Sales, the team was great. Offerings, great. At the end of the day, we were fully satisfied with the sales process and what we got for what we paid. Seriously. But that said, we're only 90 days into our new home, and we've had at least a dozen problems. Two of 3 toilets have failed, one causing a flood. Reason - cheap contractor parts. One toilet had to be fixed twice. Fridge door wouldn't close. hardware not tight, now shifting and off level. Leak coming from washer, been waiting 3+ weeks for repair on that. The painters they used are probably 9 year olds, I've seen better finger painting. Khov holds themselves out as high end. They're fliting with it. But when I take occupancy, there should be NO issues, and only minimal issues thereafter. Not the case with us. Nor our neighbors, I might add. ... More

I have built and remodeled several homes in the past - by far this has been my best experience with a builder and contract team. KHov is dedicated to the customer, and uses quality materials and styles. Very pleased with the full cycle (one stop shop) that KHov uses - start to finish I always felt the team was just a click away or phone call away if I needed something. They were great to work with and the value for the price paid is fantastic. Nate was my main contact for the building process and he is a super star! I highly recommend this builder!

Hovnanian's entire Team was great to work with, from the initial meeting through to closing. Carolyn in Sales was accommodating, thorough in following up with answers and additional information, always courteous & professional, never pressuring, a real joy to work with. Robert and then Chris were brilliant on the Construction side; ever helpful, answering hundreds of questions, walking us through the house during different phases, very responsive with assistance after we moved in. There's never a perfect project with no issues; the test is how does a company respond or recover when the problems inevitably arise. Last but definitively not least, is the service and support we've received from Harold. He's been fantastic and quick to respond offering us ongoing support. Very nice and professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous - a great asset for Hovnanian and their homebuyers - like us! ... More

Experience was splendid and very easy.

Bought this home new and they keep dropping prices. I’ve lost tens of thousands in value.

Over the years, I've purchased many new homes. What was nice and unique about this purchase was the commitment by the sales executive, Matthew, and the construction manager, Buddy, to make sure I ended up with a house I could be proud to call my own. I felt the communication through the process was very good and the general craftsmanship of the home was just as good. And to be sure, I had hired a third party inspector to review the build over various stages and they were also pleasantly pleased with the quality of the build and the fit/finish of the home.

Great process from start to finish.

Our salesperson Doug was amazing throughout the many months of buying! Be careful about buying a seasonal build (Winter built house and closing early in the year). These get zero priority with installing driveways, grading, grass seeding, and landscaping. We’ve been moved in for over 3 months and all we have is a fresh driveway, sidewalks, and just dirt everywhere. All our neighbors are in the same situation. All the new and current builds are getting everything complete before even being sold. In this time we’ve had one screw in a tire fixed with a patch, another screw in a different tires sidewall causing a mandatory new tire, and concrete being flung on one of our vehicles with nothing being done yet after a few weeks. Our home buying experience was smooth. Each member of the team was prompt in addressing our questions and concerns throughout the home buying process. We have been in our home for several months. As with any new home, there will be things that need to be fixed as the house settles. Any issue we have had has been addressed promptly.

Easy to deal with and very Friendly

The agent that we worked with was fine and a good experience ; however, the lender financing experience was horrible.

Sales team was low pressure, quick to respond, and accommodating. Site project manager was thorough, detailed, responsive, and accommodating. Mike and Tom were great to deal with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

The purchase of our new home was excellent. Our sales rep Tami kept us informed with everything from the beginning to the end. She made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions and concerns that we had. Thank you K Hov, we love our new home!

Great experience and great maintenance staff

We love the floorplan and craftmanship. We have experienced a few issues so far, but submitting a ticket is easy via their portal and the team is very responsive. No major issues though. Some things could be improved or made easier (such as no bushes on sice of the house and room for trashcans) and common areas could be more neat as in more frequent lawn services, cover over mailbox and start a plan on playground pool or such. For the HOA fee we pay, we are not getting anything.

The home is the perfect size plenty of closet. Space and overall quality is great.

Coming from Chicago and Colorado we were pleasantly surprised about the large lots, large floorplans and quality of the home that we bought at very a competitive price. KHOV post purchase support is great. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have great people working for them. If we ever buy our 3rd home the 1st preference would be for a KHOV home.

I am so happy with my home and service after the sale!!! I would recommend them over and over again to my friends!

They had exactly what I wanted. They really utilize every square foot and keep it functional in their designs. Their staff is extremely responsive. I looked at other very popular home builders before Khov and you really can't find their customer service anywhere. You can tell that their staff really cares about their clients.

The process was extremely stressful. Buying a home is stressful but with conflicting information as well as slow to responsed this home purchase was more stressful than any other purchase. This is our 6th home our purchase. Buying an home is one of the most stressful events in life. We felt we were being pushed in a direction after we put down some money that we were not comfortable with. Thank goodness we have excellent credit and a excellent relationship with our previous lender. KHov lending advisor did not listen and was useless to us. We love the home we purchased but had we realized issues up front we might not be in this home. ... More

Great experience working with the sales agent and the construction manager. Loved the house from the first time I saw it. It’s just the right size for me and the workmanship is excellent. This is my forever home.

House was a good build, could have spent more time on the little details, outlets should have been installed in a better location. Some walls are wavy from the painters, overall it is a beautiful home.

From the moment we meet Vanessa and saw the model we knew we were in the right place. She listened and heard our desires and needs. The process was perfect for us even though I wanted to move in the next day. We love our lot and our home. We definitely made the right choice in who our builder would be. It is a place that is comfortable and peaceful. Did i mention that this was our first home. At 60 plus that is life changing and we are so grateful that we are able to buy now and buy with khovanian.

The quality of some fixtures and workmanship is poor. We have several issues. Landscaping was a problem!! The loft is a major concern with the AC. I am very poor on your part we can't use it in the summer!! I am sure you are aware of this but there was no attempt to rectified!!
