This Builder was amazing, they made the process super easy and smooth, the people who were helping us through this did an amazing job taking care of us, answering emails, questions, and phone calls every step of the way. We love the home would highly recommend

Love my home, lots of great design features, but there have definitely been a fair amount of frustrations along the way. Would have preferred to see a model of my home, as I was surprised about some aspects since I could not see a finished product. Buying a new home and not being able to make modifications to pre-selections by the builder was not ideal. The entire process had been very rushed (except for the home completion, which took much longer than expected.) Some of the finish detail work on the home is somewhat lacking as well as the overall sales experience. Overall, a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Only negative was lack of flexibility to make even minor changes even 1 day after contract signed.

The whole crew, from sales to building, were great! Quick responses and step by step updates. This was our first time buying a new build and we couldn't be happier with choosing Khov!! Thanks guys!

The overall experience was pleasant. The sales portion could've been better for a first time home-owner, however the construction team and process was exceptional.

The builder Louis was exceptional with the workmanship and his responsiveness to any issues or concerns

Overall buying experience was excellent. Numerous minor issues on delivery (hvac wiring, trim flaws, paint spatter, etc.).

Leslye and Scott were fantastic to work with and were always flexible.

Everything was great up until closing. My lawyer was struggling to get any paperwork from them and I had to call multiple people to find out where the closing was even going to be at.

Onsite.crew were great. Anthony, Carl and Sabrina helped with anything they could to help make the process go smooth. I can’t say that about the home office. Much confusion on the closing date with some people not giving me true stories. Didn’t get closing numbers till the day before and they were wrong and had to be corrected. Seemed like the office didn’t communicate very well the the field and me.

Overall, seems like a quality builder.

Builder was excellent to work with especially after we moved in to our home.

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. Hov, and highly recommend trusting them in this process, if you're looking to buy as well. ... More

Overall great experience while going thru a global pandemic! It wasn't perfect but most things aren't but we absolutely love our home and the cost is outstanding. This was our first new construction build and we definitely would do it again.

Great people just inspect good the home but otherwise very good.

Everyone has been great and very responsive. Home looks great, only complaint is there is grout that still needs to be cleaned around one of my bathrooms

The build quality is mostly good if not excellent. However, from day-1 we have to take care of some issues, including: 1. Vibrating A/C compressor. I am sure that it's defective but on top of that the whole unit was not "padded"...which translates to unpleasant vibration in the house (yes, the whole house). 2. "Bubbling" floors. You walk on a "cushion" in many areas of the house with manufactured hardwood. Maybe it's easy fix, maybe not if it requires floor disassembling. I have an "open ticket" with the flooring contractors to come and take a look. 3. Cheap bathroom fans. Very noisy...threw out existing ones and replaced them with $42 "Broan-NuTone QK60S" from Amazon. Takes 5 minutes to replace a fan. 4. Water heater stopped working after 10 days. Was fixed immediately by KHOV crew - THANK YOU!! ...some other minor things that aren't worth mentioning here, but definitely could've been easily addressed by the contractors during their "build process"...they knew that a towel hanger will collapse if done with a small sheetrock anchor...LOL Overall i am happy. Overall it was a good experience!

I’ve purchased a KHov home before and the quality assurance on workmanship was lacking in comparison to my first home. Nevertheless, I’d buy another KHov home but I’d just micro-check everything.

First home purchase was a success

We have been looking for a 3-2 Split and this model is a 4-2 Split with some nice features. The price point was right, and it was located in our target area, so it checked all the boxes!
