After nearly 2 years of looking for our first home, K Hovnanian was the blessing for which we were waiting. It started with April, the salesperson, really listening to our situation and helping lead me to see what we really needed and with their mortgage company was able to afford the house we needed. The quality of the home was the best of the hundreds I had looked at over the years. That level of service continued through the lending team, insurance team, and still to this day with the warranty team. Truly has been a great experience buying our first home with KHOV.

We had a very pleasant experience with Nick and Kody our building managers who assisted us when walking through of new home during the building process and gold key orientation. There was multiple follow ups after closing to ensure every was going well and to answer our questions. We highly recommend this builder for their quality of build and customer service attentiveness. Thank you to the entire team for making what normally is a daunting experience into a pleasant and easy one! We appreciate all you!

The salesman Josh was excellent. Low key ( no hard sell), knowledgeable and responsive. Workmanship on the home was excellent, and when there was one problem the construction foreman Dave had it fixed prior to us having to point it out. Highly recommend KHovnanian.

We were kept informed throughout the whole process. The people that walked us through the house was very informative and helpful.

The quality and value of our new home is awesome. The grand room with the open concept is inviting for family. The subdivision is inviting and welcoming.

We are from Atlanta, Ga , Beth helped us our home buying process very convenient by doing facetime video calls to show the property and its progress. Also, She did explain us all about design selections. She was ery detailed in explaining the buy with all the details needed. We never visited in person until our final walk through. Also, Mathew did explain all about interor of the home and it functionalities. Criag is helping us get through our move in process smooth. Overall our experience is really great and can't ask more than this especially we moving from another state.

The homes here are beautiful, built strong and with great craftsmanship! It’s in a pretty quiet area of Angleton TX with pretty paved walking paths around sparkling ponds and has a great playground for the kids. The home buying process is one of no pressure and continuity from all the moving parts. There Sales Agent Veronica is the most welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful sales agent you’ll ever get the opportunity to work with, from loan options to design options and building updates she makes sure your taken care of throughout the entire process, she’s a true professional in her field and makes your feel at home from day one. Lisa is a terrific sales person to deal with. Scott was a good building foreman that did a great job coordinating the build process and was really good at addressing the last minute touch up issues. Even after closing he was responsive to issues that needed his attention.

We challenged them to build a phenomenal home, and they delivered. Whenever an issue has arose, they have been more than responsive and concerned about the work after it was completed.
