it been almost two months since i closed and i can't get them to finish the follow-up items they promised! the sales process is good and we had a very competent sales professional who i would rate very highly, but it all falls apart when you work the builder/foreman side, empty promises; ultimately you cannot trust them to deliver on their promises and the communication is terrible. still have not delivered after almost two months. I guess my next step is to contact my lawyer

Our sales person Elizabeth, was the best. She answered all our questions when needed. Whether it was by phone, email, or text. She always answered. She was always sending us updates about the build. These updates were videos and photos of the build. She made the process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend a K Hov home to friends and family.

I am very unhappy with my new home. The sales rep Theory H. Was amazing but that’s where it stopped. The KHov design center is a joke. They send you to this big design center with tons of options except none of them are for you! I wanted simple upgrades and was told no we don’t offer that or no you can’t get that so I had to change out things once I closed. There are cheaper builders that offer way more options. The construction manager has not resolved issues that were brought up before closing over a month ago. They cut a strip out of my cabinet and glued it back together which has now come unglued in less than a month. The cabinet company said they would be out to fix it and did not show up on the appointment date. My backyard is a lake and I have told the construction manager multiple times about it and nothing has been done to correct it. Do not use their security company connect one they are misleading l wasted $600 on connections that were not completed as told and they will not fix the issue as they said “ I misunderstood” and it would be an additional $1500 to correct it. My dishwasher also doesn’t work and has standing water when turned on and Getting GE to come out and service it has been nothing but difficult. Customer service is absolutely horrible after closing. I was also not provided with a paint touch up kit and had to beg for weeks just to get an incomplete set. I would not recommend purchasing a KHov home to anyone in my family or friends. ... More

The service that I received from Scott and his team was outstanding! Scott answered all of my questions, helped me address any concerns that I had and still continues to direct me if I have any questions. I feel like I can rely on Scott as if he were my neighbor or friend. Viktor and Kyle assisted me as well. They were both informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron was also a wealth of information, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Thanks so much!

From the moment I walked in the sales office to post closing touch points, I have had the best experience with K.Hov. Their customer focused attention and dedication to providing a quality product made me feel like I was buying a custom home. The home’s design and their craftsmanship is outstanding. Terrence and Adriane were awesome and had excellent customer focus. Whether we wanted to relocate a network/cable jack or there was an unexpected event they took great care of us. Would 10/10 buy a home from KHovnanian again.

Overall good experience and have recommended khomes to other people

Everything fine until contract was signed. Responsiveness after was mediocre at best. KHov mortgage could not provide electronic documents and left it to us to "get it done". Provided numerous, signed electronic documents prior to closing only to be told at closing that KHov wanted signatures in person. ?? No tour of overall property, including clubhouse. Could not even provide detail on utilities and cable - only generic information. Workmanship: Final coat of paint AFTER electric switches and covers installed. Paint quality poor. "Gourmet kitchen and appliances" are really just average. We purchased the house in with finishes picked out, could not change anything. Only options we had were being able to pick out the handrail stain. We could have upgraded to carpet but chose not to pay the 5K extra. Overall purchase experience was a bad one, emails about issues sent, but reply's were sent back via text and visa versa. Very clever. Elevated a few times without ANY satisfaction. If you've ever dealt with a company that professes to be "experts" but in fact are clueless, this is the company. Our frustration was to the point that we requested our money back (in this market) about a week after the contract was signed - of course this was ignored. Suggest they take some basic "follow through" training. POOR experience. ... More

Overall experience was great. They were honest, quick to respond, and very helpful. There were many things that needed to fixed after we moved in. We still continue to find things that are wrong with our home and it seemed like they rushed to build the house and made many errors. As far as fixing the errors they do an excellent job to make sure everything is how you want it.

Overall a good experience. There were some minor hiccups and misleading details, but not that big of a deal in the end. I feel I got a great home for a great price.

The most important thing is Sales. Dennis was awesome! He was very professional and extremely thoughtful and helped me and answered every question I had. The entire team was just great! Brent was very knowledgeable and polite when he explained everything. Addie was so wonderful and helpful she made any nervousness I had about whole process just go away. I was very impressed in how they have assembled such an awesome team of professionals. If I move again I plan on having another Khov experience!!! They have definitely set the bar if I have to go to someone else.

Love our new home!!! It's absolutely gorgeous!

The house itself is great. The project manager Javier is amazing. He is responsive and helpful. The biggest issue is the HOA. They are non responsive. None of us who closed received the documents. I am still waiting to get the finance docs and have asked for almost 2 weeks. They have a $250 fee to put in a request which is ridiculous. Especially since I couldn’t even get the documents. No fence and no grass is part of the sale of the house and it is expensive to put one in and you have to pay the $250 to request it on top of the price of the fence. With no guidance mind you. No internet access. No clue when we will get it. I am happy with the build of the house for the most part. Minor issues that are being taken care of but that is normal. Our second home from KHov in the same building. If we weren't happy we wouldn't have bought a second in three years. Shout to Bill and Stephen from Sales, they are on top of every little detail and made buying this home incredible. Bill also helped us with our first home and while things were a bit rocky during that initial closing b/c it was new construction, Bill was so thorough and on top of every aspect of our sale. Highly recommend.

The design of the house is nicely done and the team, from the sales representative to the homeowner customer service workers, are very nice. The only thing I think it fell short was the interior painting.It should be done a better job. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Sure a New Build may have some issues. We are humans. But turning a blind eyes to obvious issues shows no respect to your Luxury Home Buyers. Why do you look for your customers to overlook your lack of workmanship? An Honest company would walk through and take care of the obvious things. Now we’re working with our 4th warranty person having to explain the same things multiple times! Very disappointed and continue to be.
