The material used for this home is very cheap. Also, you cannot upgrade anything with this builder. There are so many things that are missing in the home. I would never buy a house from this builder.

Terrible quality of workmanship. My house has too many issues to list, cosmetic and structural.

I love the house, but the fact that it doesn’t come with grass in the backyard it’s a little of a downside, other than that and the closing time waiting period was good.

Buying a home from a tract home builder is always a struggle

My overall homebuying experience was not the best with Khov. We have purchased many homes before in the past and have not come across a process as difficult than this. No accommodations were made for me and my family while closing, most of our requests to tweak something in the house were denied, and the khov lending agents didn’t communicate with each other, in turn they ended up duplicating efforts when seeking information from us. Over all the realtor working as the khov middle man between buyer and seller was great, he tried to make our requests happen but it seemed to be out of his control. After speaking with our neighbors and other buyers, it was kind of disappointing to learn that those set of rules/policies were different for everyone. The responsiveness from the electrification/builder/sales rep after we moved in has been good for questions and concerns so I would give this portion a much higher rating but overall I think the whole process could’ve been better. ... The sales representative Lisa is amazing and very helpful. Mortgage team can be little more helpful and accommodative.

Horrible! SO many things not built correctly indoor and exterior as well. Also, metal scraps on the carpet that was never cleaned and punctured and bled my foot. Now we are trying to get the items corrected but almost seems as if we were a bother or afterthough.

From the first moment at the sales office to the day we moved in it has been a flawless experience. Buying a house could be a stressful process, but thanks to all the staff involved that provided the right guidance and support the entire process went very smooth. Thank you.

This was our first time purchasing a home and it went extremely well and exceeded our expectations. From Glenn, Josh, Brett & Marcus they all took care of us with any questions and they were very informative. We’ve sent in some tickets for a couple issues and the turn around time to get it taken care is really fast. We thank all of you for the experience.

The Salesperson was incredibly responsive, she did what she said she'd do and followed up even when the construction crew did not.

The builder walks away from your new home before basis jobs are complete. None of the walk through items have been readdressed. The interior of my home looks like it was never painted and the interior doors all need to be sanded and repainted. There is a lot of promises made at point of sale and few have been resolved. I would never buy another Khov. home or recommend one.

The builder Louis was exceptional with the workmanship and his responsiveness to any issues or concerns

Overall experience has been really great! I love the fact that the project manager will go out of his way to make sure things are fixed after the move in. His responsiveness and swiftness of taking care of any issue is a huge plus. Another bonus I love is they will set you up with an orientation with the AC company who explains how your energy efficient system works and offers an optional maintenance plans which is very affordable. Love KHovanian homes!

The sales staff were very helpful and informative during the building process. They advised us as to the construction progress of our home. The construction manager was also informative and responded promptly to any questions and performed any “touch ups” in a timely manner.

Great people form the Sales person to the people fixing any problem, very professionals and very dedicated to the client.

I had a great experience working with Jacob and Knaru(Nate) They were both very informative. They both truly helped me through the process. They both always answered when I called and if I had a question they always had an answer.

The whole process from Sales to Construction to turnover was smooth and was just as promised. Despite the winter storm and a minor delay, things were as promised. There were few changes, but everything was communicated ahead of time and we were onboarded

Overall, a good experience… we were not a fan of the transition from production to warranty… we found several small issues that our construction managers could’ve handled quickly and easily after moving into the home but they more or less turned their backs on us and insisted we contact the warranty department… we understood they needed to press on with the continued development of our neighborhood, but little things like that go a long way for customer satisfaction and will play a part in any future home buying needs, along with recommending this builder to family and friends…

They are very responsive and built a quality homes. Any issues we had were quickly addressed!

I previously owned a KHov home in NJ. I owned that house for 26 years and would take it back in a heartbeat. I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of my current KHov home in Delaware. I’m not sure if it is the lack of codes or just the enforcement in Delaware. I don’t know how this house ever passed inspection. The quality of the home I currently reside in is way below the standard KHov homes I am familiar with in NJ. Also they have expanded beyond their capability to provide quality service to their current customers let alone any future customers. They lack enough personnel to handle all of the issues. But on a positive note, I was very pleased with the closing team from the closing coordinator to the mortgage division, very professional and responsive to my needs. ... More

I love my new K. Hovnanian home, but there were a few issues that were not resolved. The team the builders hired to build my home were unprofessional and not respectful of my property.

The staff are friendly and responsive. The house is well-made, it feels safe and sturdy, and it looks great! We love our new home :)

I enjoyed working with my builder, Jacob, and my salesperson, Mike. They were always responsive and personable.
