So far so good with the overall experience!

We had a fantastic experience. The quality of work, attention to detail, and communication throughout the process were outstanding. Our home was completed on time, built to last, and exceeded our expectations. Truly a builder you can trust!

Overall the home is great!? I didn’t like the bathrooms being painted in flat paint but other then that it’s a beautiful home that iam proud of .

From the start Patrick was amazing. He was patient and professional. Always willing to help, and went above and beyond. Then we purchased and Keith has been nothing short of fantastic!

We were in the market for a home. We considered resales and new builds. The rate buy down offers from new home builders were enticing but the troubles and poor quality we read about online for other builders had us on the fence of purchasing a new build. Still we decided to evaluate new builds because interest rates were high and new builds had concessions. We narrowed our search to 2 higher end new home builders. And then came across Khov as the 3rd and liked their floor plans, included features , and location. We bought a quick move in home. Overall, the house was built to spec. The build quality is on par with the other 2 builders we considered with some being better at Khov . The sales, closing, post sales warranty teams worked collaboratively with us. The post sale warranty issues have been resolved quickly. Fortunately all were cosmetic in nature. We’ve only been in the house for a few months, are happy with our purchase. Khov builds a better than average builder quality home and their team cares about making the home purchase experience pleasant for buyers. ... More

It was an alright experience. It wasnt as smooth as expected. I was denied the initial loan

The home buying experiencewas strong for the most part, but communication was severely lacking from our salesperson, Joe, at times, and that somewhat soured the buying experience. But we do appreciate Casey, one of the construction managers, who went the extra mile for us prior to our settlement and orientation. More importantly, we've had to report a dozen or so small repair requests since moving in within the first three months, and while about a third of them have been fixed in a timely manner, most have not, despite our 1-year warranty. We've had to chase down staff to follow up on repairs. None of the faults have been major, except a leak in our master bathroom sink (the drywall had to be pulled out, and it has gone unrepaired for months). The paint on the walls is extremely thin, so it's incredibly easy to scuff or dirty the walls, but overall we're grateful every day for a house of this quality at the price we got it at. ... More

Home buying is very intimidating but KHov and the entire staffs involved in the process made it easier, informative and doable. They coordinate well with different agencies involved who reached out to us promptly and explain all steps and expectations clearly. We are kept updated on where we are in the process and what’s next for us to do. The home we picked was one of their quick move-ins but we are so happy with the details of its workmanship. We have been visiting different communities and looking at multiple builders in the past 2 years and Monarch Glen by KHov tops it all. The location is close but not too close to the beautiful but can be busy area of Lewes and Rehoboth. At the end of the day, after a walk in the beach, shopping and great food choices, we can retreat in our beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We are so excited in our future here at Monarch Glen and looking forward when the pond and clubhouse would be completed. ... More

Warranty team and Cole have done a great job

The construction traffic can be testing at times,but thats only temporary! The screening makes a big difference with the bugs.

As a first time homebuyer, this was the best experience I could have wanted.

I purchased this house due to the great pricing they had to only see issues with the quality of the house after. After residing in the house, the garage cement already started to wear off. It is already chipping. There are appliances that are already having issues. There’s no clean up done before closing the housing completely. The seller agent Nancy only cares about money and selling the house. There’s no satisfaction for the customer. The lender is miles away who works from another state, and it was so difficult to talk to her even during business hours. Home buying process was horrible.

overall, it was disappointing experience. I had higher expectations given KHV’s national reputation. Experience depended on the individuals I worked with. Some were great and very responsive. Others were non-responsive and sloppy.

Quality of workmanship and materials is based on the several issues with ac unit not cooling, now that it is fixed, humming is heard onside garage from ac on other side of wall. Also, the shower upstairs only had hot water until fixed. The room floor is squeaky after a month and most likely not going to be repaired as i haven't heard anything after submitting a ticket; I havent even gotten a response on why it is or not covered by warranty, this the reason for a four star on responsiveness on issues. Value for the price was low because we locked in our house early then after all the house in the hightower estates community lowered the pri es about 25,000; khov refused the lower the price on ours; in my opinion this points to the value doesnt meet the price. ... Construction managers work hard to earn perfect score after we buy home they vanish . Home had lot of issues starting from basement leaks , HVAC pipe rusted , it is truly heartbreaking to put my blood & sweat to buy this home and then I encounter these issues . You guys did ok but I’m still healing from this home buying experience, KHOV is a reputed builder - I put lot of trust in you .

KHOV sales and after sales support team is just a sham, both are tricking you to buy a property and the after sales team ensures that you are not shared enough information. The air-conditioning unit was so under capacity that when I asked the correct questions to the correct person Adam and Nate (Adam’s supervisor) mention to Adam that I ask you (Adam) to not share any more information to buyer (me). They installed 1.5 ton of AC for 3100 ft.² area. As per manual J and S by ACCA, this is under capacity.

Annett was very helpful, including her staff. They all help me obtaining the home I always wanted, and always there when I need them.

The agent and process was quick and easy but when you have your final walkthrough and point out issues getting them done does not get done. No one even communicates what is going on with the online requests you make.

All went as planned. Everyone from the Sales Rep to theBuilders Rep who explained the details regarding the Home Warranty were professional knowledgeable and patient. A great Home builder to work with!
