The sales and construction teams provided stellar support. From the sales rep Russ to the construction team David, Jamie and Mike. All were terrific. Jamie is the Design Center provided expert advice as well. I would highly recommend K Hovnanian Homes!

My wife and I are very pleased with the final outcome of the build. Sylvia has been excellent from the beginning especially with communication. The onsite construction management team with David had been great through the process, answering our questions and concerns along the way. They were very prompt in resolving any issues during the final walk-through and also during the follow up. We're enjoying the home and look forward to the completion of the rest of the amenities.

I had an amazing experience overall. Especially Damaris and Mauricio made me feel at home. They ensured that everything was done and completed on time. And whenever I called the answered and answered all my questions appropriately. What was amazing was the fact that I had easy access to them whenever I had concerns or any worries.

Our experience with the KHov sales team was absolutely amazing! Our sales associate Danielle was phenomenal. She was extremely attentive and compassionate through the highs and lows of our build journey. Jake was also really great! He and Danielle went above and beyond to ensure our closing date. All of their efforts made us feel truly valued. 5 star experience!

We have been in our new home just over 4 weeks and we could not be happier. Becky (Sales) and Nathan (Construction) were awesome during the process and kept us informed as well as helped us when options and changes came up. Yes, not everything goes perfectly during construction but as these typical issues were found, they were explained and solved efficiently. We appreciated that very much and actually enjoyed the process. As a Real Estate Appraiser, I have worked with many builders and K. Hovnanian is among the top builder experiences.

My wife and I discover this community earlier this year and we loved their model houses. It only took one visit, and we decided the type of the home that we wanted because the Khovnanian homes were bigger with extra rooms compared to all the other houses that we visited before. Our sales consultant Reggie was extremely helpful during the whole process, and responded to our questions and concerns everytime, even on his days off. Now, we live in our new house for a month already and the whole family loves it. Our loft is spacious and that's where we spend most of family time ans activities. home buying experience with Khov is very easy and smooth. we have bought a khov home before this and we are satisfied as before with out experience.

We are 1st time homebuyers and Russell was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the homebuilt program we used and he kept us up to date with all stages of the building. I will definitely recommend KHov to family and friends. Our home is beautiful.

The house we purchased was build almost perfect. The design is very good for the price we paid for for it. My only complain is why is the garage door opener(motor) is optional. Other than this, I’m happy with you guys. TY

Marianna was awesome from the very beginning throughout the entire journey. She gave us the confidence we could do this when I kept thinking we can’t. I appreciate her for believing in us. This was our 2nd new build home and this time it was taking place between the craziest time in the housing market (supply chain issues, rate increases, inflationary) but the team at K Hovanian did an outstanding job communicating and being a great resource. They have an excellent team of sales, builder and warranty folks at their disposal that made the experience seamless. Their contract was fair, the value was excellent and their technology was unmatched. Best buying experience. Would buy again!!

We had a great experience building our first new home with KHov. Specifically our construction manager, Nathan D., went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and all issues were resolved. Overall it has been a great experience!

Aside from having a wonderful realtor, this process could not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Ashley and Scott. At various points of the process from me expressing interest, to walking the home for inspections, and through closing, they remained available and helpful. My new home checks all of the boxes on my wishlist, and then some!

From the first inquiry KHOV has treated me exceptionally well! They showed me appreciation and consideration from day 1. When I went under contract, Shelby and Gary took exceptional care of me. Even after I closed they checked on me to make sure I didn’t need anything! Absolutely wonderful. KHOV made my home purchase process so easy. Home was completed in stated timeframe. Lender was fantastic too! 5 stars!
