Build and punch-list were not without issues, but the builder was very responsive. Overall I feel like we had far fewer issues than friends and relatives have had with other builders. Overall we are a satisfied customer, and have no regrets.

All in all, the process was really good and any bumps we experienced were managed satisfactorily.

Our home is immaculate, The site realtor Shauna and site manager Mike were fantastic, we appreciate all their help and insight, My only issue came with getting a loan officer to start the process. We were shuffled between three different loan officers and had two different loan processors. We are thankful for our home and I did refer my friend to Khov their new home build.

My fiancé and I love our new K Hov home. There are minor dings and dents around the home but this is normal across the board with any new or used home. Where the service is superb is with the warranty department. They have been excellent this far with fixing things in a timely manner. We will continue feedback thru the one year warranty period. The Dwight Street is a little low on light at night and I think it’s due to some of the lights in the road being off. Turning them on would be great to increase the safety of our Inspirado neighborhood. Another concern is that google maps doesn’t have our home listed correctly. Because of this, many of our packages have been delivered or delayed for weeks on end. Having the homes on Google maps should be done while the new homes are being built. Also, getting mail delivered has been a nightmare for us. Between my husband and I, we have called the post office so many times and nothing gets done. The post office says the mailman needs a master key to be able to open and deliver our mail but this has not happened and having the help of the builder to give them the master key would be great because we have not had a single piece of mail in over a month. Crazy to think that my personal information is floating around in space somewhere. Aside from these minor complaints that I wish to be heard and helped with, I would recommend this builder to my closest friends and family. Please help us K Hov. ... More

Nice location

We’re very pleased with our new home. There have been a few minor issues though KHov is on top of them and responds immediately. Everyone has been so nice and great to work with. Every step of the way they walk and guide you through everything. From the day we decided to buy the house through the day we closed they were there. Would definitely recommend and buy again from Khov. The quality of the products could be a little nicer though for the price we’re very happy with the final product.

I feel like the restrictions to the property are off putting.

K. Hovnanian team was very nice and helpful; the only issue was that the materials used for the cabinets and doors are not as high quality as i expected. Other than that, everything was fine.

We bought two houses at the same time and assisted by the sale agent who was excellent in customer services.Thank you very much to Paula for helping us from A-Z in the process of purchasing two houses that was not the simple task. We received the the first house lot 70 that looked good on the walk through and we were satisfied . On the second house lot 66 there were some issues of workmanship with a lot of things need to be redone.However the follow up team did well on fixing it and the house was in satisfied quality now. Thank you.

Very good and quick at replying to issues.

We are very happy with our purchase! No part of the process was mysterious and the communication was clear and effective.

This is the fifth house I have built and second with KHov. The first time the builder was a little more accommodating on a few little things like landscape and tree choices and location of them. Here we had no choice and the plants are not great quality and we will be replacing half of them. I am also concerned that one tree might be dead but will wait until spring to see how it comes back after the winter. We also bought our own kitchen pendant lights and the first builder installed them. On this home they wouldn’t. Overall these are minor things but it does affect the overall experience. Great team to work with both sales and construction management. Issues were addressed and resolved quickly.

We didn't have a smooth move in due to delays but the crew was absolutely fantastic. Huge shout out to Yazeed & Jack for being fantastic in helping address issues. Thanks to them, we were able to settle in quickly.

love our new home

Its not a custom home, so one should keep that in mind. They are very restrictive as to changes they allow to the basic plans. Keith, their onsite builder, was excellent. Extremely responsive to everything we brought up during the building process. I do think they charge way too much for upgrades and their design center options were at times limited (eg light fixtures) and always overpriced. Its cheaper at times to take their included option and then go get what you want and replace it after you close. I do like that they do not skimp on some of the of the major issues. For example there are not areas on the outside that are not bricked. And they seem to keep a close eye on their subs and make sure things get done correctly. ... More

We purchased a Spec Home so we were not involved in the design process! We obviously liked the design of the house and the amenities that were offered. One note that I state as the materials is that because it was a spec home I was a little disappointed in the framing materials that were used and observed during the process. The houses I have witnessed that have been purchased to be built appear to have a better quality framing materials from my observation. All other materials seem to be of equal quality and we have enjoyed the design and amenities.

Tricia, Art and Kristen have been excellent! We have found some of the workmanship to be a bit shoddy. We feel certain that the issues will be corrected.

The Villages at Red Mill Pond is a great community!

I was disappointed with quality of craftsmanship (especially the masons bricklayers). Katrina and Buddy w/ KHovnanian have been great dealing with other then the poor masons poor craftmanship my experience been great.

Very happy with our purchase and the home that was delivered to us.

Not very responsive, organized or proactive about repairs/fixes but customer service is friendly. Great value for the home and it was beautifully built

It would be nice if the where explain since the house was only frame o give us a tour at least before the moving in

After settling in to our new home we have notice more little issues with finishings. Between excess spackle around ceiling lights to a rough area on the hand rail for the stairs. It has been the little things we have noticed now. Just the fit and finish we thought was great at first is not the best. They have been quick to respond and fix any issue we reported. They care that we are happy with our home.

Overall I am having very positive experience with K.Hov. K.Hov team is very responsive and supportive. Having issues with some appliances and K.Hov team is very helpful to address those issues.
