Great house that I love it.

Again, the whole process was great. Allison was an excellent contact/realtor that work with Us, she’s great with updates on where we at, the only downside of it was the delay in installing the meter which made us stay for a week in a hotel since key turn over was push back 2 times, we know it’s beyond builder control but it can still be avoided on my opinion if key turn over was scheduled after meter was installed. Over all experience was great 4 stars instead of five because of this hiccup.

The external designs are well thought out. The interior designs are good and pretty standard and expected from builders like KHOV. Insulations are great and can't hear sounds from neighboring unit. No qualms about price, especially during this pandemic era, where the demand outbeats the supply. There are some minor things, which would have improved overall experience, like Stop Valves (made of plastic) in Bathrooms, commodes are pretty cheap material. The price difference between these materials and other basic models are just couple of hundreds per home.

The how was in pretty good shape the only essues were in the delay of the build.

This experience is a journey, but one well worth it! If home percentage rates were locked in at the time of the deposit and not at the time of closing, it would be perfect! However, I’m still happy with the process… the entire KHOV team did a wonderful job! Thank you!

Although there were a handful of issues throughout the process, we absolutely love our new home! We understand that some of the issues were COVID related, however there was a lack of communication during the initial process. Bob (the foreman) was able to improve our experience and regain our trust by doing weekly updates and contacting us promptly when an issue arose. We are currently working with K Hovnanian’s warranty department to correct our master shower enclosure, hoping to have a good experience with them as well.

I've had no issues with any of the people that ive worked with. My only issue is why would you let so many families move into a house that doesnt have a useful backyard for months at a time with no end in site. I have a dog, I would of like to have brought more plants and flowers from my previous home etc

Ours sales agent was a delight to work with. She was very helpful and responsive. We had to make a relocation and find a home quickly and she was instrumental in accomplishing our deadline.

We were initially put off by the online reviews, but after talking to some realtors in the area decided to work with KHov. And we're glad we did! We found the right lot and floorplan for us and everything went according to schedule except for the pool, but that was not in their control. Although there were a lot of upgrades that were costly, the end product is something we are happy with and intend to live in for many years. Our builder project manager Mike was very responsive, always attentive to our wishes, and made an effort to fix anything we asked. Whole process was pretty easy and fun from the start.

KHov building manager and customer service is great.

What I would like others to know about K. Hovnanian is that they understand the importance of building a valuable home.

Was an easy experience from choosing g the lot to model to options. To financing.

The building process was very easy, the only issue we had was at the design studio, where some issues were not explained correctly and some information we were given was wrong.

Great team to work with.

WELL THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I GOT IN ALL THE PROCESS TO BUILD MY HOUSE WAS WITH THE ARCHITECT WHO WAS ON POINT EVERY TIME WHEN I HAVE AN ISSUE.. THE SELLER, THE INTERIOR DESIGNER WAS AN STRUGLE, THEY NEVER HAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS WITH THE IMPOVEMENTS I WANTED (I BELIVE IN THIS PROCESS THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT) BTW I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE DESING.

Our home was delivered on time with just a few issues.All taken care of immediately the entire team was great.i look forward to Showing my home to family and friends

We bought a model home so we knew we were going to do some renovations and knew the stuff we were replacing was cheaper quality. Overall, we really love our home and are happy with it. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall score would be 4.75 stars.

The contractors were often messy leavings food stuffs and bottles around the property. Perhaps better daily clean up at the building site would be a plus.

The beauty of these home is far superior to other home builders.

A/C units are too small for the home size

My family and I are very happy with our new home. We love the open floor plan and finally have enough room to relax.
