The sales team was very helpful, but the finance team was another story. We had alot of back and forth which we have never had before in buying expierience. Maybe its just the times now?

Our home was delivered on time with just a few issues.All taken care of immediately the entire team was great.i look forward to Showing my home to family and friends

My overall experience was really good. I looked at these homes for about a year before I purchased. Debbie was always so kind and upbeat each time she saw me. She kept me abreast of pricing and waitlists. I ended up buying a house bigger than the one I was initially looking at for cheaper! This was my first home so I really had no idea what all was involved, let alone going through the process of it being built. Shannon helped me SO much. She was available when I had questions or concerns. She was patient and explained things in layman's terms. She was the best. I do not think I would have been able to get through the process without her. The house has a few issues that have come up. Very small though. Cabinets are scratched, toilet seat cracked, chipped stucco, and shower door height being too short (I'm 5'9"). Nothing that could not be fixed though. We bought a model home so we knew we were going to do some renovations and knew the stuff we were replacing was cheaper quality. Overall, we really love our home and are happy with it. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall score would be 4.75 stars.

My overall experience when it came to the process was good. I was especially happy with the sales office and the agent working there as well as the mortgage/lender company! An absolute pleasure to work with and I could not be more happy with them! I'm disappointed with the workmanship of the home - particularly the paint job and the cabinetry. Extremely inconsistent (upstairs cabinets were nearly done perfect. The kitchen cabinets are terrible and done so sloppy) and found a lot of flaws and mistakes. Some that they are willing to fix and some that they wont.

The entire Khov staff were very professional and super responsive. Made the process easy.

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

They delivered earlier than expected.

The contractors were often messy leavings food stuffs and bottles around the property. Perhaps better daily clean up at the building site would be a plus.

Excellent experience overall. Sellers answer every phone call and answer all questions. House quality is great.

The beauty of these home is far superior to other home builders.

The experience was positive for the most part , sales person was great and loan officer was great to work with, it was stressful at the end with closing and title company. Closing was also not very efficient . definitely these are the 2 areas needing improvement hence 4 stars...I would give it 5 if it was not so stressful and having to work with very un organize parties

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. We are happy overall. Very pleased with the warranty representative. Not very happy with the sloppy painters as we continue to find and clean up paint on the floor and hardware. Thanks!

So far I am enjoying my new home and any issues are being addressed.

For the most part I am satisfied with our new home. The project managers and sales guys were the best part of this experience. They were easy to work with, responsive, helpful and very competent. The corporate side was not so good. They did not work with us on any small changes we wanted to make no matter it didn't effect the house. Very inflexible on just about everything. If it wasn't for the sales guys and PMs, we probably would have walked away from the house. The standard interior options they give are a joke. And upgrading anything is very expensive. Add to the misery, the upgrade options are limited. Best of a bad situation. You can choose the standard options if you want to live in a expensive low rate hotel room. They force you to upgrade everything to make your house look like the 600k house it is supposed to be. The paint is terrible quality. If you look at it wrong or think about touching it, it marks up and if you try to wipe it the paint comes off. The corporates would not let me buy better paint. Now to have have the interior repainted, on a brand new house, will cost 8k-10k. The driveway, though paved is insufficient unless you have only vehicle. We will see about the sod....they are replacing a significant portion right now. I dont know if the landscapers put much effort into the job. Throwing sod down and not preparing the ground seems a waste. It looks good just long enough to close. Again, the PMs and salesmen have worked hard to make right what issues I have had since closing and have gone out of there way in that regard. The 4 star rating is for them and them alone. ... More

A/C units are too small for the home size

Overall great experience while going thru a global pandemic! It wasn't perfect but most things aren't but we absolutely love our home and the cost is outstanding. This was our first new construction build and we definitely would do it again.

Overall ok but disappointed with the warranty services.

The overall experience wasn’t bad. The financing team was fantastic.

My family and I are very happy with our new home. We love the open floor plan and finally have enough room to relax.

Good house for the price, but we had to correct a number of errors they made during the building process. Luckily, we live nearby so we caught the problems and they were able to be fixed right away. If you stay on top of them, you should be happy with the final product.

Save your emails. Get your own home inspector. It never goes the way you expect it.
