Great beautiful home built by K. Hovnanian. Great price, great values and great home. I recommend this home builder to anyone looking to buy a new home.

In our 41 years of marriage we’ve had 6 homes. Our experience with Hovnanian was by far the most pleasant with builders we have worked with. Our sales person, Stephanie and construction supervisor, Robert were exceptional. They were always available to address our needs and kept us informed weekly during the entire purchase and construction process. The Hovnanian team is without a doubt, the best!

We had issues that caused warranty to get involved. We were greatly inconvenienced by a mistake that someone made when building our home. For the first 3 months of living in our brand new home we had basically a construction zone. There is still things that look patchy and rough but we are told that isn’t covered under warranty and there is nothing that can be done. We are tired of trying and are giving up hope that they will do anything to make it right. Any time we ask a question about something they never have the answer and say they will get back to us but then we have to follow up. We had to have family travel from out of town to be at our house during their repairs since they were unable to come outside of our working hours. K. Hovanian is great. Very professional and friendly staff. Alin does a great job with working with you to make sure your dream home becomes a reality. From the time you pick your home design to breaking ground the process won’t take long.

From viewing, buying and moving the experience has been great! After moving response times to small problems has be good. Nothing negative has happened yet to me.

Our sales person, Chris was good when we met for the first time. After signing the contract, Chris kept us updated on progress, issues (there were many), and changes, as well as answered all of our questions. Once we walked the house and did the blue tape walk, we thought everything would be fixed…NOPE, only a few things were and the other tape just removed. As we continue living in the house, the poor quality just keeps appearing from poorly cut trim pieces (meaning I recut and filled in with caulk) to caulk everywhere that you normally wouldn’t want caulk (around all the toilets, on the faucet-not around, some areas for quarter round moulding have it and other places in the same room don’t, etc), the craftsmanship is HORRIBLE. Now when submitting and trying to get warranty items fixed, they sit for weeks and months. They obviously do everything on their time, not when it’s convenient for the customer. The warranty department has been great, Brett, Nick, and Kristi. They are very responsive. However, the sales experience was not good, as the people in the front office were unpleasant. Also, since closing, we’ve had numerous issues that have needed to be repaired. The quality of the construction of the home and materials was unacceptable.

I documented a list of items that required correction before moving in, both in writing and through direct conversations. Months later, none of these issues have been resolved. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, the superintendent, Alex, has been unresponsive to calls and messages. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on it, I cannot recommend purchasing a home from this builder.

The buying process was not smooth, and the sales rep had a bad attitude, aggressive and not helpful really at all. I was lied to about a couple of different things during the closing process by the sales rep, and came to find out my neighbor had the same experience. The home has a lot of cosmetic flaws, with poor paint jobs, drywall, roof, concrete, and trim being damaged. Since I've moved in, I've had to put in at least 10 warranty claims, and it has only been a couple of months. It sucks because I really like my house, but wish it were of better quality or craftsmanship.

Justin has been excellent in getting work scheduled under warranty no matter the scope of the job. It lends support to a large company like KHov, with many subcontractors, standing by the product they deliver.

Buying our new K. Hovnanian home was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The home itself is beautifully made, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship that truly stands out. The entire buying process was smooth and easy, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable sales team who guided us every step of the way. Our mortgage lender also went above and beyond, they were hard working, helpful, and always available to answer questions. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend K. Hovnanian!

Our experience working with Chad and the sales and mortgage teams was excellent. I would recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to any interested buyer.

The overall buying process was very good. The sales staff and construction manager were excellent and very caring. The quality of construction is good, but lacks in certain areas such as the painting, woodwork and exterior siding and porches. I would recommend K Hovnanian, but you need to be diligent in following up on issues.

The process of purchasing a Khov home was quick, and they were always there when a question arose or explanation was needed. The home was reasonably priced with substantial credits. Overall, we are very pleased.

It is the worst investment I've made

Need to improved the complete end to end communication. sales to escrow. underwriter last minute finds and expecting to get resolved in 1 -2 days is not acceptable.

This is our 5th home with a builder - we would do it again with them if we were EVER going to move again - which we're not. lol. K Hov is great!

I wasn't in the market for a home. I really thought I'd find a house to rent for me and my fur babies. Once I came out to the Rolling Ridge subdivision and met Kyle all of that changed. He was phenomenal to work with and really took an interest in making sure I picked the right home and understood the process. From the walk-throughs and finance, everything about KHOV was 1000% phenomenal. I have recommended them to countless people and tell them what a great experience I've had. The craftsmanship of the home is bar-none.

My wife and I have been very pleased with KHOV. We love the house and they are very responsive to questions or any issues that we had. Overall it has been a great buying experience and can recommend to anyone looking for a new home to look at KHOV

The home we purchased had many less features than we were shown and promised at the time of purchase. Moreover, no one from KH homes management even bothered to reply to our emails and phone calls. Needless to say it was a frustrating experience.

Buying our new home has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew it was the perfect fit—beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out, and truly built with care. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the quality finishes to the little touches that make the space feel warm and inviting. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, every question was answered quickly, and we always felt supported along the way. Moving in has been nothing short of amazing, and it already feels like home.
