I’d have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had with an business. From the very kind and genuine character from the initial model home toor with Kelsy and Shane. Those two where absolutely great! As well as Ben that over saw the building process. I loved how he reached out to us every Wednesday with updates and photos. Great experience and hats off to the K’Hov team for building us a Beautiful Home. I would definitely buy another K’Hov property! Thank you.

The experience was overall amazing. Closing dates changed but it was always communicated. Allowed to ask questions and provided answers.

Follow up is key, notifying home buyer, when its time to pick options offered in homes. Missed out on options builder provided, Not designed center. providing materials in a timely manner that came with home. Still waiting on garage doors offered with home. No follow up from builder, when we will receive the doors offered with our plan. Communication is key, with the builder and home buyer. Sales person was great, very friendly, personable. Had some issues after move-in with air condition unit, missing parts, water leak that cause damage to ceiling upstairs bedroom. Builder warranty responded quickly when called to fix the issues. ... We purchased a pre-built home through K. Hov. as our first home purchase. Everyone says buying is stressful and K. Hov. didn't make that easier. The house and builder were great, but the purchasing process was atrocious. We were promised a certain price no matter what lender we choose. After we put our earnest money in, we choose another private lender for better rates. When K. Hov. learned this, they inflated the purchase price and told us we could only receive the discounted price if we financed through them. In addition, our primary contact, Christi, was the most rude and degrading person I've worked with in a long time (I'm a teacher, so that's saying something). Other than these, we love our house and the build quality is great! If you're thinking of going with K. Hov., please just be wary that you need to get everything in writing. ... More

Only good thing is the sales person Vicky is helpful, responsive and “New” construction manager Greg who made it better. It was a tough journey but by gods grace there are changes in the team and we finally moved in after a long long delay and mistakes in construction. If it wasn’t for new team I would have given a single star

My sales rep was great and responsive and any warranty issues I’ve had have been responded to abs rectified ASAP!

Overall it was a great experience purchasing home from KHOV. Starting from the day one till I close my home, KHOV guided me in each and every step of it.

Great workmanship , everything done right according to the plans. Just a few issues as expected with a new house but very happy overall.

It was so easy and comfortable process, house was delivered almost on time with pro active timely updates, the Sales Agent Heather always responded in a timely fashion and provides as accurate info as she could. We are loving this house. It's nicely built and we are also getting great warranty support too.

The buying process was very easy. Sales does a good job at handling mostly everything for you to close. The materials and quality in our home were dissapointing. Rusted applicances and fixtures. Paint specks all over the tiled floor, crooked trim and other issues we didn’t expect to find. Check all workmanship in detail before purchasing!

The team was super friendly and extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had throughout the process. There were a couple of damaged items and a leaking pipe upon move in, but the team was quick to address it and follow up about it.

Builder did a great job!

Everything was great with KHov up to the point of closing open items after we closed on the home. My expectations were very high given how smooth the buying and design processes went. Unfortunately, the response to open issues has been slow and not efficient at all. We are constantly having to call folks to follow up, they provide windows of time that are not met and some of the contractors are simply sloppy. The people in charge are nice, but somehow they are not as responsive as you would think they should be. I will take a few months to have our house fully "done".

We had minor issues but David and Jose were on it. Over the house closed escrow the day they said it would. Very minor issues on the walk through. Over all beautiful home!

Bought a house during the time when prices and interest rates were rising and the market picks were slim. Through the midst of that madness, I still had a great experience with K. Hovnanian. My Construction Manager Kyle is the reason I'm so in love with my experience and would consider buying from or recommending K. Hovnanian to my loved ones. The home we purchased already had the finishing touches on it, and Kyle has been going above and beyond to make the house feel like home to us by being attentive and exceptionally responsive to our needs. The home is beautiful and we are so happy with everything The only problem after a month we are still waiting on missing screens that have been promised week after week.

Sonhard to get hold of the salesperson Karam. She answers text messages/ e-mail after 4-5 days. We haven’t moved to the new home, but there’s already lots of “broken” things like the fence not properly installed, roof tile broken, etc, Few days after we moved, we almost got flooded because there’s leak on the kitchen sink.

1. Pantry door not fitting properly 2. Glass Panels over fridge missing (Received 10 glass panels instead of 12) 3. Stair step from 1st floor (strip repair) 4. Stucco Repair work done in backyard 5. After stucco repair, patio framing is uneven. 6. Automatic outdoor Cam lights over garage (to be addressed).

I've had a very good experience with friendly, helpful staff, great response to my requests as well as timeliness with delivering what's promised. I love my new home!
