Happy with the home and finishing.

As first time home buyers we very new to many thing. Vikky was great ! She has always been ready to help us when ever we had any issue, from home to loan . She never promised us what she couldn’t deliver which is something we greatly appreciate. When she says she will look into it I never had to worry about it and the results very immediate . She helped the entire process as easy as it can get. We had few construction manager changes in the middle which had caused a little chaos but Greg was the go to guy !

Great management and great areas beautiful houses

We got this home just around a month back. Overall we are very much satisfied. though there was a delay in closing the home the assistance we received from the construction manager and the realtor is extremely good. Overall the quality of the construction is pretty much decent and we didn’t find any major issues so far and this is what a homeowner requires thank you very much for all your assistance and good luck.

I see so many things are ignored during the build process. It means there was not attention during construction process.

I love my home. Noemi, my salesperson and Cary, my construction manager were attentive and kept me updated on the progress.

I enjoy looking at the whole process my home being built the contractors was nice and they work very hard. The building manager inspector was real nice. K.H is very good.

Construction and sales staff had out lot off extra mile efforts to make the house complete on time. But there are very poor quality materials used across and are definitely can be improved. Turnaround to issues is very slow, it’s been quite sometime the issues raised to warranty team, and no one take responsibility to acknowledge for the issues to fix. I think there is more room to improve and would help for next constitution sites

Very professional, competent and an overall enjoyable buying experience

After being told the home would be completed by March 2nd, we shortened our lease to end by May correspond. We received numerous delays, some at the last minute and then had to request various extensions from our landlord. After being assigned 3 different construction managers, we finally received a closing date of June 29th, thankfully as our landlord advised we could not have any additional extensions. There were a few items not completed, the main item being the specialty from door we selected and paid for. It was to be installed the day after closing and stained the day after that. We had not time to allow for the items to be completed prior to moving in because we had to be out of our rental. The door was installed on July 1st and the construction manager advised it was to be stained a few days later and the proper hardware installed. After unanswered emails, and only after the amazing sales person April stepped in to assist us, did we receive a response from the construction manager, Chris (a month later). He’s now advised someone will be out to stain the door tomorrow August 4th. I won’t hold my breath. Also, there is a section of one of our walls which they completely missed applying texture to. This was also noted prior to closing and never fixed. The constant delays and lack of responses from every construction manager we have been assigned has ensured I would never recommend this builder to any family or friends. Your company really needs to get construction managers who are responsive and sub contractors who pay more attention to the details of the build. The construction supervisors were helpful and accommodating. My salesman kept me updated with photos

Everyone was very helpful from day one. From the negotiation when we came to the community to closing.

A lot of things were told to me that were not correct! A lot of offers and other information was left out.

The material used for this home is very cheap. Also, you cannot upgrade anything with this builder. There are so many things that are missing in the home. I would never buy a house from this builder.

Terrible quality of workmanship. My house has too many issues to list, cosmetic and structural.

I love the house, but the fact that it doesn’t come with grass in the backyard it’s a little of a downside, other than that and the closing time waiting period was good.

Buying a home from a tract home builder is always a struggle

My overall homebuying experience was not the best with Khov. We have purchased many homes before in the past and have not come across a process as difficult than this. No accommodations were made for me and my family while closing, most of our requests to tweak something in the house were denied, and the khov lending agents didn’t communicate with each other, in turn they ended up duplicating efforts when seeking information from us. Over all the realtor working as the khov middle man between buyer and seller was great, he tried to make our requests happen but it seemed to be out of his control. After speaking with our neighbors and other buyers, it was kind of disappointing to learn that those set of rules/policies were different for everyone. The responsiveness from the electrification/builder/sales rep after we moved in has been good for questions and concerns so I would give this portion a much higher rating but overall I think the whole process could’ve been better. ... The sales representative Lisa is amazing and very helpful. Mortgage team can be little more helpful and accommodative.

Horrible! SO many things not built correctly indoor and exterior as well. Also, metal scraps on the carpet that was never cleaned and punctured and bled my foot. Now we are trying to get the items corrected but almost seems as if we were a bother or afterthough.

This was our first time purchasing a home and it went extremely well and exceeded our expectations. From Glenn, Josh, Brett & Marcus they all took care of us with any questions and they were very informative. We’ve sent in some tickets for a couple issues and the turn around time to get it taken care is really fast. We thank all of you for the experience.
