Love the new house- everything we wanted and more

The sales staff and construction staff are top notch. Friendly, responsive and have a true interest in wanting you to love your new home. Look, issues happen. It's how your builder responds and corrects problems that is key. They get resolved quickly and even post sale the warranty department has never said no to an issue. They want you happy.

They were all responsive and making sure I understood the process. Thank you, especially to Lorena and Linda. They were amazing!

I must express gratitude on behalf of my family for all the assistance given to us in purchasing our new K. Hovnanian Home. Our sales representative Sylvia and Project Manager Robert were thorough professional and went out of their way to make our experience great. They were prompt, attentive and very very helpful throughout the process. Our home loan processors were fantastic as well. I was bit disappointed that we had to pay higher mortgage rate than market. My New Year's resolution was to buy a new home and K. Hovnanian made this possible for me. As I was looking around, I stopped by the Retreat and the Aruba floor caught my attention for a number of reasons primarily the organization of the space. I knew that I will living in it one day and today I am enjoying the Aruba. My new home suits my personality, speaks to me, and brings me a ton of joy. Thank you K. Hovnanian team for such amazing work!

very excited to have bought the house. I think that it came with a great price. Some of the materials used are better than expected. However, there were 5 different issues/repairs that I had to deal with over the past 3 months since buying the house. Responsive agents to inquiry and repairs depended on who has received the initial repair request. Therefore, the down grade of the trustworthiness stars. I think that the builder has good intention of delivering and using exceptional product and material, but the workmanship needs to be readdressed. Quality not up to par and customer service after sale is 2 out of 5.

The overall house is nice. I feel like k hov should put poles lights so that it’s not pitch dark at night and maybe a playground for the kids. Everything about this place is dark and old school except the new houses. Not sure of how long I will stay. Not to mention very few places to eat out and the Walmart is like going to petco too many dogs. I feel like I’ve left civilization and it’s hard adjusting. I wish that I would have chosen Ryan homes in Culpeper and that’s only because of the location. Also why is it that none of the bathroom showers have a place for soap or towels.

So far things are going well. Respond to complaints and issues are poor from builders and the office as a whole.
