K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

Excellent customer service From all the K, Hovnanian team

The entire experience was great. Kristina was there from the beginning and helped with all the decisions and even in initiating the financial portions. I couldn’t have done it without her and Thad made himself available and did a stellar job on the house. I love everything and am thankful for KHov for helping us get into our forever home :)

KHov was absolutely amazing with helping me become a first time home buyer. They always sent me pictures and updates on a weekly bases and if there were any issues, they were right on it, making sure that they were taking care of me.. My home is beautiful and love the neighborhood. Kristina was incredible and absolutely amazing with helping me put my home together.

We have been looking to move to Lewes for over 3 years and were thrilled to have K Hovnanian make it happen! From the initial sales associate to to our closing, we couldn't be more pleased!

Not what I expected. House have lot of issues and the thing that they say it’s everything is normal. House floors and basement where dirty. Chip quartz’s at island. Baseboards dirty and not painted well. Kitchen doble oven was not installed correctly. Still waiting on the windows shutters haven’t being install and we have a month since we move in. 2 weeks to get our mailbox install. Not happy

I absolutely love the design of the house, however, the job was done sloppy.

Will was great to work with and always responded to our problems in a timely manner. He made the home building experience great.

Monica esa a great salesperson and crear representation of the company.

Ryan was very good at communicating with me throughout the build. Once i moved in if i had any questions he would respond in a day. He was a pleasure to work with and has helped me throughout my move into my home. I did not give KHov 5 stars on anything due to the sales rep. I am just now finding out that there was a build option that i could of added to my house that was never told to me by sales even after talking about my plans for the house. Now i have to look for outside work and since i am new to the area it is a hassle. It is annoying and now nothing can be done but me searching for a contractor. Other than that home looks good. ... Construction manager did a great job updating us throughout the build process.

The K Hov team is a great team to work with!

Pros: responsiveness of KHov staff, from seller/agent to builder to mortgage officers. Cons: unexpected delays due to weather and pandemic.

The Sales and Construction team was professional and responsive through the whole build process. They were very helpful and aligned with our needs perfectly.

Linda, is very easy to work with a true professional. Made the proccess real easy.

Even the standard home features were very nice! A pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

From beginning to end, what an exciting experience and the final result is our new home is Immaculate!

Some of our lights have already gone out. So just make sure they are always off if not being used.

Great Company overall, would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

They provided great quality and service!

Good team that I worked with at KHOV. Kept me appraised of progress throughout

I must first off give Michelle J her due, she made this experience very smooth. Initially I was not intending to buy a home so soon but she convinced me when I came for a community visit and I was glad that I did. I am impressed with the community, the quality of material and the options that were available. I initially had issues with contacting the builder but Michelle was always there to help. The little things like that are what made this experience an enjoyable one . I am so impressed that I am even deciding to buy a second home from Khov. In the dfw area, only a handful of builders can maintain the attention to details and quality like they do. Areas of improvement, would be after sales care, an information booklet like how do I contact my HOA etc... I felt the sales part was awesome but after care service...Not so much. Would I buy from them again... Yes... I just said that above ... More
