks to Dave, the Sales Associate for his patience in dealing with our numerous calls/emails complains of the delay and his support in working us through the process to completion. Also to the Finance team; Tammy, Jessica, Marica for their timely feedback in making sure we closed on scheduled. I'm sure, they certainly don't miss my numerous emails/phone calls inquiring about the raising interest rates, and when can I lock-in...?lol. Finally, Ed and Dar, the construction Team; walk through/follow-up details, and explanations to ensure we're completely satisfactory with the home quality and installs. Love the house and the experience except the quality of lumber we got.

I’m happy with my Home and would recommend KHOV to anyone. Garrett their construction manager is amazing, he was great and honestly he is the main reason why I would recommend them.

Overall KHOV is a good builder

The home is wonderful. The initial construction lead was not forthcoming about timing delays. When he was replaced, everything seemed to get back on track.

This Builder was amazing, they made the process super easy and smooth, the people who were helping us through this did an amazing job taking care of us, answering emails, questions, and phone calls every step of the way. We love the home would highly recommend

Love my home, lots of great design features, but there have definitely been a fair amount of frustrations along the way. Would have preferred to see a model of my home, as I was surprised about some aspects since I could not see a finished product. Buying a new home and not being able to make modifications to pre-selections by the builder was not ideal. The entire process had been very rushed (except for the home completion, which took much longer than expected.) Some of the finish detail work on the home is somewhat lacking as well as the overall sales experience. The responsiveness and communication by the construction/warranty team has been amazing...the best part of the whole experience. ... More

Overall, a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Only negative was lack of flexibility to make even minor changes even 1 day after contract signed.

The whole crew, from sales to building, were great! Quick responses and step by step updates. This was our first time buying a new build and we couldn't be happier with choosing Khov!! Thanks guys!

The overall experience was pleasant. The sales portion could've been better for a first time home-owner, however the construction team and process was exceptional.

Attentiveness and care from sales consultants to construction managers.

The builder Louis was exceptional with the workmanship and his responsiveness to any issues or concerns

Overall buying experience was excellent. Numerous minor issues on delivery (hvac wiring, trim flaws, paint spatter, etc.).

Leslye and Scott were fantastic to work with and were always flexible.

Everything was great up until closing. My lawyer was struggling to get any paperwork from them and I had to call multiple people to find out where the closing was even going to be at.

Onsite.crew were great. Anthony, Carl and Sabrina helped with anything they could to help make the process go smooth. I can’t say that about the home office. Much confusion on the closing date with some people not giving me true stories. Didn’t get closing numbers till the day before and they were wrong and had to be corrected. Seemed like the office didn’t communicate very well the the field and me.

Overall, seems like a quality builder.

Builder was excellent to work with especially after we moved in to our home.
