buyer be aware.... poor subcontractors, horrible electrical company they used, sheet rock was riddled with silver fish, still dealing with that problem, had to hire a bug control company. poor workmanship..... the sour lemon house

Dave, Anthony and the Mortgage Team were Awesome!!! Even during COVID (love, peace & blessings to those affected), Anthony still managed to meet all commitments on time and delivery a quality home! The things that stands out the most is Value!!! We were on a limited budget and were shopping for homes for about 6 months before finding KHov. With the current incentives and the help of our sales associate David, we were able to purchase a new build, in some cases less than existing homes and customized it to our liking. This is the part that Amazed us the most and with the interest rate at an all time low, we were able to stretch our dollar and secure a very affordable brand new home :) Thank you KHov... Very efficient home-building process. KHOV knows what they're doing!

The floor plans are nice but our development didn't come with gutters or exterior house lights. Our street is very dark at night and lot of time and money will have to be put into our home after closing.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

Everything was great up until closing. My lawyer was struggling to get any paperwork from them and I had to call multiple people to find out where the closing was even going to be at.

My home is beautiful and the price is amazing! It was a magical experience watching with hopefulness that this beautiful home from dirt field to solid walls and roof would one day be mine. There is much excitement with knowing no one else has lived in my home or made any memories. There are so many well thoughtout designs included, such as the numerous amounts of light switches in just the right locations, dual level air conditioning and heat control, the Internet based products (that were not upgrades but included), beautiful color schemes, open concept, modern finishings, options for upgrades, and sizable rooms and restrooms. I feel blessed to be a K. Hovnanian® Home Owner! With all blessings there are areas of improvement. These recommendations include following through with meetings and stages of the home building as was explained in the pamphlet at time of signing for intent to purchase. As well as the recommendation of not signing off on final walk through unless everything is fixed that is discussed during the final walk through instead of believing that the site supervisor "will take care of it." This is my only regret with my purchase. What was supposed to be any "easy fix" is now a headache, and a home warrantee request. First time home buyer here. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with every step along the way, process made easy.

Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and nice. They answered any questions I had and made sure I had updates on the progress of the house. I would get immediate responses for my questions and someone was always available.

It was by far the best hone buying experience I've ever had despite buying during a pandemic. Everyone from sales to service during the construction and after have been upmost professional and on top of things. Love my Khov home!

The ourchase experience was unpleasant as the communication with the sales representatiive was at times unclear and out right untrurthful. I was asssured thst the items tsht stillneeded to be clompleted after the cose would be taken care of quickly. I am not sure if the definition of quickly would be less than a month but I am sure it could not mbe more than a month as a matter od a measurement in time. It has been over a month and my lights come on an off in the house, the lights over the garagr has yet to be addressed. Additonally, the dales person outright told an untruth as to the property lines and the fencing on the property. The experience was unforgetable for all the wrong reasons. We had great communication with the entire staff throughout the process.

The builder delivered our new home on time as promised . The walk through was completed.

For the most part everything has been great. Our shoe mold looks terrible and parts have came loose a couple times which they just come and patch. I have asked multiple times for it all to be fixed but still looks just as bad. Other than this issue we have just had minor things here and there that were fixed quickly.

Great experience, wish I had more incentives

Overall, the process was relatively smooth and all involved parties were transparent throughout. I really appreciated their open communication.

My wife I love our new home. The build quality is great. The best part of the experience was the communication and interaction with construction managers Carl, Floyd and Anthony. Trisha was a professional every step of the way and Eyvone responded to our questions/requests in a prompt and professional manner.

So, they have nice homes. They are better it seems than most national builders. The mortgage process through the builder was a headache of needing just one more thing and a lack of communication. When notified of issues with the home the actual builder supervisor was fairly quick to respond to small requests. Larger ones have yet to be addressed. The building crews leaves trash everywhere in the neighborhood and seems indifferent about cleaning up after themselves. I had higher hopes as they portrayed themselves differently. We love our home. Its ours. But we make it what it is.

Overall, i'm not so happy with the outcome. There some defects ie heater, garage control and the builder home warranty is not responding to address this . I emailed twice and No response.
