They were really friendly, even after moving in I still have a relationship with them, they answer all of my questions, either through call, text, email or even if I just popped into the office.

Construction manager did a great job updating us throughout the build process.

Unfortunately, the copy paste responses of the loan teams are to blame for the loss of the star. I'm also dealing with an issue with my home insurance I shouldn't have to deal with created by the title company and the loan team. Everything else was great. We love our house.

It is very difficult to deal with K H Mortgage just for $70,000.00 loan.

Great experience still getting calls about if everything is ok.

My wife and I are love the home of people we work with out here to buy this home for great always there to answer questions to help you out the things we need to get done to get this house financed,K.Hovnanian finance needs to do a better job with the homebuyer instead of having them run around all over the place

We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian Homes. The best part of our experience was our construction manager. He was so thorough and kind, and he took significant time to make sure we were informed and connected to him throughout the process. The result was a home that was exactly as we dreamed it. The only part of the process that was a little challenging was understanding some of the final closing and loan costs up front. I am very happy with the process and outcome of this whole experience. My house is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The only issue I have is the water pressure. It is not as strong as it should be. Was told to go to the County to get this reconciled.

This rating is ONLY for the Project Manager!!! The lenders were good as also.

I had a great experience building my home with Khov. Matt was very attentive and fixed any issues I saw immediately. I’ve been living in my home over a month and have no complaints. Quality seems to be great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the mortgage team. I was not impressed and would never get my loan through them again.

Finance options appear to be limited to Hovnanian's choice of lender for any builder incentives. Notwithstanding that, one could probably accept those terms if the person we dealt with in your Florida financing loan consideration office did not give us the impression that we were inconveniencing him and was totally indifferent and quite obnoxious. The on site sales person (David) was quite the gentleman and very helpful from all aspects. Since moving in Keith, the on site construction manager, and Chris the warranty individual, have been very accommodating and very responsive. Had it not been for the financing consideration disappointment the rating would have been excellent. The inspection process needs to improve before the home was handed off to me. However, the warranty process is very good and Kristi, in warranty, is excellent. We also felt that our sales rep, Amanda, was great. With improvement in the inspection process, I would have given a 5-star review.

So far, we have only had one issue that was resolved quickly. We are working with the builder on the completion of the initial landscaping, and they have agreed to work with us on the timeframe as we have some independent work being completed prior to the landscaping.

Brenden, Mark and Ryan have been exceptional. extremely helpful through out the process and continue to be such.

We are happy with our home and Would recommend if anyone is looking and in the market

Overall, our experience with this builder was mixed. The construction quality is generally solid, and the home looks great aesthetically. Communication during most stages of the build was reasonable, and the team was responsive when questions were raised. However, there were some frustrating issues, particularly around attention to detail. One notable problem was a missing electrical outlet near the countertop, which is something that should have been caught during planning. Issues like this create inconvenience. Workmanship is below average on some areas. Flooring has no padding and lowest grade LVP. Paint was rushed and has many issues Overall very happy with home but KHOV should think about not cutting corners.

The home finishings that are offered by Khov create beautiful aesthetics. Repairs were expeditiously tended to.
